With all the dirt that has been shoveled onto RFK, Jr, through the years, I’d like to point out, looks as if unlike some of those dirt shovelers, he doesn’t appear in the Epstein files, does he?

I truly appreciate all that Secretary Kennedy is doing for the health of Americans. I have been trying to find a way to get in touch with him but keep hitting dead ends. Could someone PLEASE tell him about the following information? It is so important and it is affecting the health of Americans in so many ways.

One of the most nutritious nutrient dense foods available on earth was adulterated from it's original form over 125 years ago in the name of progress. During processing this food is stripped of it's nutrition and chemically treated resulting in many negative health changes. It has a really bad reputation right now because of this overprocessing. What is it? Wheat. There is a healthy solution to the problem that many have discovered - milling your own wheat berries at home and eating food made with fresh milled flour. Here's the back story that he needs to know:

The commercial adulteration of flour started around the turn of the century when they started stripping the bran & germ from the wheat (which is where the nutrients are) and treating it with chemicals & bleaching agents.

Around 1900 big industrial mills took over the grinding of wheat which had previously been done in homes or at local mills. They found that by sifting out the bran & germ (the parts that contain at least 27 of the essential nutrients), they could create shelf stable flour that was very convenient & marketable. For appearances they started bleaching the flour, and then heated & added dough conditioning chemicals to allow for consistent results in baked goods. Essentially they took one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet and stripped it of it's nutritional value. The resulting flour is nutritionally dead & difficult for our bodies to digest.

In the early 1900's there were epidemics of pellagra, beri-beri, anemia related to the lack of nutrients in the flour. Pellagra symptoms are dermatitis, diarrhea, and DEMENTIA. This led to a government mandate enriching flour with thiamin, riboflavin, niacin & iron. They only added back in 4 nutrients out of about 28 that are removed by processing. In 1998, because of the rise in neural tube defects in infants, folic acid became a mandated addition as well. (but they use synthetic folic acid which MTHFR people cannot process). In addition, modern wheat has been selectively bred for qualities that make money faster, not for nutrition.

The first head of (what would become the) FDA, Dr. Harvey W. Wiley, tried to enforce the Pure Food and Drug Act of 1906 & stop the adulteration of flour but the commercial & political interests involved were already too powerful.

The other day it was all over the news about wheat being proven to be unhealthy based on studies done in the 30's & 40's. It said that people were healthier when they were rationing flour during WWII. Well, yes, that's because people didn't have access to the adulterated flour that we are still eating today. The studies were not based on nutritious fresh milled wheat, they were mistakenly studying the effects of removing commercially adulterated flour from the diet.

There is a movement in the USA among people who have discovered the truth about wheat. Wheat berries (grain) are packed with fiber & nutrients that our bodies need. Numerous health benefits have been reported by people who have started milling their own grains at home & baking nutritious food that their families are thriving on.

Some health changes regularly reported by people that start eating fresh milled flour include: no bloating, no brain fog, no headaches, improved digestion, improved regularity, no gluten sensitivity or gluten intolerance, clearer skin, weight loss, improved acid reflux, improved bloodwork (cholesterol, triglycerides, liver), increased energy, improved sleep, improved gum health, lowered blood sugar (lower glycemic index due to fiber & nutrients), lowered blood pressure Consuming whole grain lowers All Cause Mortality (19%), Coronary Heart Disease Incidence (20%), Stroke Incidence (14%), Type 2 Diabetes (33%), Colorectal Cancer (13%), Cancer Mortality (16%) - from sifted(dot)com

I have seen quite a few comments about improvement of autistic traits, such as becoming verbal & improved behavior, in a facebook group of over 62,000 members that centers on cooking & baking with fresh milled flour. Many members have commented about health improvements in themselves and their families.

Sue Becker is the absolute best resource for more information about fresh milled flour. She has a degree in nutrition & has been researching this & spreading the word since 1992. An interview with her called " What If Gluten Isn't the Enemy _ Sue Becker" on youtube is where I first found out about this.

Please someone somehow get this information to Secretary Kennedy Please!

From this interview it's pretty clear why the corporate media, big universities and professional groups, and the politicians helping them all survive HATE RFK Jr (in spite of professing their inability to hate anything at all). He simply has no use for any of them; he's not against them, he just swats them away like gnats, which is the absolute worst thing they know. He doesn't come right out and say that addiction brought him close to death and helplessness, which in turn brought him back to religion (in his case Catholicism), but you can read between the lines. He's lucky he found some deep thinkers and holy people in his path forward; not everyone does, and they're left to fend for themselves as best they can in a culture that purports not to need them anymore and offers drugs as palliatives.

Well he certainly isn't helping children by endorsing the use of glyphosate. I am absolutely withdrawing my support of this movement with that action that Trump just took. That's the main reason we have chronic illness is the use of pesticides and herbicides. Disgusting.

Tee Rigodanzo's avatar

What have you done this past year to support MAHA?

Lisa Charles's avatar

Then, I ask, why is he caving in on Glyphosate? I am so disappointed.

Marc's avatar

I understand your dissapointment.

Lisa Charles's avatar

Like I said as an organic farmer, bullshit. Too much$ in chemicals is the reason.

Kathy Boston's avatar

Will you be addressing the elephant in the room ? Glyphosate.

John Klar's avatar

Bobby explained it in detail last night in an X post. If we eliminated glyphosate overnight the backlash and harm would be devastating and counter-productive. Our power is in carrots, not sticks -- supporters of organic, clean foods; not banning of chemicals. If others want to consume UPFs and glyphosate, that is their liberty, much like cigarette smokers despite evidence of harm. People don't seem to understand that if we wanted all Americans to have healthy whole foods tomorrow, those supplies do not exist. We must transition gradually, not radically. And Bobby has already done more in that vein than has been done under any past administration.

Lisa Charles's avatar

As an Organic Farmer I say Bullshit!

Kathy Boston's avatar

What about the immunity to liability? How do we know what it’s sprayed on? Due to cost I eat some conventional fruits and vegetable vegetables. I live a plant-based diet and it’s extremely expensive.

Marc's avatar

Maybe Tee and John Klar have a point partially . Of course, you can't radically change a system overnight. But while I trust that Kennedy wants to go in a different direction, I don't trust Trump, the ultimate authority, REALLY wants to. I mean decisions in almost every other area of environmental protection go AGAINST Kennedy's philosophy. Trump: more gas , more oil, open everything to oil exploration, global warming does not exist etc... You have MAGA assholes posting here saying environmentalists are full of shit. It's schizophrenic! On the one hand , you have part of an administration helping the environment, and the rest is fucking it. Does that make sense ?

To illustrate more specifically the schizophrenia that I refer to in the next post here, read this.

It is from CHD where Kennedy worked before as most of you know. Let me say that I made this point to them , and they replied . I do not want to reproduce confidential correspondence, but , let me say simply that they are concerned at CHD about some decisions being made by the Trump -Kennedy alliance.

(FROM CHD ) : Dear Marc,

The New Federal Farm Bill includes four troubling provisions (Sections 10205, 10206, 10207, and 10211) that will potentially be harmful to people's health and to ensuring pesticide safety.

Urgent action is needed to remove these dangerous provisions that favor pesticide industry interests by limiting public health protections.

Take Action Now

The Farm Bill as written will:

Take away states' rights to regulate dangerous toxins — Sections 10205 & 10206 impose national uniformity on labeling and bar local governments from any pesticide rules. This strips states and communities of their right to add stricter warnings or restrictions based on local health risks (e.g., cancer links to glyphosate).

Create a liability shield for pesticide manufacturers — Section 10205 preempts state "failure-to-warn" lawsuits if companies follow EPA labels. This protects domestic and foreign producers from accountability in U.S. courts, reducing incentives for safer products.

Delay overdue toxicity reviews — While Section 10211 improves data collection, the package overall reduces pressure on EPA to speed up backlogged safety reviews. Section 10207 overrides other laws, potentially weakening environmental oversight.

Please contact your U.S. Senators and Representatives today and urge them to remove these sections to preserve state protections, corporate accountability, and timely health safeguards.

Consider taking an additional step by calling the House Committee on Agriculture and the House Committee on Judiciary members to ask that they amend the Farm Bill. Start with those in your state first and call others if you have the time. It’s ok to call after hours and leave a message.

In health and solidarity,

This is what Robert Kennedy Jr. wrote before becoming a part of the MAGA camp: (emphases his; posted Oct 5 2023):

"Just to quell any speculation, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will I join Donald Trump on an electoral ticket. Our positions on certain fundamental issues, out approaches to governance, and out philosophies of leadership could not be further apart" ( Robert Kennedy Jr. ) To repeat: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES.

That's clear enough. So what is he doing there in this putrid government. Did he change? Or is this a compromise? Did he explain his decision adequately ?

Dori Chouhad's avatar

He prayed day and night for nearly 20 years to be shown how to help the children. How humble of him to realize when asked by Trump to be Secretary of HHS that that was his opportunity.

Marc's avatar

Prayer is a delusion. Since there is no God, prayers cannot have any effect. Since you said he prayed for 20 years (proof ?) , why did he at some point in that 20 years say UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES would he join Trump. ?

John Klar: What is this backlash and harm you refer to in the first sentence ? Of course you need to ban all chemicals eventually . Some people need to be saved from themselves. Don't those chemicals in the meantime affect the soil, life in those soils, isn't there runoff into rivers and lakes ?

BlazeCloude3's avatar

Trump's decision to immunize Glyphosate Producers, Monsanto-Bayer and Israel Chemical from Judicial procedings for damage, injury and murder...Totally blows reports as this all to heck.

It's the same as allowing Big Pharma immunity for vaccinations which are in actuality...Weapons of Mass Murder used by demons camouflaged human like Gates.

I for one am grateful that RFK Jr is still alive. Some of the comments here are either trolls or should look more into what he has done, rather than ostracize him. Apparently you can't imagine what he is up against. And Trump is the one responsible for allowing all the increased levels of glyphosate, sign the bill that opposes it.

With respect to the worldwide food system and its twisted grotesque uncecological food creation, , here is a new book about this aspect of our fucked up world:

( AMAZON SYNPOSIS)

We Are Eating the Earth: The Race to Fix Our Food System and Save Our Climate Hardcover – July 1 2025

by Michael Grunwald (Author)

From the author of New York Times bestseller The New New Deal, a groundbreaking piece of reportage from the trenches of the next climate war: the fight to fix our food system.

Humanity has cleared a land mass the size of Asia plus Europe to grow food, and our food system generates a third of our carbon emissions. By 2050, we’re going to need a lot more calories to fill nearly 10 billion bellies, but we can’t feed the world without frying it if we keep tearing down an acre of rainforest every six seconds. We are eating the earth, and the greatest challenge facing our species will be to slow our relentless expansion of farmland into nature. Even if we quit fossil fuels, we’ll keep hurtling towards climate chaos if we don’t solve our food and land problems.

In this rollicking, shocking narrative, Grunwald shows how the world, after decades of ignoring the climate problem at the center of our plates, has pivoted to making it worse, embracing solutions that sound sustainable but could make it even harder to grow more food with less land. But he also tells the stories of the dynamic scientists and entrepreneurs pursuing real solutions, from a jungle-tough miracle crop called pongamia to genetically-edited cattle embryos, from Impossible Whoppers to a non-polluting pesticide that uses the technology behind the COVID vaccines to constipate beetles to death. It’s an often infuriating saga of lobbyists, politicians, and even the scientific establishment making terrible choices for humanity, but it’s also a hopeful account of the people figuring out what needs to be done—and trying to do it.

Michael Grunwald, bestselling author of The Swamp and The New New Deal, builds his narrative around a brilliant, relentless, unforgettable food and land expert named Tim Searchinger. He chronicles Searchinger’s uphill battles against bad science and bad politics, both driven by the overwhelming influence of agricultural interests. And he illuminates a path that could save our planetary home for ourselves and future generations—through better policy, technology, and behavior, as well as a new land ethic recognizing that every acre matters.

As far as Kennedy's spiritual orientation, I have always and still beleive that his heart is in the right place. And that is the most important thing. And if those 12 Steps have helped him, as they have helped so many , that is great. But, personally I have no use for anything spiritual . God, Allah, Atman, The Great Spirit of the Native people , the 12 Steps "Power Greater than Ourselves , ,etc,.. these entities do not exist. Consequently, anyone basing their " spiritual" lives on the existence of the non-existent are on slippery ground. It seems to me you are replacing physical dope with the dope of "God" . At least the latter is better for your body. And as Marx wrote " Religion is the opium of the People ". And here is what another fellow atheist Freud had to say about religion:

“The ordinary man cannot imagine this Providence in any other form but that of a greatly exalted father, for only such a one could understand the needs of the sons of men, or be softened by their prayers and placated by the signs of their remorse. The whole thing is so patently infantile, so incongruous with reality, that to one whose attitude to humanity is friendly it is painful to think that the great majority of mortals will never be able to rise above this view of life. It is even more humiliating to discover what a large number of those alive today, who must see that this religion is not tenable, yet try to defend it inch by inch, as if with a series of pitiable rearguard actions.”

I teach fitness in detox and some of the sweetest most sensitive people fall into addiction. Those who make it out the other side of that nightmare can have more to contribute than someone who only knows “struggle” through reading a book.

I’m so grateful for RFK Jr and that his calling is to help children - he has so many gifts to get this done as do I and you do too!

He has already helped my sons and we need to work together to help our grandchildren and so on! Thank you for this positive message!!
