I say, make Monsanto pay dearly for the mass poisoning of America.

Nobody deserves immunity from prosecution for ruining the health of Americans.

Nobody.

Excellent news indeed! I find it wonderfully amazing that Congress has declined to incorporate that amendment. Dare I say it gives me a glimmer of hope about the halls of Congress and the will of the people to be heard. Let's pray that the Supreme Court will also sense the will of the people.

If SCOTIS sides with Monsanto then Monsanto should label every single piece of fruit and vegetable stating it's grown in soil contaminated with toxic, carcinogenic chemicals

“And EPA Administrator, Lee Zeldin, has committed his agency to addressing MAHA concerns and supporting the MAHA agenda.“ Really?! Don’t agree w/that whatsoever!! Change my mind, pls.

This is great. But, John, that photo of Kelly Ryerson! We’re talking about getting rid of chemicals and getting back to regenerative “natural” farming — use a photo that doesn’t make someone look like they came out of AI.

She's great and lovely and this is a better photo of her. I don't want people eating processed food and I don't want to see processed photos of people. https://farmersfootprint.us/kelly-ryerson/

Time to prove that the octopus will not be able to hide any of its evil legs. Or we smash the octopus head and legs for good, or our future is on the line. One should not even be scared of SCOTUS decision, but the globalists have been doing their job of capturing institutions for a long time. It is not easy to dismantle the Empire, but otherwise we will be finished.

The corruption of the Supreme Court is no secret.

Beginning to believe the only answer to the rot out of D.C., inclusive of the Courts, is the second Civil War which we're already deep into. THE PSY-OPS and covert installation of the Depopulation/Slave Agenda of the Luciferians is the modern 'HOT ZONE.'

The Trump/Bondi/Kennedy DOJ was asked by SCOTUS to comment on taking this case and filed an 'amicus' brief on 12/16 arguing that SCOTUS should take the case [to resolve the so-called split in the federal circuits] by ruling that Bayer-Monsanto SHOULD have immunity for such 'failure to warn' cases. Here is the brief: https://www.supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/24/24-1068/386073/20251201170732560_24-1068%20--%20Monsanto%20v.%20Durnell.pdf. Not very MAHA of them -- talk is cheap and MAHA enthusiasm for 26 and 28 elections will wither away when the feds fail to just ban glyphosate but actively try to prevent the traditional state tort system from serving as a check when the federal view of 'the science' is wrong. Or at least Congress must expressly ban state tort liability, and take the political hit [as they did in the Childhood Vaccine Act of 1986] but have not explicitly done so here. Completely disgraceful!
