The Trump/Bondi/Kennedy DOJ was asked by SCOTUS to comment on taking this case and filed an 'amicus' brief on 12/16 arguing that SCOTUS should take the case [to resolve the so-called split in the federal circuits] by ruling that Bayer-Monsanto SHOULD have immunity for such 'failure to warn' cases.
