Just a few years ago, most Americans were anxiously lining up to receive an experimental vaccine for a dreaded new disease dubbed “Covid-19.” Fast forward to 2026, and more Americans are declining that vaccine as the disease has become relatively innocuous.

Death rates from Covid were falsified, doctor’s orders” as a former hospice nurse found out, were to collect the bounty offered by Big Pharma’s squad. There's no "perhaps"...the modified mRNA-LNP gene "therapy" transfection injections are inherently dangerous, injurious, and even fatal BY DESIGN.
The biggest lie of the "COVID mRNA vaccines" is that the mRNA shots are vaccines.
The mRNA-LNP genetic transfection platform IS the primary problem.
The mechanism of action (injecting modified mRNA encased in LNP into the body for the intended purpose of transfecting human cells and instructing those cells to create non-self proteins) IS the primary mechanism of harm.
This triggers an immune system attack response, starting with the Killer T-Lymphocyte cells, which will attack and destroy those formerly healthy cells that are now producing non-self proteins, initiating a cascade of biological/immunological damage at the deepest cellular level.
And due to the proven systemic biodistribution properties of the LNP, even crossing the blood-brain and placental barriers, the modified mRNA payload from the transfection bioweapons can go anywhere in the body...the LNP traveled to different places in different people.
The Killer T-Lymphocyte cells will kill as many of those formerly healthy cells creating non-self protein as they can (no matter where those cells are), but the massive amount of modified mRNA in the COVID shots (that some received) ensures that the Killer T-cells immune defenses will be overwhelmed and some amount of non-self (toxic pathogenic spike) protein will get made...that amount will vary from person to person, triggering varying degrees of spike pathology in different people.
ANY mRNA shot (COVID, flu, RSV, etc) that transfects human cells with instructions to make ANY non-self protein will trigger this immune system attack response.

Thanks! It was really meant as a rhetorical question. What I would like to know is where in the codified law or US Constitution does this judge have the authority to halt an agency's recommendation? Their recommendations are not enforceable law. On most (or some) levels, this is still a free country.
This judge does not nor do any of the other co-opted judges and justices ... Up to and including SCOTUS. If you've been following closely this has been a huge negative detriment not only in advancing legal constitutional actions but also in ensuring the accountability of so many guilty parties. Watch closely as I believe this is about to change ... Proper judges/justices have been put in place as well as most of the public now aware of the impending collapse of governmental/institutional/organizational structures once the prosecution begin.
