Why hasn’t vaccine manufacturer liability been restored yet? This must happen.

Yes. Monkeying around with the schedule is a half measure. Only restoring tort liability will end this disaster.

Sort of/ We are slow walking exposure of the vax quax fraud. Today is a huge step forward. The finish line is not yet in sight... It was too late years ago for many, however they choose. RFK is hammering behind the scenes. Big P and the Medical Cartel are not amused...

Reporting on the fake news fall out is... spinning wheels is grease.

None are safe, None are effective.

The DIRECT parallel.

No tax on tips, no tax on SS, no tax on overtime etc

No thimerosal, almost no Al, 6 removed from "schedule"

Physician liabilty the silver spike in the vampires heart...

Pay attention peeps

Agree it’s a step forward so I definitely take as a win. I want to see the liability restored now. What other products exist with no liability on the manufacturer?

Until recently, I can't think of any. However, Bayer/Monsanto's glyphosate-laden RoundUp has recently become liability-immune in North Dakota and Georgia, with more states being lobbied to follow suit. Fortunately, several states have rejected the pesticide industry's lobbyists, and hopefully more states will follow THEIR lead. Definitely something to keep our eye on (and take action against, if the opportunity presents itself)!

That is up to Congress to repeal the law. Let’s get that done too.

Steve Kirsch quotes Aaron Siri in addressing this question:

"...these vaccines could be argued in court that they are still 'routinely recommended.'

"However, I talked to Aaron Siri and he says the liability protection is GONE.

"To be absolutely sure, it’s probably best to see what they do with the vaccine injury table.

"I suspect these vaccines will he dropped from the table since the secretary controls the table."

Steve tried to debate Dr. Andrew Kaufman on the "virus" issue. He really looked a fool.

However he has used his substantial resources to expose the vax fraud.

Physician liability is a million times more important at least

As someone who’s covered vaccines for quite sometime, this is a phenomenal win.

We need to keep on going because when you examine the data even further, you realize that vaccines have no benefit and actually increase harm and sickness.

Reducing it down from 55 doses is a huge win, but when we get rid on the schedule completely, then we can truly celebrate.

Here’s a comprehensive guide to my work on vaccines if anyone’s interested:

A step in the right direction. Now start with placebo control trials along with retrospective vaxxed vs unvaccinated studies to determine whether they are necessary or even safe. Then get rid of all mandates and remove liability shield from Drug companies. After all this, I assure you we’ll see much healthier children.

"MS Now, the MSNBC rebrand, which looks like it is run on a stage set for a high school musical, featured Dr. Vin Gupta, who claimed that using Denmark’s childhood vaccine schedule is not appropriate because “Denmark has very low child poverty rates and has universal health care without cost barriers.”

Excuse me? That’s the best criticism he’s got?"

This part is absolute pure gold.

But I approve of this move, and I do think the overabundance of vaccines could be causing US cancer rates to go up, and you can't blame genetics for that.

I used to be really pro-vaccine, but my experience with the second COVID shot that I think gave me epilepsy and right shoulder issues, my mom lymphoma, and my younger brother gallbladder issues, really shattered my faith in the medical establishment, alongside negative experience with psychiatry.

I’m actually shocked to see the HPV vaccine remains on the recommended schedule given its documented record of harm. Why? Would that be for the high risk group?

My older child was born in 2000 and since we didn't know any better we let her get all the required vaccines and a couple of optional ones, the pneumococcal and the varicella. She was diagnosed with PDD-NOS (now considered high functioning or mild autism). We were able to reduce the damage quite a bit with biomedical treatments including DMSA chelation.

Needless to say, we regret the vaccines we gave her. Today's new schedule wouldn't have the Hep B, but would have those optional vaccines, and would have the absolute monstrosity of the HPV vaccine. The HPV vaccine has got to go.

GREAT news! But... the fact that measles and varicella still remain as recommended kinda deflates this 'good news' balloon. I mean, c'mon, anyone remember the measles and chicken pox parties of yesteryear?! Hopefully, this piecemeal approach by HHS is a strategy, with their ultimate goal being to remove ALL the (UNNECESSARY) shots from the CDC schedule in the NEAR future.

blind trust

What Tom Wilson and truth seeker are trying to say is that the "he's not a doctor" argument is the logical fallacy called Appeal to Authority, which the covid era proved to be meaningless, and in many cases even harmful. IOW, just because someone's not an "expert" doesn't mean they're not knowledgeable or trustworthy. Conversely, just because someone is an "expert" doesn't mean they should be blindly trusted. Hope that helps.

Thank you for explaining. What everyone seems to be missing, and hence my confusion, is that I was not even making an argument or even criticizing Nick so there was no 'appeal to authority'. In fact, I actually said he does fine work. I know because I read every one of his Focal Points posts. I was just pointing out a factual error in this post.
