It would be good to point out the powerful pro-Pharma lobby in the state of Massachusetts, and how much money they spend to lobby government officials. Too many people still believe that this is about health and they don’t understand the big money at stake. Show the financial interests to create a bigger picture.
I understood the original decision to mean that citizens can be punished by a fine or forcible quarantine confinement, for refusing to obey a law requiring injection of a noxious substance that occasionally or even frequently results in avoidable damage and death, and does not perform as claimed to prevent infection and transmission despite misinformation, scientific fraud, propaganda and belief, but that citizens cannot be punished by forcible injection itself. Jacobson has clearly been misused. Every time it's misused, forcible injections become easier to apply the next time and resulting deaths and disabilities remain uncompensated. I don't know how to fix that. I keep thinking about how husband used to be able to legally rape wife even though wife clearly refused, but the law was changed and now husbands/ common-law partners CAN be charged with rape if they forcibly overcome objection. Forcible vaccination is pretty violent too, from the child's point of view. Law says beating your own child to disability or death is a crime but the government forcibly vaccinating it to disability or death is not.
Your point (e) is especially important because during covid, ALL of the restrictions rested on the premise that EVERYONE should be considered a potential public health threat. The lie of "asymptomatic transmission" was the justification for that false view.
Case law and precedent are immoral. Present courts should not be bound to the poor reasoning of prior courts.
The Jacobson decision should be overturned.
The government can have no compelling interest that violates bodily autonomy except to detain and incarcerate someone who has broken a *just* law, like no stealing or no murder, not an unjust law like mandatory vaccination.

If I was forced to take the vaccine I would be forced to inject a piece of lead into whoever’s head. And no I didn’t get the vaccine because Covid was nothing more than the flu. I am 66 years old and over weight and I have emphysema and I had Covid three times the first time was like the flu the second time was like a cold and the third time it was the runny nose. My body built up an immunity to Covid. The vaccine was not necessary and I don’t think it was developed for Covid I really think it was population control just like Bill Gates said he wanted to do. Dr. Fauci is a lying piece of crap that should be held accountable for what he created.

For individual to have no right to refuse vaccine, the onus is on the state to prove:
a) that all vaccines are 100% safe
b) all vaccines prevent infection to the individual
c) all vaccines stop spread of disease
d) recording of symptoms v/s disease is 100% accurate
e) without vaccine individual is highly infectious, compared with vaccinated people
