My body reacts to gluten as tonic-clonic seizures. The two biggest problems are vague names for ingredients and what they are sourced from and restaurants. I don't want anyone's special recipe, I just want to know if they contain wheat/gluten/corn, including their derivatives.

Regarding gluten, many people have noted that while they’re gluten and intolerant in the United States when they eat the food grains in Euythey do not suffer from the same problems in Europe when they eat the bread there ! It’s my belief and many others that what we call gluten intolerance in the United States is in many cases Simply glyphosate intolerance since glyphosate contaminates nearly every grain grown in the United States and the subsequent breads and pastries made from them.
May I suggest a study comparing gluten intolerant people subjected to grains grown organically without any glyphosate versus the heavily doused glycoside mproducts of the American farmland? Such a study if properly done I believe would show that many people are who are allergic to American pesticide doused grain based products are really allergic to the glyphosate and not the gluten.!
It would be SUPER HELPFUL if MAHA REPORT authors would add a link to the email message and/or to the Substack article regarding, for example, the RFI on gluten.
