I lived in Hawaii for thirty-two years. I was a member of a community effort who filed a ballot initiative to hold Monsanto accountable for harmful effects from their glyphosate/GMO corn seed production. We won at the ballot box for our moratorium initiative.

In 2014, it was still Monsanto, pre- Bayer merger. They spent 10 million to stop our effort. We spent five- hundred thousand. I could write pages about the situation but it would be opening a PTSD chapter. Monsanto (is ruthless) sued our group and we went to Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals who ruled in their favor due to Hawaii State agriculture laws. Keep the fight going. We won in many other ways. Search Wikipedia under Monsanto corporate history. See the list of chemicals they have produced since 1900 and it will open your eyes. Secretary Kennedy knows quite well.

We are in a spiritual war and need to fight with spiritual weapons. Prayers, faith, truth…

Bayer stock rose 18% last week. Greed is insidious. Chemical industry is as powerful as big Pharma

There is a law firm rolling out class action lawsuits against businesses that are pumping chemical fragrance through their HVAC systems. They’re going after the Marriott, Hilton, Disney, airports etc. They are also going after other businesses that have chemical fragrance products… Think plug-in air fresheners in public bathrooms. They are highly toxic and they are everywhere including hospitals, doctors and dentist office. I’m chemical sensitive and I can’t go anywhere without being triggered. Scented Laundry products are brutal. I can smell it on people a mile away.

Mr. Lyons is correct. Monsanto has been making this toxic cancer promoting "herbicide"

for decades. Due to extensive litigation sold out to Bayer, a much larger German corp.

That was to make litigation 100x more difficult. Glyphosate has been out of patent for years.

Consumers still buy and spray this toxin due to Biological illiteracy falsely believing that

its possible to "do one thing" (kill weeds) without doing extensive harm to themself and the ecosystem.

The solution??? Just as its true that fools have their muscles injected with the mRNA quaxcine of the day, it is also true those same fools spray glyphosate in the cracks of their driveways and worse, much worse. The expectation that somehow the Supreme Court is going to save them

is patently ridiculous. Its a rinse and repeat.

Shaming glyphosate sellers and users is the way forward. Education is easily outgunned.

The truth about glyphosate was readily known for a minimum of 18 years long before

MAHA existed. Credit where its due. The collaboration renews the battle.

I have participated in Marches Against Monsanto for the last 15 years!!!! Before coming across information that woke me up to this issue I made fun of people like me so I understood both sides. With this understanding I can no longer support anyone opposed as the effects on society’s health is undeniable!!! Anyone that supports Montanan is an enemy of the state!!!!

Don't depend on Maha and ESPECIALLY Trump who has already cozied up with Bayer. Your ONLY hope or power is to VOTE WITH YOUR DOLLAR$. Stop buying the chemicals disguised as food. The McDonald's in Europe is made with different ingredients than the McDonald's in the USA. American food manufacturers depend on our ignorance. When European researchers found a link between carcinogenic proven food dyes like red 40 and red 3 and yellow 5 and 6 tetrazine with ADHD symptoms they banned most and heavily regulated others. Over 6 million American children ages 3 to 17 are on ADHD medications to treat their " neurological" disorders that can't be diagnosed with a blood test or X-ray but by a FEW questions asked by a doctor ( used to be over 40 questions) As a result American food manufacturers make 2 different versions of their products. The cleaner healthier ingredients are used for their European markets and the inferior synthetic and artificial genetically modified ingredients are sold to third world countries and the USA. Find me ONE European mother willing to put her 3 year old toddler on ADHD drugs. Common sense should prevail. I had 7 year old girls in my classrooms who had already started menstruating probably from the illegal genetically modified hormones injected into conventionally raised cows. These cows whose meat is sold mostly to fast " food" places are fed genetically modified corn and soybeans instead of grass and then antibiotics are put into their feed to postpone their liver cancers ALL conventionally raised cows get when exposed to these poisons and methods. Please see Jim Hightowers expose on president Trump during COVID and how he allowed the meat industry to remain open harming the employees because they were HUGE donors to his presidential campaign. Please read the book MAD COWBOY. The author was sued along with Oprah Winfrey by cattle ranchers from Texas for showing diseased animals being slaughtered and refed to other cows. The cancerous tumor was removed from the cow and the carcass was slaughtered and put into the feed lot. Whether you remove the cancerous tumor or not cancer has spread throughout the cows body. Oprah stated that " this has stopped me stone cold from eating beef again". Today Oprah refused to answer any questions asked about her experience with the cow industry. You cannot purchase the video of the show only The transcript. Oprah raises her own cattle in Montecito and grows her own non GMO organic fruits and vegetables in Montecito and Maui. The author stated that when he was a child in the 40s he watched his farmer father doing this to their animals. I was in Europe in 89 when teenagers were dying from mad cow disease after eating hamburgers at fast " food" places. The English government took the side of the beef industry declaring that these were isolated incidences and the beef was safe for consumption. The English people STOPPED eating beef. As a result over a million cows in n England were killed. My cousin is a butcher in Greece. He told me that the Greek people had nothing to worry about because they knew what the English were doing to their cows decades earlier and didn't buy their beef from them. Remember the 6 children who died eating hamburgers at Jack in the Box 2 decades ago? Their parents accepted money and signed non disclosure agreements to keep quiet as the spokes people for J& the Box appeared on the news telling the public that the children " got sick" because the beef wasn't cooked enough. You cannot heat Ecoli enough so it will disappear. Cow feces from filthy cows made its way into the beef that KILLED these children.

I drank water for 20 years and developed a cavity. Our modern world is filled with "toxins" and health risks are directly related to exposure level (duration and level). Gasoline, phthalates, pvc, birth control estrogens, tamoxifen (for breast cancer), alcohol, processed meats (bacon, ham, etc), hot dogs, deli meats, Beer, French fries, potato chips, cofee, aflatoxins (moldy peanuts/walnuts/grapes-wine) all shown to cause cancer in high dose. The half life of Glyphosate is relatively short (1-2 weeks on a plant). For a 120 day crop cycle that creates measurable but very low residue at harvest (less than 1 PPM in corn, far below the EPA acceptable daily intake threshold). Spraying vegetables prior to harvest is much higher risk (of elevated exposure). If the ADI (acceptable daily intake) -needs adjustment, the EPA should act quickly and use unbiased studies to make adjustment. Broad statement of cause and effect without specifics are nothing more than fear mongering.

On the Monsanto - glycosate matters. We actually have two areas of contention. Personal use exposures when it's used as a weed killer. General uses where farmers use it as a preharvest desicant and it ends up in foods we are eating.

Our current issues relates to individual uses. The EPA and lable identification of product dangers does need current updating. We need to poke them into action. In the meantime, we need to see the public is informed of the situation and its dangers.

Today I received a blitz of Roundup advertising and offers. I am informed! I'm not buying any! Let's do what we can to see potential buyers are informed. If sales fall dramatically, part of the war will be won!

“Monsanto Supreme Court” is a perfect description of a bunch of bought and paid for charlatans we are supposed to respect as impartial. When Bayer bought Monsanto it was literally transferred up the global mafia hierarchy to squash Monsanto”s legal problems. And the real people grievously affected by this poison are left with no “legal” recourse.

I have been collecting Roundup studies for 13 years.

Here are 40+ studies

Please note: our gut bacteria, but not the human cells, are affected by Roundup

Monsanto has been making this toxic cancer-juice "herbicide" for ages. They sold it to Bayer to make litigation much more difficult. Glyphosate has been off patent since forever. People still spray this poison due to falsely believing that its possible to "kill weeds” without doing extensive harm to themselves and the Earth. Then Big Ag douses our food supplies with the toxicest.

Malignant cell lines typically take decades before they are diagnosed, but with turbo cancers from glyphosate and jabs these happen in weeks. So this goes down as well as a vegan influencer boasting about the virtues of all-plant diets during the keynote of a convention of big-game hunters.

A vegan does in fact influence... what about "thou shall not kill" escapes Carney? Vegans live longer, typically do not have diabetes, and much less cancer, while they uphold the commandment or the ethic "thou shall not kill" yeah?? They commonly do not "take" VAXes or quads distrusting the medical cartel and their Big Pharma offerings.

In 2012 before Bayer merger. they spent $25 million to stop the protesters. Monsanto ruthlessly sued my friend’s group our group and went to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals who ruled in their favor due to Hawaii State agriculture laws. Keep the fight going. Look at Wikipedia Monsanto corporate history. See the chemicals they have produced since 1885 and Adolf knew. Secretary Kennedy knows quite well.

"And truthfully, I opposed Ben Sasse at first, since he was one of the Republicans in Congress who voted for Trump’s impeachment. He got reprimanded for that, then he came to UHF. But Sasse turned out to be great while he was here, and his anti-Trump bona fides lent just enough credibility with the far-left faculty for him to be effective." checking in with ethical considerations and didactic reasoning skills.
