I'm sticking with the mission and RFK.

"To say that the future will be different from the present is, to scientists, hopelessly self-evident. I observe regretfully that in politics, however, it can be heresy. It can be denounced as radicalism, or branded as subversion. There are people in every time and every land who want to stop history in its tracks. They fear the future, mistrust the present, and invoke the security of a comfortable past which, in fact, never existed. It hardly seems necessary to point out in California - of all States -- that change, although it involves risks, is the law of life." RFK- The Opening to the Future Adress at the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, California (June 8, 1964)

What do you have to say about RFK's book The Real Anthony Fauci? It opened a lot of eyes to the dangers of vaccines.

Regarding Robert Kennedy cherry picking data. I honestly don't know what to say. I am not happy that the CV-vaxxes are still being promoted...and RFK. Jr. says that President Trump is behind this. I have been into health research 65 years...and know that injecting toxic substances, like aluminum sulfate, thimerosal (mercury), formaldehyde, etc. into the bloodstream create disease....and break down natural immunity. The whole industry, with its, so called vaccines, has no validity and our government backs it.

RFK is the single best hire that Trump has had. He has great people around him, but the most impactful, over time, will be RFK, IF he is not buried by big Pharma. Generations will benefit from what he is doing now and going forward. He is a man with a singular mission. I hope God protects him because he is going through some very rough waters.

Useless comment. Not about hiring, all about appointments and collaboration.

That has always been so. God does not need help.

Just like his orange boss. No one still believes this. He's demonstrated the opposite repeatedly. You can't seem to find a clip where he's not misrepresenting a cherry picked fact, lying by omission, quoting some tiny 20 year old study to the exclusion of the rest of the literature, or just making things up.

His campaign was sued by election officials in about 10 states for;

Lying about living in New York State when he had been living in California for years (NY, PA)

Submitting petitions filled with signatures of non-voters and out-of-staters (NC, DE, GA, NJ, PA, WA)

Compliance with state filing and nomination procedures (above and others)

Ineligibility under state election laws (running as Independent after losing another party's nomination during same cycle).

Not a victim, but a deceitful player.

Too long for a fortune cookie. What was your point? Looks like that comment was about presidential primaries. This newsletter bemoaned

"Think about what they actually did to this man. They sued him in state after state to keep him off the ballot... They tried to destroy his reputation ..."

What did they do to the poor man? Not let him ignore established election laws? Report on his long history of statements ..."

And yes, Fauci (that evil cockroach) would’ve sued him for zillions of it wasn’t all TRUE.

Many are the documented proofs, RFK's included. We might have learned from Rachel Carsons Silent Spring in '62. Evidence does not convince fools. That is the problem, one I have studied for decades...

Ubetcha's avatar

Simply rescind the PREP Act. Its absolutely within is rights as HHS. Rescind the Emergency Use Authorization. Also totally within his rights as the HHS. These are just protections for the makers and distributors of these fraudulent vaccines. The only thing "SAFE" is the legal protections from these laws and previous HHS actions.

Everything else is simply smoke and mirrors.

Theodore D'Alessio's avatar

I understand that it isn’t simple. But people are being murdered every day that those shots remain on the market, and the fact that it is not happening right before our eyes in no way detracts from that reality. Were people being marched before our eyes into gas chambers like the Nazis did in WWII, would we still be wringing our hands and decrying the cumbersome process it might take to stop it? Hell no! We’d scream that it must stop immediately. That’s where we are at here. I don’t think you really understand that. Somehow the social conditioning and propaganda has turned this into a bureaucratic issue, rather than the horror and human tragedy that normal people should perceive.

Dingo Roberts's avatar

The PREP Act and EUA declarations aren't a light switch RFK Jr. can flip solo. Here's the reality in three points:

PREP Act rescission requires the HHS Secretary to issue a formal amendment or termination — but only after determining the public health emergency no longer exists or that liability protections are no longer warranted. That determination would face immediate legal challenges from every pharma company holding a PREP-covered product. We're talking thousands of products, not just COVID vaccines. And the statutory language gives them standing to sue for arbitrary and capricious agency action.

EUA revocation under Section 564 of the FD&C Act lets the Secretary revoke if the circumstances justifying the EUA no longer exist. But here's the catch — the FDA commissioner makes the actual EUA declaration, and the revocation has to run through the same administrative process. Career officials who've spent years rubber-stamping these products don't suddenly salute the new boss. Administrative resistance is real, and the courts give enormous deference to agency procedure.

The real bottleneck: both actions trigger the Administrative Procedure Act, meaning notice-and-comment rulemaking, cost-benefit analyses, and guaranteed litigation from manufacturers who'll seek nationwide injunctions from friendly judges on day one. Even a hostile HHS Secretary (from pharma's perspective) has to follow the law or watch courts reinstate everything within weeks.

TL;DR — he has the authority on paper, but the procedural and legal gauntlet makes a unilateral snap-of-the-fingers impossible. Anyone saying "just rescind it, it's simple" doesn't understand administrative law or is arguing in bad faith.

Theodore D'Alessio's avatar

He can and should begin that process. The shots are genocidal, and every day they remain on the market means more people are killed, injured and sterilized, as intended. NOTHING is more pressing than stopping this ongoing slaughter and contamination of our gene pool and blood. What part of that don’t you understand, or are you, in fact, “arguing in bad faith”?

Barbara Charis's avatar

Totally right! So called, vaccines, the injection of toxic substances directly into the human bloodstream does not prevent disease...it accelerates it. The bloodstream was designed to carry nutrients from natural food to nourish the internal glands, organs and every cell. This creates energy and health. The substances in these injections break down the organs, glands and cells; creating physical and mental illness. The entire Vaccine Industry is a scam that our government promoted with the passage of The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, which removed its liability for injury and death. The vaccine manufacturers were involved in so many multi-million dollar suits, because of their deadly and defective products that they were on the verge of going out of business. Our Congress let them off the hook!

Theodore D'Alessio's avatar

But don’t be fooled into thinking that this is about greed or profit alone: it is primarily about depopulation. The elite want us dead, and they want to profit off of our deaths, while keeping enough people in the dark to allow the slaughter to continue unopposed as long as possible. And we will never know who exactly was behind it all; we only see the corrupt minions that do their bidding.

Barbara Charis's avatar

Agreed! I'm totally aware about the depopulation agenda, too. Governments worldwide are working along with the Medical industry whose products accelerate disease and have never provided cures.

TeeJae's avatar

There are no doubt those with a depopulation agenda. However, there are seemingly more who want us alive but chronically ill so they can profit off us. IOW, dead people are not money-makers.

Dingo Roberts's avatar

"What part of that don’t you understand"

I have no idea why you think I don't understand what you said. I was responding to this: "Simply rescind the PREP Act. Its absolutely within is rights as HHS. Rescind the Emergency Use Authorization. Also totally within his rights as the HHS."

It isn't simple. And what I responded with explains why "begin[ning] that process" may not look like what you want it to look like.

Bobby Kennedy Jr. is a Rock Star.

He has been responsible for more necessary changes in the Public Health of this nation than anyone else in the past 50 to 100 years.

I pray he maintains his position at HHS for many years to come.

Vivian K's avatar

I love and support Bobby. God bless him. But, what's been on my mind lately is the rate at which we as a nation are losing our productive farmland. Where will we grow all the wholesome food he is trying to push through if we keep going down this trajectory?

SailingAway's avatar

Good stuff there, but it omits some big things, like half a dozen new pesticide approvals, three of which are fluorinated.

TeeJae's avatar

You know that doesn't fall under HHS's purview, right? Take it up with the EPA.

Kathy Boston's avatar

So MAHA is only involved in HHS related topics? I thought EPA would be part of the equation that MAHA is addressing.

Yes, MAHA is addressing all health-related issues. But this specific article is only about HHS's role.

Bingo's avatar

Thank you for this impressive, informative read. We are grateful for the efforts of Mr. Kennedy ad others to restore our right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, all of which are dependent upon a healthy and safe environment.

While it is important to address EMF, wireless, and concerns about health hazards inflicted upon us because of excess technology, it is critical at this point to not only address but emphasize the incredible pollution of our skies because of unprecedented air traffic every single day.

Jets and other aircraft pollute our skies with toxic jet fuels and chemical additives such as sodium chloride and silver iodide to induce rainfall. Toxic rainfall. Our water, soil, and food supplies are contaminated by known and unknown chemicals, toxic nanoparticles, with no federal regulations whatsoever to control what is a form of terrorism, crimes against humanity. Every day our weather is now controlled by AI, Palantir, https://www.tomorrow.io/, and countless companies profiteering by unregulated geoengineering practices to control our weather. Another example is Stardust which only recently made NY TIMES headlines as a geoengineering company based in Israel which Americans are spending millions to fund without disclosure of what the chemicals are this company plans to spray into our atmosphere.

Our government put weather warfare into practice decades ago. There is an abundance of information about weather warfare, Owning The Weather 2025, and programs implemented to control the weather for the purpose of combat if not extinction.

Today, our government uses programs such as SAI (Stratospheric Aerosol Injection), SRM (Solar Radiation Management), ScoPEX (Stratospheric Aerosol Perturbation Experiment), etc., ostensibly to block the rays of the sun from reaching our earth. Yet the same government offers tax incentives to install solar panels!

Meanwhile, the good useful "journalists" of MSM cite anything that exposes the horror in our heavens as "baseless conspiracy theory" in spite of a plethora of information even at dot gov sites to the contrary that PROVE them liars.

Mr. Kennedy is aware of this gaslighting phenomenon as he exposed vaccine injuries.

The best thing that could happen to America at this point would be such a severe shortage of jet fuel that flights will need to be limited to only those which are absolutely necessary, scheduled only to full-capacity. It is aerospace technology that is the root of all of our health concerns. As soon as we recognize that fact, investigate NASA, all of the freaky gizmos being launched into our heavens without our knowledge or consent, we will be on our way to authentic peace.

People are completely traumatized by the warfare going on over our heads. We are bombarded every day with noise pollution from jets, aircraft, and on the ground trucks, motorcycles, noise from smart meters, cellphone towers, EMF, the list goes on, while people are acculturated to seductive advertising convincing them they need the next, fastest generation of the latest smart phones and generation of 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 G technology to download a movie faster than ever.

How nuts does it get?

truth seeker's avatar

Of course. A great idea to attempt to identify the entity responsible for the assaults.

Laundry lists are accurate. Evidence convinced no fool.

Well-said Tony: "Bobby Kennedy is the first HHS Secretary to come to Washington with a real vision — and it wasn’t a vision built on wanting more power, more control, more money, or more fame. It was built on one thing: ending the chronic disease epidemic in this country. And here’s what people forget — eighty percent of chronic disease is preventable. Eighty percent."

I would go above and beyond and say that Robert Kennedy, Jr. would have - and may yet still be - a great President of the United States. His unwavering love and understanding of humanity, and all peace loving people on the planet, is also a threat to those seeking to destroy his vision of securing America and ushering in a new era of peace and prosperity, by engaging with - not shrinking from - our responsibilities as a global superpower.

Like with every issue, Robert F Kennedy Jr. takes the time and effort to understand, get personally involved, and explain issues in great detail and with humanity and compassion. His conversations with Palestinians and Israelis through his three "Path To Peace" audio podcast episodes during the campaign, are an example of this and I encourage everyone to recognize the true courage of this man to tackle our most greatest challenges.

"PREP Act rescission requires the HHS Secretary to issue a formal amendment or termination — but only after determining the public health emergency no longer exists or that liability protections are no longer warranted."

Then issue a formal amendment or termination and let the process play out. The "health emergency" was fraudulent to get people to take a shot that was neither "safe nor effective" and its more than obvious 4 years later.

"EUA revocation under Section 564 of the FD&C Act lets the Secretary revoke if the circumstances justifying the EUA no longer exist. But here's the catch — the FDA commissioner makes the actual EUA declaration, and the revocation has to run through the same administrative process."

Kennedy can and should revoke the EUA. Again let the FDA commissioner defend the absurd argument that we need an EUA in July of 2026.

Stop defending the inertia Dingo. The HHS is not correcting the actions of the corrupt previous actors.

TeeJae's avatar

Clearly the larger message of the article was lost on you.

Ubetcha's avatar

No its wasn't TJ. The larger message is MAHA and RFK Jr are doing all they can, and there are political forces interfering in their goals, so its not their fault. And I am saying its a BS argument. RFK Jr is the HHS Secretary. He needs to start acting like it. Remember when Becerra stuffed all this crap down our throats? I do. He had no problem locking us down, forcing the shot, protecting "Phizer" and Moderna etc. This crap needs to get reversed. MAHA is running cover for their obvious capture of the original movement. The Means siblings was our first indication of the internal takeover.

truth seeker's avatar

You forgot that every person had choice, to comply or not.

The responsibility for personal health falls on every shoulder.

It is not the Gubmints. Sovereignty for the win.

Ubetcha's avatar

Coercion is not a choice. Currently forcing the “choice” to shoot your child with “safe and effective” poison or having to move your family so they can attend school is NOT a choice.

TeeJae's avatar

Even in coercion there is still choice. In your example of families with school-age children, there are more options than just moving to more "free" locales: homeschooling, private schools that don't mandate, and school co-ops, for example. The main idea is to think outside the 'Establishment' box by seeking out alternative/parallel systems.

TeeJae's avatar

The article's 'larger message' I was referring to is that in order for the MAHA agenda to succeed, its supporters/advocates need to resist being divided by the PTSB (S=shouldn't), as that weakens our power and strength. People like you seem to be playing into that division, which only hurts the movement.

Lynn Henning's avatar

Fauci should be jailed. He murdered a lot of people and he needs to return all of my money he received for the funding of this corruption even if it financially wipes him out. He lied, stoled and killed and destroyed. Sounds like someone I read about in Scripture. John 10:10.
