Thanks, John — I subscribe also to your Substack. When it comes to hospital food getting better — and it absolutely needs to — MAHA should study how it was done at ours Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital. A Four Seasons chef here was fed up with the lousy food and he completely revamped the hospital kitchen to stop using processed stuff and start doing fresh farm to table. The result has been amazing. Patients often learn they're eating better in the hospital than they were before. And lest anyone think that just wealthy white people go to our hospital, we are nearly 50 % Hispanic. And we have a large homeless population.

It's way past time the focus of healthcare is placed back onto root causes and prevention (aka real HEALTHcare). BigPharma and BigMedical won't like this one bit, as it will destroy their SICKcare model by taking away their lifelong customer base, hence demolishing their profit margins. Finally!
