“We should never forget that everything Adolph Hitler did in Germany was "legal" and everything the Hungarian freedom fighers did in Hungary was "illegal." - Martin Luther King, Jr.

Consumers are going to have to boycott big box stores and chains and demand a "Glysophate-free" labeling protocol. This will happen, its a question of if, not when, MAHA has to get in the streets.

This goes for the downhill products like the cattle that eat the tainted corn.

Start with McDonald's, Steak & Shake has already come around on the seed oils issue.

Our Supreme Court protecting the corporation who is literally sickening and killing us with their poison. I guess they think they and their children and families are immune.

Yes it’s so terrible, I helped in fighting years ago before Bayer bought out Monsanto. Makes me so sick!

Big Ag, Big Pharma, Big Chem, etc. all protected by the Supreme Court…this is the Deep State, and the Enemy of the People. Not some imaginary Antifa, or even more ridiculous, returning to a contrived commie threat.

Let's not forget not ONE deep state actor or politician has remotely been held accountable by Patel or Blanche (formerly Bondi) in either of Trumps two terms to date. Not ONE! We hear a LOT of talk about accountability, but where is it!

All of that is true, but in my legal opinion it starts with the Supremes countenancing all the mischief after the Second World War. When Congress stopped declaring war, and passed the National Security Act, the Supremes let that happen.

All the rest pales.

Sadly, this has been the posture of SCOTUS forever. Oxycodone, like Roundup shielded Doctors and manufacturers from liability because a Federal agency mandated treating pain like any other medical condition. Not until overwhelming destruction of people’s lives were exposed did anything happen. Correlation is not causation, is the trap that leads jurisprudence in these decisions and government mandates and decisions shields manufacturers.

Time and time again, people see who Trump’s administration protects and enriches.

Weak effort, Loo. The current administration batters the little guy with nearly every action and policy. The most industry "friendly" administration since pre-WW2. Eliminating consumer agencies and protections as quickly as they can get away with it. Consumer Finance Protection Bureau killed to "save" peanuts, making it easier for banks, lenders, debt collectors, etc. to take even more advantage of "the little guy."

Repeal of CFPB rules on overdraft fees. The administration and Congress reversed rules that would have limited many bank overdraft fees, allowing many banks to continue increasing higher fees than the repealed rule permitted.

Repeal of rule limiting the use of medical debt in credit decisions. A rule intended to reduce the impact of medical debt on consumers' credit reports and lending decisions was overturned, allowing broader use of medical debt information by lenders.

Rollback of protections for military borrowers.

Reduction of workplace safety standards and enforcement.

Environmental and drinking-water regulatory rollbacks.

Department of Transportation /FAA withdrew Biden proposed airline passenger compensation requirements for carrier-caused delays and cancellations, and narrowed or paused enforcement of certain refund protections, reducing planned or existing consumer rights for air travelers.

We all must take our own stand and not depend or expect the government to police wrongdoings.

Policing wrongdoing is government's basic function. Protecting individual rights and liberties. Providing for national defense.

Resolving disputes through courts.

Maintaining public infrastructure and essential public services.

Or, there are trial lawyers looking for an astronomical payday by pursuing a suit based on scant scientific evidence? I worked with glyphosate for 40+ years along with dozens of others and antidotally I know of no one who had any related health issues. I understand the chemistry reasonably well and I am skeptical of claims, but open to evidence to the contrary. Epidemiological studies always tease out a few troubling outlier results, but overwhelmingly they fail to show a link between glyphosate and cancer. That’s why the EPA has not reacted. Is the EPA captured by Bayer? Again, I’m skeptical, the spotlight is on this one. Juries will find it more palatable to side with a grieving “victim” than big [evil] corporation despite the evidence. I’m not saying we should ignore the possible risk, but there is more at play here than Erin Brockovitch trying to get justice for innocent victims.

Maybe we need to clean house in the Supreme Court!!!!

You aren't "the little guy," Lou. Lony Tyons for sure isn't.

So, the entire decision is based on the EPA saying there's no proof Glyphosates cause cancer?

It's amazing how one government entity can decide to poison the entire population and nothing can be done about it.

The big question is, who is actually running this country? The Supreme Court? The EPA? They seem to be the ones making the big decisions.

When are the American citizens going to stand together and say enough is enough?

When is President Trump going to stand for the people instead of big corporations and their mighty profits?

What is the name of the person who monitors the comments for the MAHA report and are they a Zionist because they keep removing my comments when I mention Zionist control of Congress.

Sheila Wise's avatar

It's probably because Jewish people are being attacked by people screaming about Zionist.

Diane Whitlock's avatar

Except that won’t happen, each new leader must be approved by the elite.

Dianne's avatar

Do Zionist have control of MAHA?

Dianne's avatar

Why was my comment removed. Was it because I mentioned Zionist?
