This now presents an opportunity to remove the USCFC from the authority given under VICP and/or repeal the NCVIA so due process rights are restored to the vaccine injured. This needs to be RFK's agenda in 2027.

"the Times actively defends the entrenched public health expert class that delivered Americans the most bloated, un-necessary childhood vaccine schedule on the planet. It’s therefore no surprise that the Times played up their pro-vaccine establishment narrative instead of presenting a balanced view"

DJT consistently calls the "Times" the fake news, that is a tell. They are not the litmust test, they are a failing newspaper. Now lets unpack "balanced" shall we??

None are safe, none are effective / all are harmful, some genocidal

That is the simple truth now as before. Half truths are half lies.

Big P and the Medical Cartel work tirelessly, for THEIR OWN $$$ INTERESTS.

The good news is the # of Renegade MD's is rapidly increasing. Over 30 that are outspoken risking de-licensing, the defacto control switch.

Truth Seeker's avatar

For any and all that do not know. Hospitals are regularly confronted with patients that wisely do not consent to vaccines. It is cutting into hospital and physician $$$ pie.

Hospitals have renamed mRNA as "Biologics" and or "Biogenics" codewords to deliberately obfuscate the kill shots. Be forewarned, hospitals are very dangerous.

Truth Seeker's avatar

Instead of heading down regulatory road, how about alerting the masses that they were

lied to? And that they need to take personal responsibility for their health, now as before.

If people believed that health comes from needles, they flunk the most basic course on health...

annapolis73's avatar

Fine. But the vaccine injured must have recourse and due process for the damages inflicted upon them. There must be legal accountability or Phrma will neevr alter their behavior.

Truth Seeker's avatar

We disagree on the solution, You believe its litigious and accountability.

Am making the case that the injured exepting children voluntarily offered their arms. Might suggest that the injured begin therapy with a long sober look into the mirror. Followed by a rudimentory course in health.

Big P has been at it since the Flexner Report, their delivery crew are the Medical Doctors that you do not seem to mention.

annapolis73's avatar

NOBODY should have their rights to due process abridged. We are a nation of laws. Product liability torts have nothing to do with "a look into the mirror." No disrespect here, but the concept of "duty" is fundamental to obtaining justice. P.S. My child was irreparably damaged.

Truth Seeker's avatar

REALLY wish that I could have spoken to you for 10 minutes BEFORE you decided to inject your child. Have great expertise in this domain and decades of experience. Had you still decided to do so, as many did,

defaulting to due process does not repair the injury.

Truth Seeker's avatar

Not sure what right you are referring to?

Most unfortunate that you did not see the obvious.

annapolis73's avatar

Our son was injured more than 30 years ago. I wish I knew then what I knew just 24 months later! Take care Paul.

A Midwestern Doctor explains directive-question-polling: The Secret Poll That Almost Killed Vaccine Reform

A leaked poll exposes the propaganda techniques that were used to derail vaccine reform and also are used against us every single day

Since MAHA and RFK came into power, the pharmaceutical industry has disproportionately focused its lobbying on neutralizing vaccine safety reform, with a key tactic being to stall meaningful action until Trump’s term expires so everything can be quietly rolled back.

A central tool in this effort was a single poll conducted in late 2025, which concluded that vaccine skepticism is political suicide — results so dire they convinced the White House to shelve vaccine safety as a public issue until after the midterms.

However, 25 other polls told a starkly different story: institutional trust has collapsed to historic lows, clear majorities support vaccine safety research and liability reform, and three MAHA-allied polls found that championing vaccine reform made candidates more favorable to voters, not less — while the leading Senate opponent of RFK’s vaccine work just lost his primary with only 24.8% of the vote.

The Fabrizio poll achieved its outlier results through a series of deliberately biased design choices not present in earlier versions (which got opposite results). https://www.midwesterndoctor.com/p/the-secret-poll-that-almost-killed

"Since MAHA and RFK came into power, the pharmaceutical industry has disproportionately focused its lobbying on neutralizing vaccine safety reform ..."

Can your Midwestern Fraudster provide any evidence in support of that claim? Because there's been a decent amount of reporting on what they have been most focused on (If you believe AMF has actually worked clinically this century, you're worse off than I thought).

Pricing, pricing, pricing - Warding off actual reform with European-style (rest of world really) limits on what they can charge.

The "TrumpRX" thing that isn't. They all want a piece of that non-program.

Keeping the Pharmacy Benefit Management rolling in dough.

Expanding Medicare coverage for high cost disease-modifying biologics.

DJT is the Commander in Chief, he appointed RFK to head up HHS.

RFK heads up this agency. MAHA is a takeoff of MAGA.

Have consistently pointed out on this forum the collaboration efforts

So far MAHA and RFK have not delivered on the vax issue with its payload of toxins.

None are Safe, and None are Effective is the truthful slogan Big P and the Medical Cartel

does not want to broadcast. All are harmful, Some genocidal with a gray zone in between.

Do not see any value whatsoever for polls . They exist to control and obfuscate.

Yes, just as you say. The sword of Damocles hangs over many heads ;-(

We are not informed directly of coercive measures towards high officials, as we "don't need to know" ;-/

Truth Seeker's avatar

Damocles will be busy... appears to be a massive effort that has

public awareness componet

John Day MD's avatar

Well, Damocles was just this guy who wanted to be king-for-a-day, but didn't realize that a heavy sword, held by a long hair from a horse-tail, hung over the throne, and it troubled him to no end.

People like the Kennedy's who tend to "die funny" are presumed to live under long-term threat arrangements. Bobby Jr.s cousin JFK Jr. died with his family in a small-plane crash in good weather after printing an expose' on the Clinton's in his George Magazine, and he was planning to get into politics, and might have run against Hillary Clinton for a NY seat in the US Senate.

I suspect that Bobby Jr.s pro-Israel stance might be such a negotiated position. Both his dad and uncle worked to keep Israel from getting a nuclear weapon.

KC & the Sunshine's avatar

I view this as fabulous news, and while I realize it seems we are moving at a snail’s pace— or perhaps a very tired, infantile, snail’s pace, I still say, LtMW. Let the Man WORK! I feel that Bobby Kennedy is fully aware of the many pitfalls and mountains of harm vaccines cause and is fully committed to making sure that we the people become aware as well.

OldBay's avatar

Wonderful news? Because you're a gullible fool.

This hasn't even gotten media coverage outside magaworld outlets, and barely there.

Alice Ball's avatar

This comment shows how wildly uninformed you are Cia, plus you’re defending giant pharma companies who put aluminum and mercury in vaccines for decades and pretend heavy metals are fine in infant brains. Did you know that the Hep B vaccine ALONE has an 1100% higher risk of autism? Educate yourself, I did. If natural deodorants were made bc aluminum is bad, why is it ok to inject it into babies? Be a little more curious.

Lysenko's avatar

Did you know that you couldn't support your preposterous contention that "the Hep B vaccine ALONE has an 1100% higher risk of autism .." if your life depended on it? Or anything in the same universe as that statement... Didja know?

OldBay's avatar

For sure - I'm wildly uninformed 🤣

For anyone interested, info regarding class action lawsuits involving toxic fragrance in public places .

Cole & Van Law Firm is pursuing class action lawsuits against various types of organizations including businesses, medical facilities, hotels, and employers etc, on behalf of individuals who have experienced respiratory issues from scented products such as air fresheners in public spaces.

These cases will focus on situations where scented products contributed to breathing problems or respiratory conditions. The goal of this type of litigation is to seek accountability for affected individuals while encouraging safer environmental and workplace standards.

They just filed the first lawsuit against the Marriott. (many places such as airports and hotels are infusing toxic fragrance through HVAC systems)

about the lawsuit

https://colevannote.com/fragrance-information-request-form/

Truth Seeker's avatar

Critical to differentiate between artificial fragrances and essential oils.

Are we to legislate about animals in public places because of those who are

allergic to danders??

Law Firms are always angling for a victory in Class Actions suits. Enough profit

for many retirements.

Kathy Boston's avatar

I went to the ER the other day because my respiratory issues were so severe. The triage nurse was doused in perfume and triggered my asthma to another level.

30% of the population have problems with chemical fragrance. These Chemicals are not only bad for people but for pets too, And the environment. They are highly toxic especially the scented boosters

Most public bathrooms including medical offices and dental offices have plug-in air fresheners which are the worst

I appreciate the brand of laundry detergent I use because they have both unscented and the scented they use essential oil. Mollys Suds.

Air purifier machines is one solution

Truth Seeker's avatar

Severe distress. Do you have a home oxygen generator? Not that expensive.

Overcame ER cat dander allergies totally, it was simple, though not related to the O2 generator.

Kathy Boston's avatar

I’ve never heard of an oxygen generator. Can you give me more information? Do you have a link?

Truth Seeker's avatar

Highly reviewed unit is Phillips EverFlo Q, know several users that

are very happy. Its light blue, on castors, and shippable.

You may be unaware that the air you breathe is 80% N.

The machine changes that equation favoring O2 that helps with a

mulitplicity of breathing problems.

Truth Seeker's avatar

I get it, and the fact that some are severely triggered.

Commercial laundry detergent and softeners are a large % of it.

One can make enough laundry detergent that is actually natural for a

family of 4 lasting a year for $6 with 4 simple ingredients and 10 minutes of work. We live in a toxic world creating hypersensitivy.

Kathy Boston's avatar

How do you make your own laundry detergent? What are the ingredients?

SailingAway's avatar

Laundry soap (Zote, Fels-Naptha), washing soda (sodium carbonate) +/- borax.

Want to make your own soap? Animal fats, sodium hydroxide and water. You're not making anything at home thst's decent for $6

Fragrance free commercial stuff too tainted for you?

Dixie Belle's avatar

I’m sorry you’re so affected by scents. That said, commercial buildings and hospitals need to use something to cover/clear the mal-odors. Otherwise no one would want to enter them. There are no more windows that can be opened and with closed air systems, odors build that need to be eradicated. Cleaning is not always sufficient. What would be your solution to this?

Kathy Boston's avatar

Air purifier machines.

Covering a bad odor with chemical fragrance (Another bad odor) does not work

Truth Seeker's avatar

And Kennedy wouldn't be HHS Secretary without Trump. Maybe, sometimes, keep your particular tastes and problems to yourself.

maybe you should take your own advice and not comment on my comment. Keep it to yourself. Trump is still an idiot, even if you can’t see it.

Alice Ball's avatar

You are really really not paying attention if you don’t understand how corrupt the CDC and NIH and FDA have been for the past 30 or 40 years, completely owned and corrupted by Pharma. I feel sorry for you if you really don’t know that.

Alice Ball's avatar

This is a comment section Mo, and anyone can comment to anyone else. Name one Democrat president who would allow RFK to do what he has done. I’ll wait. Only Trump, who doesn’t need big Pharma donations would allow RFK to root out the corruption in the CDC and NIH and FDA so thoroughly. It’s important when you have TDS that you actually do a little investigation outside of Dem propaganda media.

Root Causes's avatar

"Only Trump, who doesn’t need big Pharma donations would allow RFK to root out the corruption in the CDC and NIH and FDA so thoroughly ... Blah, blah TDS blah, blah.."

You couldn't be funnier if you tried.

Mo Leish's avatar

Yes, Alice, this IS the comment section and that means I too can comment and share my opinions. I am not a democrat. I am not a republican. And I love Kennedy and dislike Trump. I dislike his inability to speak with kindness and grace, I dislike what he did to MTG and Thomas Massie. I dislike that he is a scammer, he is self centered, and that he doesn't seem to give a S about anyone but Trump. If that's TDS then so be it. Maybe those with TSS should just go watch more Fox News, pray to your leader, and leave those who don't like him alone. He earns that dislike every day.

Alice Ball's avatar

I don’t watch Fox News! And haven’t for well over five or six years. I don’t trust the Republicans either, but Massie never accomplished a single thing and MTG is a sellout. I don’t pray to politicians, and Trump is not my leader. But he’s a damn good president who is accomplishing more than the past for presidents combined. He is reworking geopolitics, and if you don’t understand it, you’re not reading enough. Go read Childers and listen to Promethean action.

Lysenko's avatar

No Fox. If that's true, it's only because Fox isn't crazily dishonest enough for you, Larouchie. "Promethean Action .... dedicated to defying oligarchy ...." while worshipping your Orange Emperor and his cabal of zillionaires.

This EO is a welcome move. But I fear that when Republicans lose seats in the midterms (because of Trump's Iran war and other broken promises) the pro-pharma/vaccine crowd will use those midterm losses as "proof" that Americans actually "don't" support vaccine reform.
