In an inspiring new book, “Change Your Environments,” Dr. Berg, the wildly popular online doctor, details how moving to a Virginia farm transformed his life.
Most Americans don’t have the luxury of packing up, moving to the country, and buying a farm. But we do have the power to make better choices right where we are. I love listening to Dr. Berg, and one message continues to resonate with me: we can start changing our environment by paying attention to where our food comes from and what we put into our bodies. Shop local when you can. Visit farmers markets. Look for organic and minimally processed foods. Read the labels. Yes, healthier choices can sometimes cost a little more—but I believe investing in our health today may save us far more tomorrow. We may not be able to change the entire food system overnight, but we can change what we bring into our own kitchens, one choice at a time.
I have said for years: "Health is the TRUE wealth".
medical profession has not been professional for many decades and neither has government put the two together and it is a recipe for disaster! Sorry folks but if god's natural designs are breaking down and your food chain is corrupted as well get back to basics if you can I did and now medication free numbers improved! Was it the docs? or just eating and drinking applying food like medicine and assuming our food chain was corrupted and treating the parasites prophylactically and periodically since the food chain is corrupted! better health for me i guess hope you figure it out
This guy deserves the Presidential Medal of Freedom I my opinion. Think about it, he gives all his time and knowledge away for free, HERO!
Dr. Berg, we would love a conversation with you, we have a way to get your great messages to little kids. If we don’t start educating our kids on the topics you cover, nothing is going to change.
I love Dr. Berg. He has helped me with several issues. Also, so sick of rude people in the comments.

A healthy person has a thousand wishes, a sick person just one.
