It's beyond disturbing the MAHA food movement seems to have erased the subject of Genetically Modified foods and instead of focus on GMO harms discussion is about "seed oil" or Ultra processed. The issue of toxic glyphosate also is removed from GMO which are primarily modified to tolerate up to 10 times the glyphosate strength of the driveway weed killer Over a decade ago there were Millions Against Monsanto marching globally now the basic vocabulary along with Monsanto brand have been erased.

Do better identify the harms of GMO novel proteins & patent protected, fee based seeds that have destroyed the historic system of farming & small farmers globally. Adding insult to injury the bulk of USDA subsidy dollars is paid to industrial farms for GMO crops.

HHS, FDA, EPA, and NIH: do your job—protect public health, not industry.

Why are harmful pesticides, harmful additives (ie citric acid) and vague labels like “natural flavors” still allowed in our food? Require full ingredient transparency, including glyphosate, and ban substances linked to harm. (no immunity to liability for pesticide companies)

Why are toxic synthetic fragrances in air fresheners and laundry products still unregulated? Mandate full disclosure of fragrance chemicals and restrict those known to trigger health issues.

And why is NIH still funding cruel animal experiments on dogs, cats, and primates? End taxpayer-funded animal testing and invest in modern, humane alternatives.

Set stricter safety standards. Close regulatory loopholes. Put people—not corporations—first.

I appreciate what you have accomplished under difficult circumstances and agree with the comments above. Here is a request that might be easier to address. We now have a lot more research showing the harms of LED lights to vision and to our circadian rhythm. Incandescent lights are so beneficial and they are no longer technically illegal but they are not very available and they are not being produced on a large enough scale. Also people need to be more educated about this important issue. It seems to me like it would be a good fit for you all to take on. I am praying that the good work you have been doing around vaccines can be rescued and move forward. Thank you.

What about the toxic chemicals in scented products?. Plug-in air fresheners are the worst and they are everywhere including medical facilities. We are poisoned every day from these products . Scented laundry products not only are harmful to the person using them but to those around them and the environment through dryer vents. Also harmful to pets and wildlife

Centers for Disease Control CDC

• Prohibits:

• Plug-in air fresheners

• Fragrance-emitting devices

• Scented products in buildings

• The American Medical Association has recognized that indoor air quality significantly impacts health and supports efforts to reduce harmful exposures.

• The American Lung Association warns that fragranced products can emit hazardous air pollutants and trigger asthma.

• The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends improving indoor air quality and reducing exposure to respiratory irritants.

• The Environmental Protection Agency identifies VOCs from household products as contributors to indoor air pollution.

Legal & Accessibility Considerations

• Fragrance sensitivity can qualify as a disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act

• Public spaces must be accessible to all individuals, including those with chemical sensitivities

• Fragrance-free policies can serve as a reasonable accommodation

Little bits of 70% dark chocolate with very low measured heavy metal content a couple of times a week don't count, right?

If it's organic it's perfect.. fair trade even better.. there's benefits in all food where the problems come are when science experiments try to squeeze extra profits from Mother Nature and toxic fraud in footnotes & loopholes won't fool our bodies.

Life's funny. I look for that humor sometimes.

Everything comes down to specifics.
