Approximately $600,000 of an NIH grant to EcoHealth Alliance went to the Wuhan lab. So Paul’s underlying question— “Exactly what research did the U.S. government fund at Wuhan, and could it have been relevant to the origin of COVID?” —was absolutely legitimate.
Even this nonsense of having Robert Redfield testify and make the media rounds bashing Fauci for CDC policy guidelines created and propagated while Redfield was running the CDC. The whole "lab leak" whatever - those were Redfiekd's CDC Epidemiological Intelligence Surveillance sleuths running that investigation.
