Everyone is entitled to rewrite the obvious.

Decades ago the Natural Hygienists offered many such books.

They clearly identified the Tenets of Health, in detail.

Have not seen better offerings.

Unfamiliar, may have preceded my interest. The attacks against personal health

are orchestrated and unrelenting. Resist, no need to reinvent the wheel.

Grow as much as possible, share, support local growers, markets, and health food stores that have integrity...

Dr. Eric Berg's Change Your Environment offers good advice. Hippocrates , the Father of Medicine, advocated change of venue, too. The wrong climate can make a person ill. Living in any kind of toxic situation...one has to get out of it. Good health is a top priority.

In life, one learns biological principles.

Everyone has the same options, Adapt, Migrate, or Die...

Migration is a rehash of changing ones environment,

a welcome reminder.
