There needs to be a name applied to that type of science, and who is more fitting of that name than "America's doctor, Dr. Fauci" who lied to us and pushed his own agenda on us to our detriment and the bottom line of big pharma.

managers for thousands of employers, and a Vice President of one of the largest, 8 million employees, said “I’m dealing with the most medically ignorant population in my career.” The fee for service/managed care cartel has created this nightmare of lackluster insureds, delegating the most important thing in one’s life to an employer, broker and human resource lackey.
Oh, there were plenty of minions out there supporting and spreading the lies Fauci and his cohorts were propagating but they can be contained in the medical hubris category: "We have have educated far longer than you have, we are the experts and don't try to convince us with any facts.
