Common sense nutrition. I grew up in an era where red meat and fowl was the primary part of the meal. Fresh vegetables and fruits as sides. There was only whole milk available. My four brothers and I were never overweight and still aren’t. Our ages range from mid 50”s to mid 70’s at this time. We continue to have good health. I’m am so grateful that Mr. Kennedy is promoting good nutritional practices. Saving our children from long term health issues.

Oh, we were all breastfed. As a OB RN I encouraged new mothers to breastfeed (uphill battle). I encourage Mr. Kennedy to promote breastfeeding as part of his nutritional plan. God bless those fighting for a healthy nation.

Breastfeeding babies reduces maternal breast cancer risk, too.

Go Ginger!

Absolutely and so many other amazing things. It’s nature’s way of keeping us healthy and thriving.

Breastfed babies grow up smarter and better adjusted.

As much as I would love that, I have put my years in fighting the red tape and poor policies. I have become tired. I was always in some sort of trouble promoting patient priority over corporate greed. I still enjoy nursing but on a volunteer basis for my community. It’s a rewarding experience.

Thanks for reply, Ginger. I so get the fatigue . . . but I'm sure you planted many seeds and we hope the time for them to ripen is NOW. Bless your continued service . . . I worked with many nurses in Senior Care where I provided the staff/management of the complimentary personal care/caregiver services. Somehow the rewards did outweigh the challenges . . . barely.

Stop fluoride in our water NOW

End big pharma commercials.

Thank you. 😊

Big Pharma commercials are crazy to me. Especially when a patient asks me about a medication they saw on TV that is totally inappropriate for them.

Can President Trump and secretary Kennedy do something about Dental cost? I have a $1500 coverage. I’ve already spent it and it’s only January. And I’m facing a failed root canal and crown with an infection under it. Dr doesn’t know if they can save the tooth in which case I may have to get an implant for thousands of dollars. Even if they can save the tooth I have to pay for another root canal and crown out-of-pocket.

I was thinking of getting a second stand-alone dental insurance but it doesn’t seem to be worth it.

Check out the Midwestern Dr. In addition to all his Excellent health articles, in his DMSO series 'How DMSO Cures Eye, Ear, Nose, Throat and Dental Disease'. And always LOTS of excellent comments!

And, chlorine dioxide!!!

Excellent source of info to start with:

The Universal Antidote

or

https://theuniversalantidote.com

Lots of videos on rumble. Also, Pierre started writing about CD last year in his substack. and he's just published a book 'The War on Chlorine Dioxide'

I've used DMSO and CD for different conditions, including gum and teeth, always excellent results. Though a strict diet of mostly raw and some cooked green vegetables is required to start.

Bravo-Keep up the great work! This is what we voted for.

Thank you and your team. Bring back PSA's Public Service Announcements. Tell the people the why you are doing what you are doing. Cut through MSM's lying misinformation campaign foothold on Americans. Put it out there on the airways.

Big Pharma owns the airwaves, so no MSM outlet will EVER say anything against them. Cigarette and cigar companies were once the owners, but the horrible health outcomes eventually became so apparent that they were finally halted from advertising. Big Pharma advertises products the consumer can't even buy! And yet they spend more on advertising and lobbying than on research, not to increase sales, but to influence the media that's consumed by the American public. Logically, it seems to be an intelligent step to cut advertising of Big Pharma, but since enormous amounts of money go to influence those making such decisions, logic and public health are tossed to the bin. I know restricting their advertising has been discussed, and now there is hope it can grow legs.

It's funny you mention cigarettes and cigars. These new nutrition guidelines made the recommendations on alcohol more vague. Alcohol has just as many, if not more, horrible health outcomes than cigarettes. I can only imagine how much money was lobbied by Big Alcohol to get this.

Why no beans, tofu & legumes in the protein section? Glaring omission $$$.

TeeJae's avatar

I think those are beans on top of what looks to be a bowl of rice. But yes, legumes should be more prominent. At least there are nuts. And a bag of peas at the top.

Not to mention the diseases I’ve never heard of that now have TX for. NO ONE wants to hear about this during dinner. I believe erection meds started this trend. Of course Tylenol and advil etc. how can the news investigate a drug if it sponsors the news show??? 🙏🇺🇸

Ground beef and butter are very high up, and so is the risk of cardiovascular disease: https://thescamdoctor.substack.com/p/the-full-laypersons-guide-to-cholesterol?r=6hgshq

"Nutrient-rich whole milk?" The only "nutrient" found in whole milk that is not found in skim milk is saturated fat, which causes heart disease. Saturated fat is not a "nutrient." Hard pass.
