Need to highlight Ralph Baric and how a judge ruled in favor of university of North Carolina to conceal Baric’s data on his Covid research. Baric, UNC and NIH need to be held accountable for causing the pandemic yet it’s swept under the rug. It’s mind numbing.

We need to make it clearly illegal that court ordered forced psychiatric drugs without any review or accountability that are allowed to continue unmonitored for decades on one human are absolutely experimental and a violation of the Nueremberg Code which is codified into law all over the USA at federal, state, and local levels. They are experimental to the extent that FDA approved those drugs only to the limits of the actual scientific human studies presented to FDA for drug approval, which usually involves a few weeks or months of testing at the most at specific dosages without other drugs being given at the same time. Beyond this, the science ends and the experiment begins.
Yet, human experimentation occurs across this nation on psychiatric patients in this way, often without their ability to say no, if the court system is involved. It is particularly insideous when a judge's order continues without review or accountability forever without any end date, with prescribing doctors that are so incompetent they do not acknowledge that they received a patient in excellent elite athletic shape that their experimentation has turned into somebody who can't recall his symptoms, who can't remember short term events and details, has violently shaking limbs, reports a destroyed neurological system, drools all over himself while talking, reports being so overdosed that he is in bed sleeping for months, and is constipated for days with no proper medical help available to stop his back pain when his family attempts to contact a nurse or a doctor at that institution. This is caused by continuous forced overdoses of psychiatric drugs that he cannot refuse due to a court order 15 years ago requested by doctors no longer present at this mental institution that has no accountability, no review, no followup, and the ordering judge is long retired, and the prescribing doctors only seem to know they have to keep him overdosed constantly and do not care about him when he objects. He is being abused and mistreated by those around him, likely because he is being allowed to drool all over himself and because he can't remember things. This cruelty will continue forever until this man is dead or released as a zombie unable to care for himself from the amount of physical damage caused to his brain by this institution's prescribing doctors to this patient.
He was an elite athlete physically before they damaged him. Nobody cares to investigate this. The family has provided written documents proving to the state government, to the bar association, to the court system that this elite athlete was framed by his prosecuting State attorney to gain career promotions with the help of an attorney who lied to the judge in order to file a false NGI at the initial hearing by the crooked attorney falsely stating he represented this victim in order to help the crooked prosecutor. This victim never talked to the crooked attorney who lied to the court that he represented this victim who was in jail totally unaware that his initial hearing was occuring without his knowledge and without him present when he had never been informed of the charges before and after that initial hearing because it was a calculated framejob by crooked insiders. The evidence proves the crooked attorney never contacted this athlete.
When another attorney later was hired by the family to pick the case up, he was unable to find any court records of any other attorney involvement and the victim didn't know what he didn't know. The crooked attorney who falsely lied to the court that he represented this victim was never signed properly into the court, so his name does not appear in any of the court records that were available to the new attorney. As a result, the second attorney thought this athlete was the stupidest defendant who didn't know the basics to protect his own case and assumed he had pled NGI without an attorney present, which was what he concluded from the court documents. The truth was far from that, but it would take years to discover that the name and function of this crooked attorney only appeared hidden inside of the court transcriber's records which likely would never be transcribed, or such was the gamble of the crooked attorneys who have still got away with this.
The State Bar Association, the Court House officials, and the Governors Administration seem to agree that a wrong was done, but conclude that nothing can be done to charge the crooked prosecuting attorney and the crooked attorney who falsely identified himself as representing the victim he never talked to yet. Meanwhile none of them are interested in releasing this innocent victim who has been physically destroyed, probably intentionally, and who cannot function any longer being so physically damaged. He certainly appears to be slowly dying, being murdered slowly by experimental drugs given in this way to him for 15 years. The victim's mother put those documents together, but everybody expects her to have the inside knowledge of a trained attorney as her sons is slowly murdered in front of her for a crime the crooks know he didn't commit, because the prosecuting attorney added a lie to the police report facts and didn't provide the actual police reports to the judge.
Certainly the Governor's Administration seems to be covering this up and does not care about any justice to release this victim of one of his top paid legal staffers, who coincidently left that position when the Governor's office was reviewing the mother's evidence about a year ago. But that can help, but the Office sees no way to help the victim. A few attorneys have understood and enlightened the mother, but have informed her that they absolutely not interested in taking on this case as it will be full of too many consuming problems.
This is a case of medical experimentation that far exceeds any scientific data from the scientific experiments that FDA approved for the pharmaceutical company's scientific experiments that certainly never lasted 15 years in mixes of 7-8-9 psychiatric drugs in a given day every day, despite all of his obvious symptoms that every prescriber has ignored as if they couldn't see and connect in their brain that these symptoms were caused by the drugs they are prescribing. Cruelly nobody cares about the innocent athlete that needs to be removed from this gross abuse and mistreatment by the people around him and in control of him inside a mental institution.
