Informed Consent Freedom's avatar

Trump made good on his promises to big vape manufacturers like Juul (donors) to get fruit flavored vapes approved. Gotta hook those pre-teens.

This chiropractor gets lots of the details wrong - Formaldehyde isn't "used as a solvent" in vapes. Propylene glycol (PG) and vegetable glycerin (VG) are used. When these are heated, especially at high temperatures or during "dry puff" conditions (when the wick is insufficiently saturated), they MAY decompose into aldehydes including formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and acrolein.

There's nothing "brand new" about formaldehyde exposure or inhalation either -- umm, cigarettes.

Are you certain Dr. Berg got that wrong, or was it the author of this article?

Formaldehyde is highly toxic, in any capacity.

Incinerating toxins cannot possibly be anything by negative.

What is this assertion about "promising" to get flavored vapes approved??????

Informed Consent is a great idea, it has never been on the front burner.

Freedom is for those who demand it, and not for liberals who beg for it.

This article is not clear at all. "Vaping" is not necessarily a way to ingest tobacco.

A "vape" was so named originally as a way for weed smokers to bypass the most toxic components of smoking joints or pipes. That usage had no inclusions making it more toxic.

Individuals knowing nothing about health like the convenience of cartridges with

their payload of toxic inclusions. That has nothing to due with the original "vapes"

Ahhhh a fellow Dr Berg observer. Well don’t forget Berg also spoke about how bad these forever chemicals are that are placed in food. The Trump administration has approved several pesticides whose active ingredients are PFAS. Berg is completely against this. I would like to start this conversation up

It is true that some goons at the Supreme Court just gave a pass to Glyphosate, most concentrated exposure to dessicate crops grown for ANIMAL FODDER. Which "pesticides" (NOT TO BE CONFLATED WITH HERBICIDE), do you refer???

To my knowledge it is isocycloseram & Cyclobutrifluram who were approved in January of this year. The new ones just approved are , Trifludimoxazin, Fluoxapiprolin and Epyrifenacil. So some at beginning of the year and these were just approved. These would be the pesticides used on crops etc. So yeah to be clear not food additives but the pesticides added to crops.

One of the listed chemicals is a pesticide

It is crucial to be crystal clear on these issues.

The EPA is not controlled by the admin, however there are mechanisms.

The EPA approved the chemicals you list, and no doubt others.

There is currently a MASSIVE downregulation of white collar goons including academics who are pay to play.

To avoid these toxins to the extent possible eat only organic with no toxic inclusions whether herbicide or pesticide. Have counseled thousands in this domain. Here are the details:

trifludimoxazin, a broad-spectrum herbicide

fluoxapiprolin is a fungicide

Epyrifenacil is a PPO‐inhibiting herbicide

Cyclobutrifluram is primarily for soil nematodes (microscopic organisms)

Isocycloseram is likely the worst of the mentioned and is used primarily as a pesticide patented by Syngenta of mRNA mistrust. As you point of, a "Forever Chemical" very toxic. It is terrible that this compound has been approved by the EPA.

MAHA is to be credited for advancing "Regenerative Ag" a current euphemism

the Amish would find comical, and possibly taking organic a few steps further.
