Don’t know if this info would interest or help, but thought I would share in case it might. This is a link to Dr Michael Lewis’ website. He is formal military, treats brain injured patients, very well known with a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge. http://drmichaellewismd.com/speaker/

I treated with Dr Michael H Moskowitz for 27 years. You can watch him in the movie CBD Nation. I learned how to replace Rx Oxycontin and 13 other Rx drugs with strong cannabis medicine. My PTSD was helping by young friends that gave me 🍄. Eating a little helped heal my brain. I use cannabis medicine daily. Don't need any depression medicine after taking it a few times.

Murdering children gives you bad PTSD. It is a really common cause in US Military.

You are not allowed to mention it.

Move along now; there's nothing to see here...

Drugs are never a solution. They are products that manufactures and doctors use to make money. At necessary evil, at best.

The effecicay of "entheogens" (aka "hallucinogens") depends tremendously on the spirituality of the "therapist" working with the patient.

We don't say "shaman", which is unscientific, ya'know?

I'm close to Tijuana, and when I heard of ibogaine, it was only available in Africa.

Someone please post a few reputable clinics (and cost, if you have it) I really want to try it.

The testimonial I heard on an old video is that 1 session of ibogaine obliterated years of not only heroin addiction but also countless chronic health issues.

This is precisely why I’m in the process of becoming a certified Psychedelic Integration Coach. This research is so important and needs to be at the forefront for mental health including PTSD and somatic disorders.

This testimony of these wounded beserkers of some insane globalist agenda — our fathers, sons, brothers and sisters — testimony of hallucinating management of trauma is the most whacked out freak since early William Gibson (read then — of course — in that tumultuous period of indecision) : reality as a managed hallucination. Good work, artfully done ! May others feel the force of your thoughtful piece!

This makes as much sense as giving covid shots to infants. Three times. Reportedly good for them too.

Our veterans need help, but we have Med Beds becoming widely available this year that can regrow limbs and heal everything from PTSD to cancer. Of course the president knows this, so the psychedelics are only an interim measure.

Nature's God's plants 1 win, Big pHARMaceutical companies 0 on this one. it's about time!!! It's been known for decades that psychadellics help heal the brain. The whole Controlled Substances Act was a farce to make cannabis illegal so they could arrest stoners and steal their money and lives. Just look into exactly how they made cannabis illegal and why... If you know you know... The media lies for those who pay the most... Follow the $$$$$$$... Peace...

Lots of info in this article seems to be subjective. Such as that all clinics use the same protocol or mix 5meo and ibogaine in a single treatment week. Something never done before and only popularized recently. There is also no mention of the failed 50/100M dilutive award from TX as the UT Health was unable to meet the demands of the contract which included giving 20% IP to state for life. A bridge is needed to help the financial burden and consolidate resources under one shared development company or fund. Working on that as we speak. We will call it the Freedom Health Fund

I am leery of medications as well. So are some doctors. Dr. Michael Lewis, founder of Brain Education and Research Institute, and author of “When Brains Collide”, has been taking a much different approach with his brain injured patients. He is a veteran and had worked at DOD. He had done research into military personnel who had committed suicide. Apparently, anytime military personnel has lab work done, any leftover blood is kept and catalogued by name. What he found is a connection between suicide and inflammation. Inflammation is caused by an imbalance of Omega6s to Omega3s. When he brought this finding to the attention of the DOD and wanted to address it, he was told to stand down. So, within his private practice, he does successfully address the inflammation and is having great success with a particular Omega3 oil that his patients use and love. Plus, the oil is very affordable.

This may work but it sounds horrific to go through. The Transcendental Meditation is easy and extremely effective in overcoming PTSD. There is a lot of research on it already. and centers where vets can learn across the USA. Please explore the David Lynch Foundation's website: https://www.resilient-warriors.org/

TM is a non-trauma focused treatment, it is often preferred to other existing treatments for PTS therapies that involve confronting anxiety-provoking thoughts and stimuli. TM is relatively low cost and provides a life-long tool for promoting mental and physical health. Other benefits of TM include being less emotionally demanding for patients than other PTS therapies, producing noticeable benefits within the first month of practice, and being a treatment that is more self-empowering to veterans through regular daily home practice.
