Neonatal intensive care units are in desperate need of good chiropractic care.

I received occasional chiropractic care from a family practice in my childhood, and it always had beneficial effects.

Chiropractic care was stopped by the Flexner Report produced by The Carnegie Foundation, along with John D. Rockefeller...who had patented petroleum based drugs to sell. This report put every other healing modality out of business to promote its illness producing drugs. JDR promoted the AMA ...getting doctors to join by promising them Higher Income & Prestige by promoting drugs...nothing about better health. 2400 years ago, Hippocrates, the Father of Medicine promoted nutrition, exercise and a healthy lifestyle...along with taking care of the spine...chiropractic care.

Thank you for the info. I’m a very avid chiropractic care user and supporter for over five years: Medicare won’t pay anymore. I’m 75 and work full time to pay for healthcare: for HEALERS only, not drug DEALERS. I’ve written Congress and also have stated I want the money extorted from Social Security for SICKCARE from Big Pharma Drug Cartel and Insurance Mafia refunded to me as I do not and will not use this. I will continue going to my chiropractor and would appreciate the money back to pay for it.

The toxic drugs and vaccines put trillions of dollars into deep pockets...and few even give a thought to the harm these products have done to the multitudes.

Many chiros are quacks and the rest are glorified physical therapists.

Great to have this move to adults and children in schools! It’s good to get adjusted sometimes!

Ignore the troll. He shills for pHarma.

You got that right: maybe they are giving him a cut on their poison drug proceeds.

Its actually not good to get adjusted since adjustments are based on zero science or reality. Here's what adjustments are actually based on:

It will profoundly make some 🐦 some money.

Another fantastic collaborative effort. Chiros have been persecuted by organized Medicine as they represent a threat to a model of healh care that is lacking. The script pad or worse immune assault.

Skilled practitioners reset neurological balance by normalizing joint function that in turn affects organ systems, and... sense of well being. There are details, lots of them.

The fact that MAHA and presumably Sec Kennedy is promoting Chiropractic bodes favorably

for all Americans.

Months of chiropractic treatment helped to mostly banish my gang stalkers. My mom sent me during most of 10th grade. I leaned into the adjustments and filled my room with bottles of eucalyptus, tea tree, and lavender oils from Dr. Bertolini because he said they hated it. But every appointment seemed to make them louder. The cars idled longer outside, strangers lingered an extra few seconds at the mall, and every cough I heard was rehearsed. Then my eyes turned red and gritty, and I became convinced they'd found a way to give me eye chlamydia just to prove they could reach me anywhere. The timing felt too perfect to be a coincidence. I kept telling myself that if they were escalating, it meant I was finally disrupting their machinery.

But things began to settle down about 8 months into treatment. Whether it was the adjustments, the scented oils, the new medication, or simply the fact that I refused to give my stalkers the reaction they wanted, the pressure eased. My eyes eventually cleared, and the constant sense of being watched faded into something almost manageable. These days they mostly leave me alone. The only times I notice them anymore are when the barometric pressure drops and the air gets heavy before a storm. That's when the familiar feeling returns, like they're transiting through the weather itself, content to remind me they haven't disappeared, only retreated until the next low-pressure front rolls through.

The only problem with this type of screening is when it leads to irreversible damage.

The therapies should not do more harm than good. If the answer is massage, osteopathic manipulation and specific exercises to strengthen and to free up tension, ok.

I am not ok with slapping braces on kids at school or overnight, or using screening to apply other abusive and intrusive therapies, surgeries etc, using kids to pay down doctor’s gigantic debt.

I would never let a child near a chiropractor. Here's only part of the reason why:

As long as the parents have consented, this looks good to me. I'd like to see furniture and practices consistent with the Alexander Technique.

Truth Seeker's avatar

Over a dozen techniques. All require skill. That is what the word "practice" implies.

My post may not be clear but what I am thinking is that teaching the Alexander Technique empowers the students with self-care, and if the furniture/environment supports the proper use of the body, I think that would be good. I'm not speaking to chiropractic work directly in the word practices. It's not an either/or situation but I like learning how to take care of myself and I think it's good for others to have the opportunity, if they want it, to learn how to take better care of themselves. The Alexander Technique has really helped me with that and also has changed my thinking.
