Kennedy is a GODSEND as the US secretary of Health. Public trust is very important to Kennedy. He is the people’s protector.

I’ve followed Bobby for almost 40 years, after both of my best friend’s kids developed autism after the MMR vaxxes and he started speaking out against pollution and other environmental concerns. The “Wayback Machine” is being erased and replaced with machines who will tell you what narrative is on the menu for the day.

We are all aware that he had a shameful past, no need to revisit it but instead award him the well deserved praise he deserves for overcoming such adversity and championing all important causes on our behalf. Many are not nearly as successful in such a difficult struggle.

With some of his cousins and siblings being fine upstanding citizens, NOT. Starting w Caroline and her son Jack, are deplorable so don't even go there with me. The fact that he's working very hard in a very positive direction is all that matters in the present. None of us is perfect and we do not have the right to judge, that only reflects on your character. Give the guy some credit FFS.

Without ANY doubt whatsoever!

RFK has been relatively silent on taking on Big P and by default the Medical Cartel.

He is gaining traction by re-exposing the link between SIDS and infant mortality among the quaxed. Expect greater things as public sentiment shifts away from trust to demanding accountability. Some of us always knew the truth, for many decades.

Laura Mueller's avatar

HHS Secretary RFK Jr. is in constant legal battles with Big Harma and the Medical Cartel. He has announced repeatedly that his agency is currently conducting gold-standard research on vax-unvax outcomes, research which should have been done decades ago. I do not expect him to make statements without thorough, transparent documentation available to the public, as he has done for 40 years as an environmental lawyer and advocate for children's health.

Truth Seeker's avatar

RFK knows precisely what he is doing and why. Gold standards have to do with who holds the gold. The incontrovertable evidence on SIDS has been known from data for many decades. Ditto for MMR, DPT, Aids, etc etc. Evidence convinced which fool??

The head of HHS has many layers of insulation.

Very aware of his history. Also his foibles.

When my children were babies over forty years ago I had major concerns about vaccines. They were mandatory for children to enter preschool and school so what I did was to get my doctor on board with giving the vaccines on at a time instead of multiples of vaccine in on sitting. Doing it this way, with a week or more between the shots worked for us. I believe the side effects were lessened and that it was a more reasonable approach to vaccinating children.

Truth Seeker's avatar

They were not mandatory, you were told and believed it. The shots did not work, as none are safe, and none are effective. Many are the false beliefs.

Americans tend toward ignorance of the law, many have no ideas what sovereignty means.

J Wolfmoon's avatar

They were not mandatory in the sense I would go to jail or anything but they were mandatory to register your children for preschool and school and also, they were no longer babies at that time and were young children about to enter the system so I did vaccinate them but I did so thoughtful and carefully. I’m not here to fight the world for other people. I’m here to grow my family safely and that I accomplished.

Melissa Leary's avatar

J Wolfmoon, I did this also (one at a time, wait until later), but my daughter had a severe, adverse, life-threatening reaction with encephalitis and permanent brain damage. While your experience is good, many people who followed the same practice have lost children to regressions or death.

J Wolfmoon's avatar

I’m so sorry to hear that. You just can’t predict when someone is going to have an adverse reaction. I think we give too many vaccines.

I really am horrified at what happened to your daughter. It’s just such a terrible penalty to pay when all you are striving for is the good health of your child. My heart goes out to you.

Truth Seeker's avatar

Tragic. The fact that your daughter was damaged is EVIDENCE of the stupidity of compliance. None are "safe", none are "effective"

If developmental disability raises its ugly head later, NO ONE will link it to the quaxcines. If malignancy is Dx later, NO ONE will suggest it is due to the quaxcine. Compliance is very very foolish, and much worse.

Intention in no way absolves any parent.

Truth Seeker's avatar

Many are the false beliefs. You have no idea about the consequences of compliance and simply believed what you were told. That is your issue, and it is not true.

The Schools lied to you, as they cannot mandate any health requirement.

Have personally looked into the statutes. The only one that is a law requires public shool officials to report the vaccination STATUS, of every enrolled student, saying nothing whatsoever about the legally ambiguous word "mandate"

Took about an hour of time to flush the lie into the light.

The damage you may have accomplished is on you despite you good intentions.

Your role as parent is to protect your offspring. What you did is neither thoughtul or careful. You complied like a good sheep.

gates of toledo's avatar

interesting about the requirement to report vaccine status , I guess medical privacy doesnt apply . I could be wrong but I remember the CDC quietly changing the definition of the word "vaccine" to allow them to force (mandate) the use of warpspeeds on people who didn't want them . Can we change the definition back to what it was ? Good point on compliance

Ted's avatar

Fifty-two state legislation records are what is relevant. The assertion of "no mandate of immunization for school attendance" remains unsupported unless and until each and every one relevant to childhood immunization requirements are referenced.

Here is a partial text of one state's public health and safety code:

"The governing authority shall not unconditionally admit any person as a pupil of any private or public elementary or secondary school, child care center, day nursery, nursery school, family day care home, or development center, unless, prior to his or her first admission to that institution, he or she has been fully immunized."

The last revision of the referenced statute, appears to have been during the legislative session of 2016.

For a wider scope of review, the entirety of California HSC division 105 outlines the trap children, their parents and physicians seeking to provide medical exemptions must undergo.

Section 120338 renders the KafkaTrap in California, virtually inescapable.

It is unreasonable to expect a person of average intelligence to navigate that minefied without an attorney. Here is the opinion of one such attorney:

The status requirement is a major tell. That indicates (verified this)

that the Gubmint is gathering data and studying the debacle.

That was a long time ago, indicating they most definitely know the truth. Program was free/ called "Shots for Tots" targeting welfare peeps who love free anything.

The only sensible response is massive non compliance. We are there due to the over reach of the Covid debacle.

Foolish people see this issue as a personal one in "doing what best for my family" having no idea that their partication greases the wheels.

That is the travesty of false beliefs.

Jennifer Collins Brever's avatar

My oldest of four was born 28 years ago and we complied with having a signed form notarized each school year informing the school that we chose not to vaccinate. I wish I wouldn’t have done even that.

Truth Seeker's avatar

Had you not, some nurse very likely would have forced the children.

Your action put them on notice...

Great report! Thank you for the update! I'm praying for the continued success of this step by step process of Sec. Kennedy.

The Scam Doctor's avatar

I assume Kennedy does not understand why it was retracted. After all, he cannot even read a scientific study himself. Here's proof:

PonyBoy's avatar

Well, if Toxicology Reports has no immunity from prosecution like the pharmaceutical industry that most likely paid Lash to retract that article, any parents who lose their babies to SIDS, must be encouraged to sue the pants off Lash and Toxicology Reports for retracting information that could helped provide informed consent and a more realistic risk benefit assessment.

christopher peacock's avatar

Thank you Robert Kennedy, the first HHS secretary to grab the drug/ vaccine cartel by their stones ( if they ever had any) and castrate them.

The Scam Doctor's avatar

He's also the first HHS Secretary who can't even read a scientific study. Here's proof:

Tox Reports provided the explanation;

https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2214750026000521

It was another flawed VAERS trawl, and having Little Nicky chime in with something even worse erases any remaining credibility.

Big PHARMA'S arm reaches out again! Keep at it RFK...

CatGirl7's avatar

They didn’t want people to see this article. Now everyone will!

TeeJae's avatar

That was my first thought. I suppose it's a blessing in disguise that they seem to often forget about the Streisand Effect.

Lysenko's avatar

That's not how it works, which you would know if you ever even bothered to take a glance.

When a medical journal articles is retracted the original remains online. It gets watermarked as “RETRACTED,” usually on every page (PDF and HTML). A formal retraction notice is published separately. Indexing services like PubMed keep the record and link to the retraction notice.

Removing the article entirely would hide the scientific record, prevent readers from seeing what was wrong and undermine transparency and reproducibility. That's what Bobby's HHS does.

Maybe's avatar

Very detailed Elsevier retraction policy here - https://www.elsevier.com/about/policies-and-standards/article-withdrawal

They describe various types of remediation; Correction, Editor's Notes, Expressions of Concern, Article Withdrawal, Article Retraction, Article Replacement and Article Removal (extremely rare)

Everything remains in Elsevier's official archives and National Library of the Netherlands

Elsevier says these authors never responded to multiple requests for comment and/or correction.

No mystery here!! RFK is running up hill, hope he can keep up the pace. Many roadblocks to overcome.

The Scam Doctor's avatar

One of his major roadblocks is himself! He can't even read a scientific study. Here's proof:

I never thought the SIDS rationale made any sense at all. Of COURSE it’s vaccine related.

I’m glad to see secretary Kennedy come out swinging

Margretta Chase's avatar

My child is now 55. I was concerned about her 2-3 vaccines and if they were really necessary. I had bad vibes about the whole vaccine thing. sudden Infant Death happened more than it should to though it did not happen to my daughter. The bad thing was that people did not question why their infant died. No, it was not the will of God.
