Meanwhile, elected officials are trying to take away the religious exemption in Massachusetts. Imagine being the mother of a vaccine injured child being told unless their child gets vaccinated, they are not allowed to go to public school.
This a fantastic common sense healthy policy for ALL new borns. Parents at risk or who has positive titles for Hepatitis B, their babies can still get the immunization as discussed with your Doctor and being given full knowledge and consenting. We have drawn a line in the sand. From January 2026 we can observe the rates of Autism and Hepatitis B infections going forward. Well done ACIP and the team. Dr Mallone - you were so graceful and balanced as Chair.
