The Murthy v. Missouri decision came down June 26, 2024. The Supreme Court dismissed the case for lack of standing. That ruling vacated the lower court pathway the case was on. The original case can’t just continue in a Louisiana district court after that.
This is a terrific win for all Americans, and a long time coming. My concern is the Consent Degree is only for 10 years. What does that mean? I’m cheering for all those who were silenced by the actions of the Biden Administration. They even debanked Dr Mercola. Congratulations to those who were vindicated!!
"The decree further states that the government cannot use labels such as “misinformation,” “disinformation,” or “mal-information” as a justification to bypass First Amendment protections."
However, the motive for covert censorship remains, and there are even more new means being used every day, that are not addressed by this.
