Well, this is a real situation. The political party in this case is the MAHA leadership. And the opposing political party in power is the medical cartel, the US medical system—which is doing all the killing.

Yes, where DID those Home Ec classes disappear to? I had them in both middle and high school, but my children never had the opportunity. Recess is another casualty of the public ed system. My generation got (at least) 45 minutes in elementary school. Today, kids are lucky if they get 15 minutes. No wonder obesity rates are so high.

I wanted to make you aware of a California study of a prison diet program that lowered violent activity to zero and recidivism to under 2% (California average is 95%).
The results of that experiment were extraordinary and then they were forgotten as far as prison rehab and reform concepts. For those of us not incarcerated it’s not difficult to get all our nutritional needs met on a plant-based diet. I’ve done it for 9 years. Just takes a few supplements—B12, choline, algae omega 3–along with a clean diet.
A vegan diet, free of the modern day ultra-processed vegan foods, is one of the healthiest possible diets. This is coming from someone who loves a good steak.
