Aaron Siri mentioned that the vaccine industry will not have immunity to liability to vaccines outside the childhood schedule. But HHS or Kennedy has to make some adjustments so that there will be liability outside the childhood schedule now that it’s been changed. And what about the states that are not recognizing the federal guidelines? Will there be immunity to liability in those states?
And why is there immunity to liability to the Covid vaccine? Is it still under EUA? Is that why? Why is it still on the market?
