Amazing to me, the lack of respect younger generations (ie. AOC) show to their elders (RFK Jr) in general. It’s okay to disagree, but then quietly go do your homework and make sure you have it right. RFK Jr has had an incredible life of leadership, character and accomplishments (personal and professional). AOC was a bartender and was thrown into “politics” where she’s been groomed by her environment. I trust the guy who never wanted to be in politics.
Thank you for persevering with thick skin despite the never-ending onslaught by detractors. You give us a meeting place for educating each other and, hopefully, the rest of our citizens, and ultimately, medical safety for everyone.
I voted for AOC but I have believed in RFK Jr. and Dr. Oz for many years. Why aren’t Dr. Oz’s views more visible in supporting Kennedy. I also voted for RFK Jr. for president as a write in candidate in the 2024 elections. I know that Kennedy has had to overcome years of addiction problems that have greatly affected his personal life and left him vulnerable to criticism. Bobby Jr. so far has prevailed against all odds especially with the MAHA movement. I wish that Bernie Sanders and AOC would not attack Bobby Jr. and defend Fauci. I didn’t like Fauci during the AIDS epidemic. I’ve also always have been skeptical of mercury preservatives in vaccines and the possibility that they could cause autism. I feared COVID when I heard that it could possibly have been manufactured at the Wuhan laboratories in China. I took the first two COVID vaccines and soon after was hospitalized twice with COVID. I then took the booster shot and contracted COVID three more times. Additionally, during my first hospitalization I foolishly agreed to receive the experimental antibody treatment. While still in the hospital, I developed serious balance issues and long term memory issues which have still persisted. It seems like Big Pharma wants to keep pushing their vaccines then when you get sick, then the Medical Profession ignores your complaints with excuses like you’re just getting older or else they’ll refer you to a psychiatrist. I wish that MAHA could convince Bernie Sanders and AOC to quit defending Fauci.
You are more likely to be listened to by them than MAHA, an organization initiated by Trump. Too many people cannot change original opinions no matter how many facts are presented to them!
Thank you so much for this thoroughly articulated article. I feel hope for America because of the work of Kennedy and others with similar views in the Maha movement. There is much resistance from entrenched interests. It takes a long time to turn a big ship around. But I'm grateful for any progress and pray for protection and success of all those involved. I've done a lot of research because of my own health situation and I grow some of my own food using permaculture principles. I'm part of a wonderful group of like-minded people in St Petersburg Florida.
Even if I agree with many of your observations, I'd suggest that it would be better to avoid ANY politicization of left vs. right. It is like saying '"God is on our side."

I think AOC does fall in line with the MAHA movement. Not one person on the planet agrees with every position of their candidate. AOC is much better than the most of the Corrupt Top 1% controlled establishment candidates in the UNIPARTY (Democrats & Republicans). The establishment openly attacks her. Even those in her own party who are compromised, bribed and controlled by the Top 1%. attack her. They fear her. They are trying to anoint 2 useless insider puppets like Governor Newscum or Kackling Kamala Harris. Lying in the media like they did with Joe Biden that they are the prohibitive favorites. THEY ARE NOT. PUSELESS COMPROMISED Puppet insiders like NEWSCM and HARRIS are the problem with the Democratic Party. Not the solution!
I know that our food productionmust change. We have been eating only whole food for more than 25 years. Don’t buy processed foods. It is simple. And truly cut down on eating out. If you buy fresh produce and meat from your grocery store, you can feed your family and not eat processed food. I realize when it comes to bread and pasta even if you make it yourself, you’re still exposed to flour that is processed.
I think processed food is a big deal and something legal needs to be done about it. But we can avoid it. So all of these people they’re doing all of this complaining if they don’t take the first step of eating whole food I can’t really believe they think processed food is dangerous.. and I do think it is dangerous.

How might the movement for medical freedom and putting the health of Americans first (currently branded “MAHA”*) connect with democrats to ensure the continuing work that is currently being done no matter who controls the three branches of government? It would be tragic if the progress that is being made, and all the progress that could be made is wiped out with a change of political control. What I’m saying is this: Everything you wrote about AOC may be true, but is there was a way to start building a bridge where caring about Americans’ health is a priority for both parties? Where MAHA isn’t a campaign slogan for republicans but standing for health is what both parties actually do? Certainly the power of the MAHA movement may be a wake-up call for democrats, but if they are shifting not just what they say but shown a path to shift what they do, taking “political advantage” out of the reason to do it? Maybe start with McCormick and Fetterman in Pennsylvania. Those two seem to be respectful of each other and working well together. *One last thought: I’m sure to get democrats to embrace a health movement the brand name of “MAHA” would have to be phased out. It places too much recognition/affiliation with “MAGA,” and changing the brand will be more important to take “MAHA” as a brand out of being owned solely by Republicans (and rebuked by democrats). Can a new brand, not owned by a political party but shared by all Americans, create the possibility of actually achieving the short- and long-term goals and ensure sustainability?
