A Very important point of this MAHA article is the fact that going to War with the SWAMP, DOES TAKE TIME. I've seen way, way, way too many 'bitching' posts about how Trump & Bobby 'aren't getting anything done...", which is addressed in the article. Battling the SWAMP, Big Pharma & Ag take time and resources. This administration (love or hate him/them...) IS rocking the boat, or upsetting the Apple Cart. Call it what you want, it's 1,00,000% BETTER than any prior administration in the last 50 years. Patience, prayers & praise is what MAHA need right now!

Health Insurance CEO’s hate RFK Jr

Health Insurance CEO’s are Evil!

They influence and encourage physicians, providers, nurses, healthcare professionals and clergy to kill patients through hospice and palliative care.

The insurance industry has tricked politicians through financial donations called lobbying to allow them to abuse patients.

1. The patient must pay a large deductible to support the CEO salary.

2. The patient has to pay separately if they get sick, even with a common cold or headache .

3. A patient can only freely use their health insurance only once or twice a year without penalty of a copay or deductible for a wellness check or physical.

4. The patient must separately pay a copay or portion of the cost for any diagnostic testing to determine an illness

Health Insurance CEO’s continually drive up the cost of healthcare and restrict services to patients.

The health insurance and pharmaceutical industry have both comprise the leadership of all medical organizations and medical societies with the lure of retirement jobs and or paid board positions.

Businessmen see patients death as an alternative form of cost savings by culling, cutting Costs of services and restricting medications to sick patients. Their business strategy is that the healthy and the dead do not use health care.

The dichotomy between businessmen (CEOs. COOs and CFOs) and physicians highlights this difference

1. Businessmen take an oath to protect Profits --- physicians take an oath to protect patients

2. Businessmen take an oath to protect the stockholders ---physicians take an oath to protect the baby holders: which are the parents/grandparents

3. Businessmen see numbers --- physicians see patients

4. Businessmen see death as a cost Savings --- physicians see death as a loss

5. Businessmen try to save money --- Physicians try to save lives

The field of Medicine is no place for business leadership. A true patient-centered mindset that states our first love is the patient, is the type Physician leadership is that is required, which currently does not exist in any medical organization or medical society, this would have to be a new mindset.

Business leadership pushes the statement that the 18 months to 24 months of training for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant is equivalent to the minimum of 7 years for a physician to be trained.

Hospitals and Business CEO’s have said yes to this equivalency. They have funded campaigns to try and influence politicians and state legislators to view them as one in the same and to demean physicians to the level of a provider and not recognize physicians as a leader of the medical team or acknowledge their physician status but see them as just another employee, resulting in a cost saving by devaluing their physician resource.

The business practice of prior Authorizations has nothing to do with the practice of medicine it has been imposed upon physicians and the practice of medicine. It often delays treatment, therapies, medications, and sometimes surgeries. The business practice of prior authorization has not been shown to speed up patient access to medications, delivery of care or improve patient services or outcomes but has generate cost Savings for the health insurance industry.

Businessmen have cleverly positioned Hospice and palliative care to allow the generation of income and savings at the same time. Hospitals, doctors and nurses are compensated to extinguish a life instead of pushing medical science to discover new treatments and therapies to cure an illness or prolong a life.

When Dr. Jack Kevorkian of Michigan was attacked for his efforts, the medical profession agreed 1. It must be a patient request 2. Everything that could be done was medically done and 3. The patient must be suffering. Now businessman ie; CEO’s have corrupted the profession by incentivizing to recruit patients, restrict and withhold care and services as well as redirect patients to hospice or palliative care. Surveys are filled by medical staff to assess if a patient is a hospice or palliative care candidate for any visit to the hospital! Instead of searching for candidates for research studies to advance the field of medical science.

Mrs S - treatment withheld for an MI(heart attack) “resident she is an ideal candidate for hospice" a healthy 80 y/o, first-time major illness.

Mr.R - he only needed one course of dialysis for dehydration, he was a HFrEF patient, but denied hemodialysis by nephrology because “he was ideal candidate for hospice” (Cardiology pleaded for 1 round of dialysis)

Mr.S - was refused transfer to a medical center that treats severe AAA, instead they placed patient in their hospice palliative care program.

Mr. F - fell and hit is head at a golf course and initially received high-quality rescue care, but it was found the next day he had Medicaid; the family was Then offered hospice.

Mrs. L - undergoing breast cancer treatment, was told that her health insurance company charges the patient for her pre-treatment blood test, the patient would be unable to receive her treatment without these crucial test.

Mr. J & Mrs L was told to pay $300 up front before the colonoscopy because their insurance charges the patient an extra cost for the Biopsy if they find polyps or a cancer.

Dr.S - was requested by a health insurance company to charge the patient separately for the heart stent if he finds a stenosis lesion.

We must place saving the life of the patient first, in the field of medicine there is no such thing as futile care or wasted resources when it comes to a human life. We must battle death and disease. We are at war with morbidity and mortality. Let’s choose life and a good fight against death first before choosing the insurance executive.

The field of medicine and business cannot intertwine because human lives are at stake.
