You can’t control what’s in you food if all you do is buy premade meals, which is sadly what I find most people I know eat and what they feed their children. Plus, there’s another element to being healthy through food, and that’s the spiritual side of cooking. When you cook a meal, you are giving love to the people you love. And love is a vitamin we all need more of.

How come MAHA is no longer talking about how dangerous the Covid vaccine is and the harm it’s done? isn’t that why we were all voting for Kennedy? (by the way pets are dying from mRNA vaccines)

Bringing health awareness to the masses cannot be an easy feat but RFK Jr. was born for this moment. Many of us have known about the toxicity in our food supply and how big pharma captured our health systems.. but just as many people and more were absolutely clueless and brainwashed.. trying to re-educate the majority is no small task I pray 🙏 each day for POTUS and for RFK Jr. and his team and for Secretary of State Marco Rubio — all heroes trying to keep us safe, healthy and sovereign GOD BLESS and Godspeed ❤️🇺🇸🙏
