You can’t control what’s in your food if all you do is buy premade meals, which is sadly what I find most people I know eat and what they feed their children. Plus, there’s another element to being healthy through food, and that’s the spiritual side of cooking. When you cook a meal, you are giving love to the people you love. And love is a vitamin we all need more of.

I've been 90% to 100% carnivore for 4 years. Covid was the model for unnecessary testing. Regardless of the results they'll tell you what they want the outcome to be. I'm 74 and have no joint pain. No prescriptions, good blood pressure, good sugar readings. Stay away from packaged shit, i.e.te center of the grocery store. You can tell your Dr. NO. Anything being sold by Doctors as "vaccines" are "not" SAFE AND EFFECTIVE. In reality, these products may either greatly shorten your life, or kill you outright.
Plus, if you allow the doctors to test your blood, you could then receive a "diagnosis" of some strange affliction that will follow you everywhere as it will be on their computer system, and at that point you either have to trust the "diagnosis" and subject yourself to even more testing, or seek a second opinion which once they learn of your original diagnosis, will then be inherently biased.

Soccer moms, farmers and other local "regular" people testified in court to shoo away the DNC lawyers in Honolulu. It was glorious to watch.
