Completely remove pharma's immunity from prosecution and these issues of conflicts of interest will more or less fix themselves.

It’s not enough to just remove them from the committee. They deserve jail time for lying to the American people.

"The companies that make the vaccines – Merck, Pfizer, Moderna, among others – are granted protection from civil liability under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986."

This act needs to be revoked and the companies need to be made liable again - and most likely all those vaccine companies might not be so eager pushing their vaccines on the public......

Also, all those with comflict of intersts need to be publizied, not quietly but loudly - and they should also be held accountable for it.

As long as that act is in place, pharma has the upper hand. School mandates need to be revoked, and that would happen faster if the 1986 act was repealed, because vaccinating kids without indemnification for pharma would be too damaging for their bottom line.

I agree. I´d be nice, though, to see Big Pharma reined in as well.

Excellent article, the facts speak for themselves. As a long time Registered Nurse, such conflicts of interest have been going on almost from the inception of the ACIP. Thanks for clearly illuminating the facts!!

Breaking up conflicts of interest has to occur at the source and continue into the media. I think it should be illegal to censor medical facts, and that is what the media does. The media defames RFK Jr. when calling him anti-vax, because it is untrue and meant as a pejorative. Drug adverts are required to state side effects. The media should also be required to state the real stats on harms from vaccines when they promote them, which they do relentlessly. Why is it illegal to shout 'fire, fire' in a public building if there is no fire, yet it is fine for the media to promote fear propaganda by suggesting measles is far more dangerous than it is. The media should mention mass vaccination can lead to more virulent strains of a virus, since no vaccine is 100% effective, and it should be promoting natural immunity with early support.

I don't get why Kennedy "quietly" linked to the conflict database. Of the 30 members of the vaccine committee listed, not a single one had zero conflicts. Looks like conflicts are endemic.

The reporters must be getting a kickback as well to keep these lies going in the media.

Excellent article! I personally believe that if there is a perception of impropriety, then there iS impropriety. There would be no way to provide 'proof' of a bias. The public will smell a rat, and I for one am happy to begin to see the 'droppings'.

My concern, now that Dr Weldon’s nomination was rescinded, is who can we find to head the CDC that isn’t compromised. And are there any uncompromised doctors to even sit on the ACIP?

Thank you for the information. Thank you for bringing this truth to us. It is so strange that people are so delusional and left common sense behind. Ethics need to be reexamined in a lot of places. Time to take away immunity to fix what has happened.

Not only is the media clearly obscuring the facts from being presented, they are blatantly lying to the public as to the very obvious conflicts of interests through common associations. I find this especially troubling when, involving products made by pharmaceutical felons, with history of causing high degree of medical injuries. The media is putting out full blown propaganda and they are doing a disservice to our country. As a concerned citizen I want Secretary Kennedy to sue any media outlet for preventing complete transparency to the people of the United States.

If we did away with the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, wouldn't that hold Big Pharma more accountable? And everyone with conflicts?

Here is Paul Offit dismissing concerns about ethylmercury in vaccines:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bjzThpQsEpI

Congressional testimony April 6, 2000:

http://www.whale.to/v/rimland.html

4/27/76 - Lilly responds to Rexall Drug Company's efforts to place the following warning on Merthiolate product: "Frequent or prolonged use or application to large areas may cause mercury poisoning." Lilly objects to this proposed warning, stating: "We object to the connection of our trademark with the unjustified alarm and concern on the part of the user which the statement is likely to cause? We are not aware of any instance of 'mercury poisoning' after decades of marketing this product. This is because the mercury in the product is organically bound ethylmercury as a completely non-toxic nature, not methylmercury."
