IMO Kennedy needs to seize the initiative NOW and articulate a plan to avoid nuclear war and eliminate nuclear weapons--and challenge the other candidates to do the same. He needs to make the American people aware that Biden et al are fast leading us to nuclear annihilation. Avoiding nuclear armageddon should be THE issue that unites voters of all political stripes. Kennedy should take the lead on this
