This Italian American is Disappointed you are not inclusive enough to recognize it was Columbus Day. A holiday given to Italian Americans because of a massacre that occurred in 1891in New Orleans. I understand wanting to give Indigenous people their own holiday but to hijack the holiday from Italian Americans and not even mention it was Columbus Day is disgraceful. Very disappointed and could cost you my vote!
