The Smith-Mundt Modernization Act, which allows the gov't to use propaganda on U.S. citizens, needs to be repealed. Trump can do this with an Executive Order. He asked former CDC Director Robert Redfield and Dr. Ashish Jha, Dean of Public Health at Brown University about the firing of Dr. Moranez, Director of the CDC. Redfield expressed the necessity to clean up the problems at the CDC , which he has described as long standing. He has expressed in prior interviews on this station that he has known Kennedy for many years and that he is a man of integrity. This is the very corruption that Kennedy has been seeking to expose. We all know that the CDC was riddled with conflicts of interest. We know that they repeatedly manipulated data and lied to the American people about the science during Covid. The newly created ACIP panel , which has NO conflicts of interest, discovered that the data provided by the CDC for their review, for the new committee members to made decisions based on, had been manipulated, skewing the data to fit the narrative that favored Big Pharma. Last night, Ashish Jha told the public that Kennedy demanded a show of locality from Dr. Moranez, which is a classic complaint that has been made repeatedly about Trump. Kennedy, on the other hand, has stated when asked his opinion about vaccines for examples, that it doesn't matter what his personal opinion is. What matters in fact is what the science says. Kennedy's position is that transparency is required. Kennedy's position is that ALL research must be replicable. Those elements are required to shine a light on the corruption within this agency.
My question and alarm is - why is Dr. Jha allowed to repeat second hard communication without it being challenged? The bottom line is - Is Secretary Kennedy an honorable man or is he a lier? Is it his goal to manipulate science to get what he wants? That would be the very antithesis of his mission.
