In general, I feel I have no recourse to the law. I've seen too much corruption. But there's this one lawyer that wins against the government agencies and big corporations. There may be something special about that guy.
As I understand it, Bobby has already taken the first step, but the FEC moves like molasses in winter for such cases. But maybe the threat of legal action and the public response will get CNN to reverse their decision and let Bobby on the stage, where they will probably mute his mic or something.

Kennedy has to mount a live event at the exact same time as the bogus debate and all of his supporters get out the word, so that Americans realize there is another choice! Definitely get Elon, Rogan, Tucker and all the big podcasters to stream Kennedy’s responses live and show the established media that we’ve evolved into not needing their shitty propaganda.
I wish there was a way RFK could do a remote podcast and respond with his comments and responses as questions are posed to Trump and Biden. I really don’t think this debate will bring any revelations from T&B. At least we could hear what Mr Kennedy has to say on each tropic with no additional drama.
To his credit, Trump says he would welcome Kennedy in the debate, even though Trump knows Kennedy is a formidable opponent. Biden is the one who said no. It is outrageous that CNN has this much power and no accountability. Our elections are completely rigged.
But - thinking more about it, Trump should refuse to attend the debate without Kennedy on the stage. That would be the right thing to do. There should be a call for Trump to do the right thing.
I don't trust anything out of Trump. My cynicism suggests even this disagreement is a rigged and canned response with Trump trying to make himself look better than Biden. If Biden was not so opposed to sharing the stage with Kennedy I would venture a guess that Trump would be in opposition.
