There is nothing socialists hate more than fit strong people. Strength is the one thing they can’t steal and redistribute to the weak

Yes! Americans get fit, but not all can do the Pete and Bobby Challenge. Would love to see other challenges like walk 5,000, then 7,500 then 10,000 Steps a day or start lifting weights. Have a variety of challenges that meet people where they are.🇺🇸🚶‍♀️🏃‍♀️💪🏽🇺🇸

Of course physical fitness is great, but half of these kids are going to collapse and die of myocarditis after they’ve had Covid vaccines. Just look at all the very fit athletes who died on the field

I assume my University reflected the philosophy here. I strongly resented time spent on mandated fencing, archery and the ilk. Wanted all my time to go to learning. The only physical activity I bought into 100%, was horses and it wasn't a part of the mandates.

Which is to suggest considering a wide range of alternatives to lure participation.

Unless we stop the incesssant spraying of the skies with nanoparticles and crap, changing diets and moving more will not matter much in the long run. If you thought it was a hurdle fighting big pharma try the military industrial technological complex.

This reminds me of the 14 yrs I lived in Shanghai, China (1997-2011). Every morning I would see in small parks, senior citizens doing their morning exercises in groups. The communities organised this, it was wonderful to see. Schools there also had daily exercises for children in all ages.

It’s in their culture that exercise is good for the mind and body and is a high priority.

Maybe something we in the west could learn from?

A huge challenge.  I think about how long it took to get Americans onboard with "don't litter"; and "put on that seat belt".  Years.  I think it will take the same for this effort but it can be done.

Remote ischemic conditioning. Regain strength without exercising. Seems crazy, but it works.
