Can he heal the democrats? Can he MAGA? I sincerely hope he gets on the ballot in all 50 states.

We shall see.

You can find out the process in your state by going to this page and clicking on your state on the map: https://www.kennedy24.com/ballot-access

They're taking a different process in California than most of the other states, and it's a little bit tricky, so I collected some helpful information at the meeting.

If you want Bobby on the California ballot, you have to re-register as a member of the We the People party. Here's the directions: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1eg5grXiTmOOh5ABVKKbFOAhL4qgbSZQ4hToO3K0w9PE/edit#slide=id.p

Good news, I want to see RFK Jr. on the ballot in my state, but does this mean that the Kennedy campaign won't be reaching out to volunteers to do this very traditional campaign work. That's real grassroots!

Great news! Some of the states listed, e.g., California and Texas, have formed independent parties. Who is going to be collecting the signatures in those states? AV24 or the independent parties?

I’m in California and my understanding is, we need 75000 (77000 to be on the safe side!)people to join We the People party to get him on the ballot. No signatures are being collected. If we didn’t go this route, we would have needed 200000 signatures. #kennedy24

What does a voter in California need to do to "join" the We the People Party? In Texas, if Kennedy goes the independent party route, the party needs to nominate him through a convention process AND collect approximately 83,000 signatures to gain ballot access. My question goes to the mechanism that AV24 is using to collect signatures: is it going to collect the signatures itself or work through an independent party? The article was not clear on this point.

Funny thing happened on my quest for information. When I went to the Kennedy24 website for ballot access into on Tuesday and clicked on my state, Texas, it said RFK would be gaining ballot access through something called the Texas Independent Party. A day or two later, the website said For the People Party. What happened to the Texas Independent Party?
