There's not another candidate in the last 20+ years that has done this. Love and Light to him and to all who stand beside him.
True, however not absolute top of the tree victories. If WW3 breaks out the environment is forever contaminated and it would be better if children were not here.

Consider that Beaconites... This from one who has graduate level training in Biology, and a lifelong Save the Earther. The win was simply to prove standing, that takes knowledge but not so much expertise as desire.
Glad to hear at least part of this lawsuit is able to go forward. I find it strange that the original one didn't find standing for some of the participants. If another pandemic happens, the exact same people would get the exact same cancellation and lose their jobs again if they ever even got them back.
Let’s just hope that the Supreme Court gets it right this time and doesn’t find some other technicality to weasel out of making the proper decision for free, uncensored speech.
