I want to talk today about the two things that go into your children more than almost anything else — the food on their plates and the shots in their arms. And this week, for the first time in a very long time, we saw real progress on both. Real transparency. Real accountability. The kind of change MAHA has been fighting so hard for.

Let’s start with food. And let me tell you about something most Americans have never heard of, even though it’s been shaping what’s in their pantry for more than 65 years. It’s called the GRAS loophole. G-R-A-S. It stands for “Generally Recognized as Safe.”

Here’s how it works or at least how it’s supposed to work – and I promise you, when you hear this you’re going to be angry. Back in 1958, Congress passed an exemption. The idea was simple: you shouldn’t have to run salt, or vinegar, or flour through years of drug-style testing. Everybody knows they’re safe. Fine. That’s common sense. But watch what happened to that common-sense idea.

Over the decades — and especially after a procedural change in 1997 — that narrow little exemption got twisted into something monstrous. Today, a food company can invent a brand-new chemical, hire its own experts to declare it safe, put it straight into the food your kids eat for breakfast — and never tell the FDA a thing. Not one word. The government doesn’t review it. The government doesn’t even know it exists.

Think about what that means. The companies get to be their own judge, their own jury, and their own referee on whether the chemicals they profit from are safe for your family. That is the very definition of a conflict of interest. And the result is exactly what you’d expect: thousands of chemicals have been added into the American food supply with no independent research at all, and the FDA finds out there’s a problem after people start getting sick. But even then it’s hard to prove because the whole process is corrupt and the government agencies have a history of being captured.

We’ve been running a nationwide science experiment on our own children and the results are now in, and they are not good. We have the sickest children on earth.

But that is finally starting to change. This week the FDA proposed a new rule to close that loophole, the GRAS loophole. For the first time, companies would be required to notify the FDA whenever they decide a new ingredient is “safe.” The agency would build a public inventory so you and I can actually see what’s being put in our food. And there’d be a pathway to go back and review the substances already on the market. Transparency. The most basic thing a government owes its people in a democracy.

And it doesn’t stop there. HHS and USDA just submitted the federal government’s first-ever official definition of “ultra-processed foods.” Now, that might sound like a technicality, but it’s a big deal — because for years, the lack of a real definition has been used as an excuse to avoid studying this stuff seriously.

Secretary Kennedy has pointed out that ultra-processed foods now make up close to seventy percent of the American diet. Seventy percent. And more than one in five of our children is now obese. Those two facts don’t exist independently. You can’t fix a problem you refuse to even define — and now, finally, we’re defining it.

Now, let’s talk about the other thing going into our kids — vaccines. This week the president signed an executive order that does something MAHA has demanded for years: it puts parents back in the driver’s seat, and it puts real science back at the center of the conversation.

Here’s what it does. It establishes a new gold-standard set of childhood vaccine recommendations, cutting the list of routinely recommended core vaccinations down to eleven diseases — Secretary Kennedy notes the earlier HHS and CDC overhaul brought it from seventeen down to eleven. It removes hepatitis B, Covid -19, and influenza from the list of shots routinely recommended for all children. It recommends separating the measles, mumps, and rubella shot into three separate vaccines given at separate visits.

But now we have the option to space out vaccines across multiple visits. The president’s own example was roughly five visits in the first year of life, with a child getting about twenty percent of the old single-visit load each time.

And it’s built around one principle above all: parental choice. Parents who want their children to receive every vaccine on the old schedule can absolutely still do that, fully covered by insurance. Nothing is being taken away. But it protects religious and medical exemption rights, and it directs the Attorney General to pursue legal action against states that violate those exemptions. It encourages states — and note, twenty-eight of them have already diverged from the CDC since January — to write these recommendations into their school-enrollment laws, pointing to European countries that are able to keep measles vaccination rates high without heavy-handed school mandates. Meanwhile, the pharmaceutical industry is crying foul, calling the recommendations “dangerous,” “so wrong” – and saying it is “putting children’s health at risk.” The only thing in danger here is their profits.

And here’s the part I love most. The order directs continued, serious research — into vaccine safety, and into the real causes of autism — through the NIH’s Autism Data Science Initiative, ARPA-H, the National Toxicology Program, and the reinstated Task Force on Safer Childhood Vaccines, with a full response required within ninety days. Because that’s the whole point, isn’t it? For years, anyone who asked a hard question about the childhood schedule got shouted down with those three little words: “the science is settled.” But the science is never settled. It never has been and never will be. Real science welcomes questions. Real science says, ‘If you’re so sure, then study it in the open and prove it.’

The only people afraid of honest research are the people who don’t like where it might lead. This executive order gives Americans direct access to HHS’s own scientific assessment — going around the court rulings that had been holding all of this up.

Public trust gets rebuilt through transparency. Through honesty. Through dismantling the captured public health establishment that spent a generation destroying that trust, and betting we’d never find out.

Consider Dr. Anthony Fauci. Last week, Dr. Fauci was held in contempt of Congress, and the matter was referred to the Department of Justice. In recent investigations, buried in more than thirty-four thousand text messages, Fauci himself acknowledged that a covid vaccine dose in the first trimester “theoretically could be associated with miscarriage.”

And it gets worse. Investigations also found that one of the creators of mRNA vaccines wrote to Fauci to warn him that in pregnant animals, these particles were crossing the placenta and reaching the developing fetus. Now, what does an honest public servant do with a warning like that? He studies it. He tells the public. He lets mothers weigh the risk for themselves and make informed decisions.

But that is not what happened. Fauci’s first concern was not the finding — it was that the scientist wanted to hold a press conference, and what a mess that would make. He protected himself and ignored risks to a mother and her unborn child. He saw it as a PR problem to be managed. That is the old way. And that is precisely what this movement is bringing to an end.

That’s what connects food and vaccines. It’s the same fight, the same principle. Transparency over secrecy. Informed consent over blind faith. Parents over corporations. Real science over marketing slogans. For a generation, powerful interests got to decide what went into our children’s bodies without ever having to show their work. That era is ending. And today we are celebrating that.

For a generation now, Americans have been told the same two words about every single vaccine: safe and effective. Safe and effective. Say it enough times and it stops sounding like a claim and starts sounding like a fact. And we’ve been told something else too — that it’s perfectly reasonable for the companies making these products to have absolute liability protection. If one of their products injures your child, you have nowhere to turn, no recourse and no one to hold accountable.

We in the MAHA movement know that isn’t right. No product should be granted liability protection by our government. A vaccine is just a product. Like any other product, it has to be tested, and retested, and retested again. And when a product harms somebody, the people it harms deserve recourse. That’s not radical. That’s not anti-anything. That is the most basic principle of a fair and honest society. Vaccines were described as “unavoidably unsafe” in Congressional hearings, and later in arguments before the Supreme Court. Those are their words, not mine. And for the first time in my lifetime, we finally have a president and an HHS Secretary willing to take that seriously — willing to do the hard research, ask the questions nobody in power would ask before, and follow the evidence wherever it leads. Because only when we have honest science can we give Americans what they’ve been denied for decades: true informed consent, and safer vaccination practices built on real data instead of marketing slogans.

As all of you know, Dr. Anthony Fauci used to say that he represented science. He actually said that — “I am the science.”

But I’ll tell you who really represents science. It’s Dr. Rand Paul. Senator and Dr. Rand Paul represents science, because he’s curious. Because he questions authority. Because he understands that science is never settled, and that the moment you declare it settled, you’ve stopped doing science altogether. He’s willing to follow the evidence wherever it takes him — and that is exactly what a real scientist does. It’s what a real doctor does. And it’s what we should demand from every single official who claims to serve the public.

This week, Senator Paul showed us what real science and real leadership look like — that dogged, bulldog determination to get to the truth and to let the American people hear it. He released more than a thousand pages of Anthony Fauci’s own diaries. And even though the corruption of the past — a preemptive pardon handed out on Biden’s way out the door — may keep Dr. Fauci from being prosecuted for things I believe are crimes against humanity, the truth is finally coming out. In his own words. And once the American people can see the truth, there’s no putting it back in the box.

And here’s a perfect example of what I’m talking about. The president has asked Secretary Kennedy to take a serious, honest look at the possible link between vaccines and autism. A straightforward thing — study it, follow the data. And the reaction from the media was immediate. Dana Bash went on the air and said, in effect, that this has already been studied, the matter is closed, the science is settled. And there it is again. That phrase. “The science is settled.”

Let me say this as plainly as I know how. The science is never settled. It wasn’t settled on thalidomide. It wasn’t settled on opioids. It wasn’t settled on a hundred things the experts once swore were safe. The single most anti-scientific sentence in the English language is “the science is settled,” because the entire history of science is the story of settled ideas being overturned by people brave enough to question the status quo. Parents have been reporting what they’ve seen with their own children for years, and they deserve to have their concerns taken seriously — not waved away by a cable news anchor. If the answer is really so obvious, then a rigorous, transparent study will simply confirm it, and no honest scientist should ever be afraid of that. The only people afraid of the research are the people who don’t like where it might lead.

Trust has been breached and broken between big pharma companies, the government, and the American people. We were lied to and propagandized at scale. Those brave enough to question, those who stood up and refused to obey – refused to be told what to do, what to think, what to read or what to put into their bodies – were vilified, shunned, ostracized, censored, deplatformed. They lost their jobs, their licenses, and their reputations. They were accused of disseminating misinformation, being anti-vaxxers or conspiracy theorists. And millions of people suffered some level of vaccine injury. Dr. Fauci controlled the COVID countermeasures and gloated publicly and in his diary about his power.

After dark historical moments like this, people need truth and reconciliation, and they also need compensation. Investigating Fauci, holding him in contempt for refusing to answer reasonable questions, and eventually prosecuting him for crimes against humanity, will help rebuild trust. Compensating people who lost their livelihoods or suffered vaccine injury will also go a long way toward rebuilding that trust. In Japan, 87% of the vaccine injured receive compensation. In Thailand, 82% are compensated. Even in Canada, 22% are compensated. In the United States, fewer than 1% receive any compensation. That doesn’t inspire confidence or encourage trust.

That’s what today’s Media Hub is about. During the July 22 MAHA Media Hub, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY), the chairman of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, announced that Anthony Fauci will face questioning by his committee, at 8:30 a.m. on July 29.

Once called ‘America’s Doctor,’ Fauci will be questioned about his role in funding gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV); on the origin of the Covid virus; and about his attempts to influence the U.S. intelligence community in determining Covid’s origins.

Sen. Paul invited the MAHA community and the public at large to visit his online Reading Room, which contains a trove of recently released Slack communications between government contracted scientists – Kristian G. Andersen, Andrew Rambaut, Robert F. Garry, and others – who authored the now infamous The proximal origin of SARS-CoV-2 in Nature Medicine.

Also included in the documents posted by Sen. Paul is information on a remarkable incident when U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) National Targeting Center intended to search and question Peter Daszak, then director of EcoHealth Alliance: In February of 2021, as Daszak attempted to re-enter the United States after completing a ‘fact finding mission’ to the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in China on behalf of the World Health Organization (WHO), the FBI directed CBP to not stop Daszak.

Even though Daszak was believed to have been transporting dangerous biological material from China, the FBI, under the Biden administration, allowed him to enter the U.S., unimpeded.

It is now considered likely that gain-of-function virology experiments – many of which were funded by the National Institutes of Health at Fauci’s direction – are responsible for the Covid pandemic.

Over one million Americans died due to Covid – as did millions more around the globe. The pandemic, and the ham-fisted response of public health authorities, caused incalculable economic damage and negatively impacted the education of an entire generation.

Many aspects of the public health community’s response to Covid are now viewed as unconstitutional.

The pandemic is one of the great tragedies of the new century. That it may have been caused by a group of individuals who engaged in dangerous experiments, that President Barack Obama placed a moratorium on in 2014, makes the tragedy all the more disturbing.

Below are Sen. Paul’s full remarks during the MAHA Media Hub, delivered on July 22.

Senator Rand Paul: Thanks, Tony. Thanks, everybody, for having me.

For years, Americans were told that the Covid lab leak theory was dismissed by the science itself. They say it was settled by this paper, the Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2, way back in March of 2020.

This paper was cited by everybody. Everybody said that this proved that it had to have come from nature. But, you know, my investigation has now shown that the people who peddled that certainty never even believed it themselves. This was extraordinary. Starting with the authors of that paper, newly released Slack messages show that Kristian Andersen, a scientist who got an $8 million grant from Anthony Fauci, was privately saying that the odds of a lab origin were at 30%. This is meanwhile, while he’s written this paper, Proximal Origin, saying there was no chance that it came from the lab. He’s privately discussing with others that he’s still like, Oh, you know I think it’s a 30% chance.

Eddie Holmes is another author. He said I’m at 20, maybe 10 [%] … but there’s still a chance this came from the lab – but he’s publicly saying “no way.”

Kristian Andersen told colleagues that the ‘smoking gun’ – it left him not comfortable with his own conclusions that he was seeing this smoke, seeing this as a smoking gun.These scientists were publicly ruling out a lab leak, but behind closed doors they were manipulating the narrative, hoping to stop the evidence building against their public assertions.

The same authors were in direct contact with our intelligence community and NIH leadership, Anthony Fauci, throughout the pandemic.

Kristian Andersen expected to have a handler from within the intel community. Eddie Holmes cited a source in China he called ‘My Spy.” After the DARPA DEFUSE proposal leaked, where they were going to create a virus very similar to what Covid was, this plan was to insert what they called a furin cleavage site into a bat coronavirus. The group discussed staying off email. “We need to curate our response, our correspondence.”

By curate, they mean destroy, delete, get rid of. They didn’t want to be discovered by Freedom of Information records. Eddie Holmes promised to chat with the intelligence folks. The authors even said they needed to get something back to Tony’s team at NIH.

Remember, this is about the time that David Morens, Tony’s assistant, was saying, ‘if you need to contact Tony, you can write it by hand or tell me verbally and I can take him messages at his house.’ It was all this secrecy, all this manipulation. What were they hiding? It wasn’t a coincidence.

I have released records now showing that Dr. Fauci’s ties to the national security apparatus.They go back to 2003. Bobby Kennedy reported this in his book as well. And Fauci wasn’t the only scientist with government relations. Records I’ve obtained now show that the CIA and the director of national intelligence reached out to Dr. Ralph Baric – you know, the scientist who’s doing these experiments in Wuhan with Dr. Shi [Zhengli], they reached out to him years before the pandemic, way back in 2015. They were discussing coronavirus evolution and natural human adaptation, gain of function, the experiments that made this more contagious.

In January of 2020, Baric briefed the Department of National Intelligence’s Classified Biological Sciences Expert Group. And he raised the possibility of a lab origin, weeks before that theory was then publicly ridiculed. So on the one hand, he’s privately briefing the intel people saying, “Yes, it looks like it could have come from the lab,” while he’s publicly part of a whole cover-up process of ridiculing this.

So, I’ve now asked Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz to determine whether Daszak or Baric were ever used or compensated as FBI confidential informants, a question that the public deserves to be answered.

The irony of this, think of it: there’s Peter Daszak himself, the head of EcoHealth Alliance, the guy with the bag money. He was bringing the money to China, paying for this research. Documents show that he was coming back across the border from China, and the Customs and Border Patrol flagged him as an extremely high person of interest before his return. They were determined to stop him. They were citing over 15 years of his collaboration with the Wuhan Institute of Virology and his role in funneling NIH money towards gain-of-function research in China. The Border Patrol built a formal action to search him. But three days before he landed, the FBI told them to stand down.

This was Biden’s FBI. This was [former FBI director] Christopher Wray. He said, stand down, don’t search him. He walked through JFK Airport untouched.

On July 29, next week at 8:30 [a.m.], Anthony Fauci will testify under oath before my committee under subpoena. The hearing matters, but it will only cover one piece of what’s laid out here. Welcome to the MAHA Media Hub, and welcome to the MAHA Revolution. I’m Tony Lyons, President of MAHA Action.

I want to start today by talking about the man at the center of all this, because you’re going to read a hit piece about him tomorrow, and the day after, and the day after that. It’s been going on for nineteen years now. And I want you to think about who’s writing them and why.

Bobby Kennedy is the first HHS Secretary to come to Washington with a real vision — and it wasn’t a vision built on wanting more power, more control, more money, or more fame. It was built on one thing: ending the chronic disease epidemic in this country. And here’s what people forget — eighty percent of chronic disease is preventable. Eighty percent.

We can do better than this. We can protect our children. We have to protect our children. Never in our history has the head of HHS had that kind of vision — the kind that put him up against some of the most powerful companies on Earth. Trillion-dollar companies. And those companies never knew what to do with him. They couldn’t buy him. They couldn’t scare him. And that makes him dangerous.

What Bobby brought with him was honesty, integrity, and moral courage — the courage of his convictions. And I want you to understand something: if you’re in the business of poisoning the American public, those are the most dangerous traits in the world. They’re dangerous to your profit margins. They’re dangerous to your future profits. So they did the only thing they had left. They tried to discredit him, vilify him, write hit pieces, organize the smear campaigns. And here’s the thing — he is dangerous, but not to you, or to your family, or to any American who just wants their kids to grow up healthy. To all of us he’s the best thing that’s happened to public health in a generation.

Think about what they actually did to this man. They sued him in state after state to keep him off the ballot. They worked to keep him off the debate stage. They tried to destroy his reputation, hurt his family, and lie about his record. They even refused him Secret Service protection. They did literally everything they could to keep him from the kind of power the American people ultimately handed him. And why did the people hand it to him anyway? Because during Covid, millions of Americans learned something they can’t unlearn — that blind faith in authority isn’t science, it’s the road to something much darker. They watched the government and these big corporations shame and punish dissent instead of debating it. They watch the government deplatform people. De-license doctors. Defund, doxx, and gaslight anybody who asked a hard question. But as George Orwell said: in a time of deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

And that truth is exactly what led millions of Americans to back Bobby Kennedy and to vote for President Trump — because Trump was brave enough to finally give Bobby the chance to fight back against the corruption that has poisoned all of us, especially our children.

I’ve published about fifteen of Bobby’s books. I watched him work sixteen hours a day, hunting down researchers and fact-checkers all over the world to make sure every single line was unimpeachable. And you know what? In all those years, with all that money lined up against him, nobody ever sued us. Nobody ever stood up and said, “he got it wrong on page 128.”

The Real Anthony Fauci was the most censored book I’ve seen in a career of publishing thousands of books. Not because it was wrong. Because it was true, and the truth was inconvenient to some very powerful people.

Back in February, The New York Times ran a piece with the line that every hundred years produces an RFK Jr. They wrote that diseases don’t care what you eat or how you live — that the Faucis of the world did a wonderful job protecting us, and now Bobby’s come along to ruin this supposed golden age. But look at the actual numbers. We have the tools, the money, the doctors, and the science to be the healthiest country on Earth. Instead we spend three times what other nations spend and get the worst outcomes of any of the thirty industrialized countries — study after study shows us, at or near the bottom. That’s the “great job” they’re so proud of. That’s the status quo they’re fighting to protect. Well, I say these people have had their chance and now it’s our time.

I’ll say one more thing, and this one’s to our own side. There are good people in this movement — activists who’ve fought this fight for twenty, thirty years — who feel like Bobby was supposed to be Superman. Come to Washington and fix everything in a day. And I understand the impatience. I feel it too. But no reasonable person could think that hundred-billion, five-hundred-billion-dollar companies would just cave overnight – that corrupt, deep state actors would pack up and go home.

Nobody on this planet could undo a generation of corruption in a day. And here’s what I want you to see clearly: that impatience is being used. This is a strategy. The same lobbyists, companies, government officials and writers who’ve presided over the poisoning of the American public have figured out how to co-opt well-meaning people inside our own movement — to turn good activists into unwitting foot soldiers for the very interests they claim to hate. And if that strategy works, you know exactly where it ends: with HHS handed right back to the Big Pharma and Big Food companies that ran it as a captured agency for the last generation.

So let’s be patient with each other. Let’s look honestly at the progress and at the alternative. This was never going to be easy or fast — but we are getting there. And week after week, this administration is delivering real change, real MAHA wins that will make Americans healthier for generations.

For decades, Washington measured success by how much money it spent treating sick people, and a lot of powerful interests got rich off that arrangement. We measure success differently. By whether we keep people from getting sick in the first place. By whether the agencies your taxes pay for are working for you, or for somebody else. That’s a profound shift – and, week after week, the proof keeps piling up.

Welcome to the MAHA Media Hub, and welcome to the MAHA Revolution. I’m Tony Lyons, President of MAHA Action.

I’d like to start with a simple question: Why are children in America less healthy than children in nearly every other industrialized nation?

For more than 20 years, Bobby Kennedy has been asking that question and fighting to do something about it. Today, as Secretary of Health and Human Services, he’s finally in a position to act. Nothing could be more important than restoring the health of America’s children.

For decades, powerful industries—Big Food and Big Pharma—helped create a system that profits from chronic disease instead of preventing it. And now that we’re challenging that system, they’re fighting back. Their narrative is that Bobby Kennedy is dangerous. We know that he is a danger to their business model. That’s a good thing.

Last week we spent our time answering the media’s attacks on this movement. Today, I’d rather talk about something that matters a whole lot more: results.

While some in the press are working overtime to turn good news into a scandal, MAHA and the Trump administration just keep delivering. We didn’t become the sickest industrialized nation on earth overnight, and we won’t undo decades of bad policy overnight either. But for the first time in a generation, we’re going after the root causes of chronic disease instead of just suppressing the symptoms. The philosophy has shifted—from waiting for people to get sick and managing disease with lifelong pharmaceutical interventions to asking why they’re getting sick in the first place. That’s no longer just an idea. It’s federal policy.

And let’s be honest about why this change has been so difficult. For years, the system wasn’t broken by accident—it was working exactly as powerful interests intended. When the agencies meant to regulate industry become too closely tied to the industries they’re overseeing, reform becomes incredibly difficult. Breaking those conflicts of interest is essential if we’re ever going to build a healthcare system that puts Americans’ health ahead of corporate profits.

Just look at this week alone.

HHS and the VA are expanding research into psychedelic therapies for veterans with PTSD, depression, and addiction — running the trials, gathering the evidence, following the science wherever it leads, rather than dismissing promising treatments because they challenge old assumptions.

HHS, USDA, and EPA are working together to pull heavy metals and toxins out of our food. For far too long, these agencies approached the problem separately. Now they’re sharing data, modernizing testing, coordinating enforcement, and working together to reduce Americans’ exposure to toxins before they ever reach our dinner tables.

Secretary Kennedy and Dr. Oz launched the Make Hospital Food Healthier initiative because hospitals should help people recover—not serve the very foods that contribute to chronic disease. And at NIH, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya is bringing greater transparency to research funding while prioritizing chronic disease and encouraging new scientific ideas.

There’s more.

Every state has now joined A Home for Every Child, a national foster care initiative launched by the Administration for Children and Families alongside First Lady Melania Trump to help more children find safe, loving homes.

Dr. Oz has been crossing the country exposing Medicare fraud, showing people exactly where billions of their dollars went. And every one of those dollars is a dollar stolen from a patient, from a family, from somebody who paid into that system in good faith and deserved better. Getting it back isn’t just good bookkeeping, It’s not just good for keeping CMS solvent — it’s justice.

And accountability is coming for the people at the top, too. Later this month, Dr. Anthony Fauci is expected to testify before Congress — because wherever you stood during the pandemic, the American people deserve accountability. Fauci failed his way to the top and was the subject of Bobby Kennedy’s book, The Real Anthony Fauci, that transformed the way millions of people think about our government and health.

Secretary Kennedy proposed rule changes to the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program, a federally-funded program designed to compensate Americans who have suffered adverse reactions to Covid vaccines or other Covid virus countermeasures. Those silenced victims are finally being recognized, and compensation is finally part of the conversation. That’s how you rebuild trust — not with a press release, but by listening to the people you harmed and making it right.

Taken together, these aren’t isolated announcements. They’re evidence that the MAHA agenda is moving from ideas into action.

Put it all together and here’s the thing: these aren’t scattered announcements. This is the MAHA agenda going from ideas into action.

For decades, Washington measured success by how much it spent treating sick people and how many people had access to care — and a whole lot of powerful interests got rich off that arrangement. We measure it differently. We measure it by whether we keep people from getting sick in the first place. By whether a farmer can make a living growing real food instead of commodity poison. By whether a parent can trust what’s on a label. By whether the agencies your taxes pay for are working for you, or for somebody who’s making your children sick. That’s a profound shift — and week after week, regardless of what the captured New York Times says, the proof keeps piling up.

It won’t happen overnight, and you’d better believe the folks who profited from the old way are going to fight like hell to keep it. But we’re not backing down. Because this was never about politics. It was always about whether ordinary Americans — your family, your kids, your neighbors — finally get a system that’s honest with them and actually on their side.

In an appearance on the MAHA Media Hub last week, Dr. Berg, author of the forthcoming book Change Your Environments: Redesign Your Life to Reclaim Your Health, outlined three myths about vaping, which has become popular among teenagers and young adults in recent years.

The first misconception, he said, is that vaping relaxes you.

“This is a myth, because nicotine is a stimulant,” he said. “It speeds things up. It increases pulse rate, it increases blood pressure.”

Over time, nicotine raises your level of stress, he said, and after about three weeks of vaping, causes both higher blood pressure and higher cortisol. Vaping can give some temporary relief from high cortisol, and this is what causes people to feel somewhat relaxed.

“You think, ‘Oh, this is relaxing me.’ But it’s actually bringing down the cortisol that the vaping has created,” said Berg.

Dr. Eric Berg has become hugely popular online with his YouTube views in which he explains, in the clearest terms, what could be causing various ailments, and how to improve your health by changing your lifestyle. Many of his videos focus on the ketogenic diet – eating mostly protein and vegetables – and also intermittent fasting.

His most popular YouTube video, “What Happens If You Stop Eating Sugar for 14 Days,” has been watched 19 million times.

He has almost 15 million subscribers on YouTube and a total of 45 million followers across all social media platforms.

Dr. Berg’s book, Change Your Environments: Redesign Your Life to Reclaim Your Health, is due out September 8 from MAHA Books, an imprint of Skyhorse Publishing.

The issue of vaping, Berg said last week, is directly tied to the issue of changing your health by changing your environment, as one of the biggest changes you can make to your environment is to remove the toxins.

One vape unit is equal to the same amount of exposure as 400 cigarettes, Dr. Berg said.

“It’s just incredible how much you’re getting in your body as far as these puffs. An average person who is like a heavy vaper will get about 70,000 puffs per year. This is insane.”

The second myth about vaping, Berg said, is that it makes a person happy.

“It doesn’t make you happy,” Berg told the Media Hub audience. He went on to explain that nicotine mimics other chemicals in the body including acetylcholine and dopamine, known as the feel-good chemical, and causes the brain to release less dopamine, which flattens the mood. When a person vapes, they get a pick-me-up.

“So you get this temporary boost in mood making you think, ‘Wow, vaping is making me happier.’ It’s not. It’s just bringing you up above the flat line that this problem created.”

The third myth, Berg says, is that vaping is just like water as a person who is vaping is inhaling a vapor – a liquid that’s been heated up inside the vape pen.

“These are tiny little liquid droplets small enough to carry nicotine, solvents, flavoring chemicals – which were never designed to be inhaled – deep into your lungs,” said Berg. “So you have something that is, like, very very new to our bodies that we’ve never done before.”

One of those solvents is formaldehyde, used most commonly to embalm bodies after death. And when a person vapes, they’re also inhaling acetyl aldehyde and some heavy metals like nickel and chromium from the heating coil inside the pen.

“It is true that vaping is less dangerous than smoking,” said Berg, “but it’s not safe, especially for teenagers.”

Another aspect of vaping is that the companies that make the vape pens and the liquid cartridges that go in them have worked to create these toxic solvents in a way so that they don’t cause coughing, Berg explained, allowing a person to inhale a lot more without taking a break.

“So you end up getting a lot of extra things in your body without any kind of resistance,” he said.

Berg urged parents to talk with their teenagers and, if they vape, to try to get them to re-evaluate if it’s something they really want to continue, warning that it’s going to affect their health in the long run.

You want to know how you can tell a movement is winning? Look at who starts attacking it, and how hard. Last week The New York Times ran a piece going after the movement, entitled “Has the MAHA Movement Given Up?” They went after [HHS] Secretary Kennedy and Dr. Jay Bhattacharya. They say MAHA has failed, but they can’t stop writing about us, conceding that we control the narrative, that we’re becoming the story.

Here’s the first thing you need to know: The person they had write this thing, David Wallace-Wells, has a history. Back in 2017 [writing for New York Magazine], he put out one of the most alarmist climate pieces you ever saw — the planet’s about to become uninhabitable, the whole doomsday show. And a whole lot of the claims in that article — later walked back. Retracted. Shown to be wrong. He scared a lot of people half to death with things that weren’t true.

So that’s the disgraced, the utterly disgraced journalist the Times hands the pen to. Somebody with a track record of peddling fear. And as far as I can tell, he never picked up the phone and talked to Jay Bhattacharya. Never talked to Bobby Kennedy. Doesn’t know the first thing about the people he’s writing about. He just read all the old hit pieces and, I’d bet, made the rounds with the same kinds of DC lobbyists he probably talked to for the article that lost him every shred of credibility.

And what’s he actually defending? That’s the real question. He’s defending the status quo. He’s defending a system where America spends two, three times what other wealthy countries spend on healthcare — and gets the worst outcomes in the whole
industrialized world. Bottom of the pack, category after category. The people
this article wants you to keep trusting, keep listening to, keep handing the
microphone — those are the very people who failed this country.

For a generation. They lied to us. They vilified anybody who tried to tell the truth.
And this article is just the next chapter in that same story. It’s part of the
playbook to poison us, censor us, and propagandize us.

Think about Covid for a second. We’re about four percent of the world’s population. And we accounted for something like a sixth of the world’s deaths. Sit with that. We did just about everything wrong — and the same crowd that got it wrong wants a pat on the back and a promise that we’ll keep doing it their way. That’s what this Times
piece is. It’s an argument for a system that’s been failing us for generations,
dressed up to look like wisdom.

And let me tell you what I find funny. They put a thing like this out on a hundred-degree day in New York City. Why? Because a scared, sweltering city is exactly the audience for a fear piece. They’re hoping it slides right into the narrative. They’re hoping you don’t read too closely. They’re hoping you don’t look at who wrote it. They’re hoping you feel it instead of check it. Because this isn’t journalism. It’s
pharma propaganda: If they didn’t pay Wallace-Wells, they clearly should have.

The New York Times operates like a marketing arm — for Big Pharma, for Big Food, for Big Ag. The same companies that have spent decades putting thousands of chemicals into what our kids eat and drink, the drugs and vaccines they are forced to take. And you can’t have real science without an honest press. You just can’t. When a paper that powerful is spewing lies day after day, people’s health pays the price.
Real people. Real families.

So why come after us this hard? Simple. Because we’re a threat to the status quo — and the status quo has a lot of money at stake. When they ignore you, you’re not a problem. When they attack you, you’re winning. And they are attacking, which tells me all I need to know.

Now, here’s the part they’ll never understand about this movement. They point at MAHA and they say, “look, they’re fractured, they don’t all agree.” And you know what I say? Good. That’s the point. We want a system with the widest possible range of
ideas, where the best ones win because they actually get better results — not
because some gatekeeper decided which opinions you’re allowed to hear.

Right now Americans travel all over the world for treatments they can’t get here. That’s backwards. This should be the country people come to for the healthiest food, the safest medicine, the most innovative treatments on Earth. We led once. We can lead again. That’s what MAHA is all about. Desperate articles show we’re winning and they are terrified.

We are never going to be quiet, we are never going to back down, and we are never going to stop. This is a revolution and tens of millions of Americans have seen too much to unsee it, suffered too much to forget it. Mark my words: We are up against the most powerful and nefarious forces on earth and we are not afraid. We are just
getting started.

Welcome to the MAHA Media Hub, and welcome to the MAHA Revolution. I’m Tony Lyons, president of MAHA Action.

Today we’re going to talk about something that sits underneath every other fight we have — because if we lose this one, we lose all of them. I’m talking about censorship. I’m talking about propaganda;the quiet machinery that decides what you’re allowed to find, what you’re allowed to read, and ultimately what you’re allowed to think.

Here’s the thing. You can win the argument on the science. You can have the data, the studies, the real-world evidence all on your side. And it won’t matter one bit if the American people can never find it. That’s the game. They don’t have to beat your ideas in the open. They just have to make sure your ideas never see the light of day.

For years, that’s exactly what happened to this movement. Bobby Kennedy’s The Real Anthony Fauci, arguably the most important book of our generation, sold 1.4 million copies and was, at the same time, one of the most censored books in recent history. When it came out, it wouldn’t appear in search results on Amazon — you had to type the entire title into the search bar just to find it. And when you finally located the listing page, at the very top was a reference to a fake CDC website. It wasn’t available in bookstores or libraries or most websites. It was omitted or lowered on bestseller lists. It was called misinformation. Think about that. A runaway bestseller that the gatekeepers tried their best to bury. That’s not a free marketplace of ideas:That’s a rigged one.

So let’s talk about how the rigging actually works, because most people don’t see it.

Start with search. When you type a question into Google, you probably assume you’re getting the best answer, or at least the most relevant one. You’re not. You’re getting the answer somebody decided you should see. Type in a question about vaccine safety, about a particular drug, about an alternative treatment — and watch what comes up first. Time after time, it’s the same handful of establishment sites, the same corporate-friendly fact-checkers, the same official sources that have been wrong before and will be wrong again. The dissenting voices, the independent researchers, the doctors asking hard questions — they’re buried on Page 5, Page 10, or scrubbed entirely. Most people never click past the first few results, and the people who design these systems know that. The ranking is the censorship. They don’t have to delete anything. They just have to make sure you never scroll far enough to find it.

Then there’s Wikipedia — often the first source that comes up in that same Google search. A lot of people still treat it like a neutral encyclopedia; the people’s reference, written by everybody, owned by nobody. That’s the myth. The reality is that on any contested topic, a small number of anonymous editors control the page. They decide which sources count and which don’t. And, surprise! The sources they trust are the very same legacy outlets that have spent years smearing this movement, while the independent voices get dismissed as “unreliable.” The co-founder of Wikipedia himself, Larry Sanger, has said the site abandoned its original commitment to neutrality. Try editing the page of anyone in the MAHA world and see how long your edit survives. Minutes, if that. It gets reverted, the page gets locked, and the official narrative snaps right back into place.

And here’s the part that should really keep you up at night.

We Americans like to tell ourselves we live in a free society. After all, we have the First Amendment, which guarantees freedom of speech. In the old communist countries, censorship was out in the open. Everybody knew the state ran the newspapers. Everybody knew the official story was the official story. The lie was obvious, so people developed a kind of immunity to it. They read between the lines. They trusted their own intuition over the headline. They knew they were being lied to, and that knowledge protected them and made them strong.

Here, it’s the opposite, and that makes it much worse. Here, most people genuinely believe they have free and open access to the truth. They believe Google just shows them what’s relevant. They believe Wikipedia is neutral. They believe the fact-checkers are protecting them. They believe The New York Times is practicing journalism. And because they trust the system, they never think to question it. A man who knows he’s in a cage can look for the door. A man who’s been convinced he’s already free will never even look. That’s the more sophisticated, more dangerous form of control — the kind that doesn’t feel like control at all. The kind that hands you a curated version of reality and lets you believe you chose it yourself.

The control is subtle. It’s a shadowban, a controversial post that mysteriously reaches almost no one. It’s an algorithm that throttles one voice and amplifies another. And sometimes it’s even quieter than that: a meaningless book, a book no reasonable person would read like Jill Biden’s book is listed as a No. 1 New York Times Bestseller. At the very same time, Eric Metaxas’s patriotic book Revolution, mysteriously banned at Barnes and Noble and hundreds of other left-leaning bookstores, sells almost double the copies — and ranked second. Our controlled information ecosystem is filled with such insidious examples.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said it better than I ever could. “All we say to America,” he said, “is be true to what you said on paper... Somewhere I read of the freedom of speech. Somewhere I read of the freedom of the press.” He was holding this country to its own promise. And that’s all we’re doing here. We’re not asking for anything radical. We’re asking America to be true to what it said on paper.

I do want to point to one recent example where the control is not so subtle. On a recent JP Morgan client call, Secretary Kennedy was discussed in a presentation. What people on that call heard was nothing short of Big Pharma propaganda. They said he was anti-science, they said he was dangerous. And he is dangerous to the corrupt system that prioritized people over profits. Many of the reforms underway at HHS are focused on increasing transparency, reevaluating conflicts of interest, demanding higher standards of evidence, and addressing the chronic disease epidemic that has worsened despite decades of astronomical spending.

None of that is dangerous to MAHA moms, none of it is dangerous to any of us. But good news for us is bad news for those who poisoned and want to continue poisoning our children and all of us.

We want ordinary people to make informed decisions about their own health, their own kids, their own lives. We are not anti-anything. We just want real science, not the corporate corrupt kind, and a real chance for people to find it.

So here’s where MAHA stands. We are going to keep telling the truth on every channel they haven’t managed to close. The books. The films. The Substack. Our influencers, who reach hundreds of millions of Americans every single day — precisely because the old gatekeepers can’t shut them up. Every time they censor a voice, this movement gets louder and more powerful. That’s the part they never understood. Too many people finally understand how the system works.

Now, we have a tremendous lineup of guests today — people who have lived this fight. People who have been slandered, canceled, deplatformed, demonetized, buried in the search rankings, and smeared in their own Wikipedia entries, and who kept telling the truth anyway.
