On April 2, the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H), an agency within Health and Human Services (HHS), unveiled a $144 million program—STOMP (Systematic Targeting Of MicroPlastics)—designed to confront microplastics as an urgent environmental and human health challenge.

HHS made the historic announcement in tandem with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

With the recent release of the Plastic Detox documentary, public attention is catching up to what the science has been signaling: we are not just surrounded by plastic—it is accumulating in our bodies.

Once assumed to be inert packaging, plastics have quietly crossed a dangerous threshold: they are now understood to fragment into microscopic particles that enter the body through the food we eat, the water we drink, the air we breathe, and even the clothes we wear, embedding themselves in tissues and interacting with our biology in ways we are only beginning to understand.

“Today, HHS is taking decisive action to confront microplastics as a growing threat to human health,” said Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on April 2.“Americans deserve clear answers about how microplastics in their bodies affect their health.”

In lock step with Kennedy, EPA Administrator, Lee Zeldin, said, “For too long, Americans have vocalized concerns about plastics and pharmaceuticals in their drinking water. That ends today.”

Zeldin continued, “By placing microplastics and pharmaceuticals on the Contaminant Candidate List for the first time ever, EPA is sending a clear message: we will follow the science, we will pursue answers, and we will hold ourselves to the highest standards to protect the health of every American family.”

Kennedy and Zeldin capture both the urgency and the unease of the moment. Microplastics are no longer a distant environmental issue; they are an immediate biological one.Particles, small enough to evade detection yet persistent enough to accumulate, have now been identified in the human brain, lungs, arterial plaques, reproductive tissues, and the placentas and breastmilk of mothers.

Against this backdrop, Thursday afternoon’s announcement feels less like a research initiative and more like a necessary turning point designed to confront microplastics at their root.

The Phases of STOMP

STOMP is structured as a coordinated, multi-phase effort to build the scientific and technical foundation that the field currently lacks. The program will begin by developing standardized, highly sensitive methods to detect and quantify microplastics and nanoplastics in human tissues and fluids, a task previously hampered by inconsistent measurement techniques across laboratories.

From there, researchers will map how different types of plastics enter the body, where they accumulate, and how they interact with biological systems. This includes understanding how plastic particles cross cellular barriers, distribute across organ systems, and potentially disrupt key physiological pathways. A central component of this work is the creation of a risk stratification framework—ranking microplastics by their relative biological harm and, for the first time, giving scientists, clinicians, and policymakers a shared answer to which exposures matter most.

Only after that foundation is established does the program move into its most ambitious phase: removal. Drawing on pharmaceutical biology and bioremediation science, STOMP aims to design targeted strategies to reduce microplastic burden in the body. These new approaches can eventually allow clinicians not just to detect exposure, but to intervene in ways that are precise, safe, and scalable.

In that sense, STOMP is more than a research initiative. It represents a shift from passive awareness to active response, an acknowledgment that what was once invisible must now become measurable, and that what is measurable can be addressed.

STOMP also reflects a broader focus within HHS toward confronting root causes rather than managing consequences. By prioritizing measurement, transparency, and targeted intervention, the agency makes clear that environmental exposures can no longer remain peripheral to our health.

The Microplastics Daily Routine

Often, microplastics feel abstract, but in reality, exposure is built into some of the most routine parts of daily life, especially how we prepare food and beverages. Heat, friction, and repeated contact with plastic materials create the perfect conditions for these particles to shed directly into what we consume.

One of the clearest examples comes from something widely perceived as a health-conscious habit: tea. A widely cited study found that a single nylon or PET plastic teabag, when brewed in hot water, can release approximately 11.6 billion microplastic particles and 3.1 billion nanoplastic particles into a cup of tea. These are not trace contaminants; they are orders of magnitude higher than most other known exposure sources in a single serving – often repeated daily for weeks, months, and potentially years.

Coffee presents a similar, though more variable, pathway. Studies of plastic-based drip coffee bags have shown they can release over 10,000 microplastic particles per cup when exposed to hot water. With single-serve systems such as the Keurig K-Cup, the data is not yet available, but the mechanism is clear: hot water is forced through plastic capsules, filters, and internal components, creating multiple opportunities for particle shedding and chemical leaching. Research has confirmed the presence of plastic-associated compounds, including endocrine-disrupting chemicals, in beverages prepared this way, even if precise particle counts per cup are not yet known.

These simple daily routines highlight a critical reality: microplastic exposure does not occur “out there” in the environment. It is happening in your home. Everyday.

Microplastic Soup

What makes microplastics particularly concerning is not just their presence, but how they behave once inside the body.

Unlike a single, well-defined toxin, microplastics are highly variable because they consist of different plastic polymers and can carry or release chemicals such as phthalates, bisphenols, heavy metals, and other environmental contaminants, each with distinct biological effects. Some particles may become trapped in tissues and contribute to local inflammation or oxidative stress. Emerging research has detected microplastics in arterial plaque, where their presence has been associated with higher cardiovascular risk, including stroke.

There is also early evidence that smaller particles, particularly nanoplastics, can cross the blood-brain barrier and also the placenta barrier. This raises important questions about impacts not only on individual health, but on fetal development and potential long-term effects that are still largely unknown.

For the first time, the central question is no longer how much plastic is in our environment; it is how much is in us, and what that means for our health, our fertility, and future generations.

A Public Health Inflection Point

What distinguishes the STOMP program is that it is an upstream investment in understanding and ultimately mitigating a foundational exposure shaping human health.

If microplastics are accumulating in critical tissues, and early evidence suggests they are, the stakes may extend across generations, particularly given growing concern about potential impacts on reproductive health. While the full effects are not yet established in humans, the question is no longer whether microplastics matter. It is how long we can afford to wait before we fully understand and can address their impact.

STOMP offers a structured path forward, beginning by measuring, prioritizing, and ultimately intervening in an exposure that has, until now, remained largely invisible.

“Microplastics are in every organ we look at—in ourselves and in our children. But we don’t know which ones are harmful or how to remove them,” said Alicia Jackson, Ph.D., ARPA-H Director, per Thursday’s HHS press release. “Nobody wants unknown particles accumulating in their body. The field is working in the dark. STOMP is turning on the lights.”

Ultra-processed food was the focus of the April 1, 2026 MAHA Media Hub, which featured a clutch of experts, including food activist and author, Vani Hari; Senior Advisor in the Office of HHS Secretary, Calley Means; “The Knowledge Doc,” Dr. Eric Berg; and family medicine doctor and bestselling author, Dr. Cate Shanahan – among others.

MAHA Action President, Tony Lyons, kicked things off by defining “ultra-processed” food as food that has been so heavily processed that it is almost devoid of nutrients. During his brief report, Means noted that HHS is now working on a comprehensive definition of “ultra-processed” that will help Americans make better decisions about what food to buy, and what foods to avoid.

A lot of the food that counts as “ultra-processed” contains seed oils, which have been identified by many nutrition experts as particularly harmful given their wide use in snack foods consumed by millions of Americans, and the evidence that they cause inflammation that often leads to chronic disease.

Dr. Shanahan spoke passionately about the dangers of what she has identified as the worst seed oils – “The Hateful Eight.” She’s the author, most recently, of Dark Calories: How Vegetable Oils Destroy Our Health and How We Can Get It Back.

As you’ll read in the transcription below, Dr. Shanahan’s calls out these harmful oils: corn oil, canola oil, cottonseed oil, soy, sunflower oil, safflower oil, rice bran oil and grape seed oil.

Tony Lyons: Next up, we have Dr. Cate Shanahan. She’s a board certified family medicine doctor, a former nutrition consultant for the LA Lakers and a New York Times bestselling author whose work has brought ancestral eating principles to millions and millions of people. Her research and her clinical insights have helped catalyze a growing movement towards seed-oil-free, real food nutrition. She’s currently launching an online course designed to help busy people master all the habits and the strategies of eating real food, unprocessed food, making it easy and affordable, and something that people can really manage day to day. So thanks so much, Cate, for all the work that you’re doing.

Cate Shanahan: Thank you so much for having me on. And it’s an honor to be on here with everybody else.

I’m here because as a child, as a young woman, as an athlete, I was suffering every day from the effects of processed food but I didn’t know it. My parents didn’t know it, my doctors didn’t. Nobody could help me. Nobody could explain why I kept getting injured. And it wasn’t until I got so seriously injured, after I’d gone to medical school, that I did something that was really hard that almost no doctors ever have to do. And that is to question the narrative. And I discovered that I’ve been lied to about saturated fat.

Now, why does this matter? Because we are talking about processed food. We are eating processed foods because of this lie about saturated fats. Well, you have to, if you think about it, when you take away saturated fat, you take away butter, you take away animal fats, you take away most animal products. These are fresh foods. When you take away easy, delicious, fresh foods that probably have some kind of a super high accelerator index, but they never test like fresh meat or hamburgers, I don’t think, against processed food. These foods are delicious. But, we were told, doctors learned that saturated fat is bad. Therefore, these delicious foods, we can’t eat them.

This chases us towards processed foods. And this process began, this process of scaring people away from real foods and chasing us towards processed foods, began so many generations ago that almost nobody is alive anymore who remembers that there was a time when doctors told people to drink whole milk and to eat butter. And I want everybody on this call to understand…if you take away nothing else, one thing from what I have to say, that is the worst of the worst of the processed food ingredients, are the seed oils.

I call them the hateful eight, because there’s eight of them. Corn, canola, cotton seed, soy, sunflower, safflower, rice bran, and grape seed. These are refined and they are unstable and they develop toxins in the bottles after they leave the factory that doctors and dieticians know nothing about. These toxins are so potent that they’re including things like aldehyde – so when people work with these toxins, they have to wear hazmat suits.

Seed oils are the worst thing in the food supply, partly because they are so ubiquitous. I work with people every day who also are suffering from the effects of processed food and don’t know it. And I have to tell them that they’ve been eating more seed oils than they realize, even if they don’t cook with them at home, because they are in 80% of the foods that we eat in the grocery store. Most people who aren’t consciously avoiding them are getting 20 to 30% of their total daily calories from seed oils. And they are not just in obvious processed foods or things that we know are unhealthy, right? We all know fried food is unhealthy. We all know sacks of chips are not healthy. Well, I’m here to tell you that the reason that they are so unhealthy is the seed oils. It’s not the salt. It’s not the potatoes and chips. It’s the seed oils and what they do to our bodies.

I’ve made understanding exactly what they do to our bodies the focus of my professional career. So far, I’ve filled up five books with how these oils and the other two main ingredients in processed foods – refined carbs and refined proteins were already called out. I write about how these things lead to specific diseases.

Just to give you an example: I recently broke a leg. And I have some help here now that I didn’t need before. And the young lady who was helping me, she is a go-getter. She is amazing. She is overqualified to do what she’s doing to help me. But she is being held back in her life and her career because she has a son who she loves that is autistic. And he needs so much of her care and so much of her time that she can’t work more than 24 hours a week.

This is preventable. I know the administration is looking for the cause [of autism]. Well, I’m here to tell you that an overlooked factor has been the seed oils. Seed oils have components, foods cooked in seed oils have components that are known neurotoxins. They are known genotoxins, they are known to cause birth defects. They are known to cause mutations and cancers. And because dieticians, physicians, and healthcare researchers believe that they’re the healthy alternative to animal fats, our entire, almost our entire nutrition research regimen so far has overlooked these oils as potential agents of disease.

And, in fact, the structural blind spots and biases around saturated fat have prevented seed oils from even being evaluated properly so that dieticians and doctors think that they have been evaluated and they think that medical science has tested them. But the fact is they have never been tested as independent variables.

In the past 30 years of medical research, which is most of what anybody in healthcare will be able to access and go back to. So the corn, canola, cotton seed, soy, sunflower, safflower, memorize those. Those are ingredients in your stores. That’s the first six. The last two – rice bran, grape seed. If you can get these out of your life, that is the most important step you can take to improving your health. You will notice a difference. And it’s not just because you’re cutting out processed food, it’s because these are toxins and it’s a shameful legacy of American medicine that we have not only not pointed these out, but that we’ve promoted them as heart healthy for generations.

Russell Brand’s public life has been a whirlwind of cultural provocation, addiction recovery and conspiracy-tinged commentary. But in the spring of 2024, the English comedian announced he’d been baptized in the Thames River and had become a believer in Christ.

In the pages of his new book, How to Become a Christian in Seven days (due out in May and currently available for pre-order), Brand tells how that conversion happened. It wasn’t actually seven days, he writes: It happened, rather, in an instant – an instant that changed everything.

The book begins with a raw and disarmingly humble testimony.

“I’ve spent, indeed it’s hard not to say ‘wasted,’ my whole life trying to prize love from a loveless world on the basis of personal merits that I do not, and could not, possess,” he writes in the opening pages. “Newly, and with a rawness that still hurts, that Love is now mine, and if one so hopeless as I can be the recipient of such Grace, then you can too.”

From there, the book moves into a practical seven-day framework that blends 12-step wisdom, reflections on Bible passages and unflinching honesty.

Brand writes with the same deeply honest and electric prose that have made him so compelling as a presenter, columnist, comedian and YouTube host, where he has over six million followers.

He’s erudite without being pretentious, poetic and sometimes profane (toned down in this book but not erased). Sentences crackle. Metaphors land like perfectly timed jokes. He moves effortlessly between Carl Jung, cosmological musings (entropy, negentropy, the limits of materialism), quantum-adjacent reflections on infinity and gut-punch personal stories of addiction, fame’s hollow excesses, and the moment the cross appeared to him while walking his German Shepherd, Bear, by the Thames.

The dedication says it all: “To Bear, my dog. And to Jesus Christ, my God. Both Shepherds.” From there, Brand frames his conversion not as a tidy seven-day sprint but as a figurative journey toward completeness (the biblical resonance of “seven”), rooted in the recognition that real change often arrives in an instant of grace after years of wandering. He’s clear: this book is no substitute for the Bible itself. His job, he writes, is to use his messy experience to point others toward Christ.

Structurally, the book mirrors the creation account in Genesis while overlaying the 12 Steps of recovery. Each “day” tackles a theme—Day 1: Honesty (admitting brokenness and powerlessness); Day 2: Hope (spiritual thirst and the reality of evil in the world); Day 3: Faith (surrender and turning toward dry land); Day 4: Courage & Integrity (moral inventory and sacred time); and so on, culminating in perseverance, spirituality, and service. Interwoven are Brand’s testimony fragments: the hedonistic highs of fame (sex, drugs, applause as false worship), the crashing lows (allegations, family crises, the dread of a child’s serious heart condition, suicidal shadows), and the quiet, theophanic breakthrough where self-will finally cracks and Christ steps in.

The book is unapologetically positive, in the context of unflinching realism. Brand doesn’t sugarcoat the darkness: He names the “prince of this world,” cultural idolatry, the counterfeit promises of secularism, Hollywood’s “sick liturgy of self,” and the spiritual warfare that underlies addiction, power, and despair. He draws on Ephesians 6:12, Jung’s insights on evil as an organized intelligence, and his own hard-won recovery wisdom to argue that the world’s patterns are a kind of addiction from which we need deliverance. Pain is soil for growth. Setbacks come paired with humor, insight, and the radical claim that hope isn’t naive—it’s revolutionary. Grace is received by the broken, the hopeless, the formerly self-worshipping.

The characters in Brand’s story feel vividly human: the eccentric friends, the loyal dog Bear (a recurring shepherd motif), the wife and children navigating crisis, the veterans and prophets he encounters in unexpected places like a D.C. charity event. Brand’s supporting cast—including figures like Rick Warren clips, 12-step mentors, and biblical giants like David, Moses, Joseph, and Paul—illustrates that transformation is repeatable, not rare. His own “old self” (the fame-chasing, pleasure-seeking, conspiracy-curious provocateur) dies so a new one can be born.

Intellectually, the book is much richer than might be expected. Brand weaves together cosmology, philosophy (Meister Eckhart, Chesterton, Lewis), science (Heisenberg’s quip about God at the bottom of the glass), and cultural critique (Harari, globalism as satanic counterfeit, the limits of reason) into a coherent case for why materialism leaves a “God-shaped void.” He’s especially sharp on how addiction—whether to substances, sex, fame, or self—is a misguided quest for the divine encounter we’re wired for. The exercises (mirroring The Artist’s Way or 12-step inventories) are actionable: honest lists of pain points, moral inventories using the seven aspects of self (pride, self-esteem, relationships, etc.), breathwork suggestions, prayers of surrender. They invite participation, not passive reading.

What stands out most is the warmth and accessibility. Brand addresses skeptics, the burned, the “too clever” or “too broken,” the atheists, the culturally Christian, and the already-convinced with equal gentleness and fire. He knows the church’s cultural baggage and meets readers in that shared disillusionment.

“I didn’t want to be a Christian,” he admits, yet here he is, reading Acts, finding peace that “passeth all understanding.”

This isn’t flawless theology or airtight apologetics (Brand is a new Christian, still wrestling, still learning—he says as much). It’s testimony: messy, vivid, funny, profound. It re-mystifies Christ. It treats the supernatural with appropriate awe—“through a glass darkly,” as Saint Paul says—while grounding it in everyday surrender, community, and service. In an age of grim nihilism, curated despair, and self-deification, Brand’s book dares to proclaim that life can be hard, the world can feel ruled by dark powers, and yet beauty, forgiveness, and new creation break through. Hope is radical. Love wins because it already has on the cross.

By the end, you’re left energized, not exhausted—ready to pick up the Bible, pray honestly, inventory your own life, and step into whatever “Day One” looks like for you. Whether it takes seven literal days, seven years, or an instant of grace, Brand’s message is clear: you’re not joining a religion so much as coming home to the One who loves you beyond merit, beyond failure, beyond the world’s hollow offers.

If you’re weary of our popular culture or hungry for something real amid the noise, this book could change your life. It won’t do the work for you—only Christ can—but it lights the path with humor, honesty, and hard-won hope. Russell Brand, the bad boy British provocateur, has found the Shepherd. And he’s joyfully, imperfectly, inviting the rest of us to follow.

John Klar’s cautionary epic, “The Coming Food Crisis: How Corporations, Activists, and Climate Alarmists Are Waging War on Farmers,” serves notice that America must reconsider the way we produce food and the people who produce it.

“I wrote this book to educate and warn people that we must think hard about our food,” Klar says. “I didn’t write it to scare people, but our farmers are in crisis. And we need to act to change direction.”

Klar is correct. Over the past five years, America has lost over 140,000 farms - 47 farms a day.

Klar, who has a small farm in Vermont, points out that our food supply depends on volatile economic factors, supply chains that might break and corporations that put profits before health. In his book, he addresses the inherent dangers of factory farming, chemical fertilizers and the use of glyphosate and other insecticides. He cautions that we are depleting soil at alarming rates. “Our soil is alive. It is not dead dirt,” Klar says.

Klar pulls no punches and calls out the cabal of corporate actors who are seeking to control food production in an effort to control humanity. He introduces the reader to the notion that personal liberty involves one’s ability to have personal control of where one’s food comes from. “That’s what the whole bug burger thing is about,” he says. “It is a way the globalists have to signal who is in control.” While this is a serious book, Klar does have a sense of humor. “I was going to call it “On Bug Burgers and Cow Farts” but someone at Skyhorse thought better of that idea,” he says.

Meat tainted with growth hormones and antibiotics wrapped in plastic. Food harvested by machines on mega farms run by nameless corporations. Food grown with artificial fertilizers comes in a box with four hundred chemical additives, some of which are labeled as being ‘natural’ ingredients.

Isn’t all food supposed to be natural? For Klar, it is natural and personal.

Our conversation took place after Klar had had dinner and he noted that he’d enjoyed a meatloaf that came from a cow that he had raised. “My cow had a name. I have a connection to my animals and I respect them. This was not a meal that came to me wrapped in plastic,” he says. “I came to farming in 1999 due to my own health issues. Farming helped me get healthy.”

Klar decries the loss of small family farms. He points out that America is losing its agricultural history. “People should talk to farmers,” he says. “They have all sorts of wisdom about things most people never think about. We can’t lose that wisdom.”

This is the disconnection that Klar is addressing. It is more important than we realize. People connected to the earth and the world around them understand this.

Klar offers the reader a solution to our coming food crisis. The solution, he says, is for Americans to remember that who we are is who we once were – family farmers. Instead of relying on food that must be trucked or flown into our supermarkets, Klar proposes that we reinvigorate small, locally owned, locally controlled farms. “If civilization collapses tomorrow, indigenous people who live off the land will be fine. Farmers will know how to survive. We should think about that.”

Klar writes: “May the food system they inherit be healthier and more secure than the present travesty, and may small rural family farms reclaim the American countryside.”

Ultimately, Klar has warned us to wake up but also empowered us with hope. “The book is not just for farmers. It is for everyone,” he says.

“We gather our minds together to send greetings and thanks to all the animal life in the world. They have many things to teach us as people. We are honored by them when they give up their lives so we may use their bodies as food for our people. We see them near our homes and in the deep forests. We are glad t]ar still here and we hope that it will always be so.”

On Monday, March 30, 2026, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. joined a clutch of key health leaders in Miami, Florida, for the last leg of his ‘Take Back Your Health” tour.

The event, which featured a leadership roundtable and a press conference, was organized by the American First Policy Institute (AFPI) and took place at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in Miami.

The key ‘win’ out of Miami: Secretary Kennedy and HHS struck agreements with the hospital to strengthen nutrition-driven patient care by, as a HHS press release reads, “connecting Florida farms directly to hospital food systems.”

During the event, Florida health officials also announced the launch of a statewide priority, ‘Food is Health,’ and the need to rid Florida hospitals of junk food. The day’s events coincided with National Nutrition month.

The event’s roundtable featured HHS leadership along with healthcare and agriculture executives, who discussed ways to support the ‘Food is Health’ initiative in Florida.

The consensus: the need to shift the existing healthcare food service spend from large, national distributors to local farms, to strengthen food systems and ensure Dietary Guidelines for America (DGA) compliance with higher-quality, nutrient-dense food for the most vulnerable patients.

Among the health officials who participated in the proceedings were CMS Administrator, Dr. Mehmet Oz; FDS Deputy Commissioner for Human Foods, Kyle Diamantas; White House advisor, Calley Means; Florida’s Agriculture Commissioner, Wilton Simpson; and CEO and President of Nicklaus Children’s Health System, Matthew A. Apart from Miami, Kennedy’s Take Back Your Health tour included stops in Philadelphia, Nashville, and Austin.

During the roundtable, participants also spoke of their commitment to Food is Health, discussing successes, barriers and needs to enhance institutional procurement solutions. Appalachian Regional Healthcare CEO and President, Hollie Harris, shared a vision of health, hope, and healing beginning with food choices in the cafeteria, in-patient settings and workforce wellness strategies.

Mt. Sinai Medical Center CEO, Gino Santorio, focused on patient care needs tied to nutrition and retail food sales.

Rob Webber, President and COO of What Chefs Want!, a wholesale food supplier and distributor, recognized the market access opportunities to scale with hospitals as they integrate local, nutritious foods.

Secretary Kennedy asked roundtable participants about how best to get Americans to pay attention to their diets, and he spoke of the need to teach people how to cook and shop more healthily.

A document emerged from the day: a state-based ‘Food is Health’ pledge from the Florida Department of Agriculture, inviting all hospitals across the state to voluntarily work toward 5% of all food spending to be local and state-based agricultural products. This Institutional Procurement Partnership Pledge was signed by Love, the CEO and President of Nicklaus Children’s Health System and invites all Florida healthcare systems and hospitals to join initiatives that can include:

• Expanded farm-to-hospital purchasing and streamlined sourcing pathways for local producers

• Workforce and training programs connected to nutrition services and food preparation

• Medically tailored meal strategies designed for specific patient populations

• Partnerships that help hospitals improve food quality and nutrient density across menus.

“Anytime we can encourage connecting our Florida farmers with customers is a triple win,” said Florida’s Commissioner of Agriculture, Wilton Simpson. “We get healthy food to consumers, we support our local economy, and we strengthen our national security through domestic supply.”

Continued Simpson “Florida’s Department of Agriculture has a successful program for food banks and we stand ready to expand our Farmers Feeding Florida program to our hospitals and patients.”

Added Stacey Schieffelin, AFPI Chief External Affairs Officer and Chair of the America First Women’s Initiative: “Every state should be able to do this. This is not red or blue—this is about feeding the American people and helping families live healthier lives.”

The day’s programming culminated with a press conference outlining the partnership’s next steps, especially how to act on a vision to expand farm-to-hospital models in states across the country. Toward that end, Dr. Oz said he will send a letter to hospitals to encourage compliance with the DGA.

“Food should not be an afterthought in health care,” Oz said. “When hospitals align what’s on the tray with what’s in the chart, we give patients a better chance to faster recovery, avoided complications, and healthier long-term outcomes. By connecting hospitals directly with local farmers, we’re not just improving meals; we’re rebuilding a care model that treats nutrition as essential medicine.”

Secretary Kennedy thanked Love, the Nicklaus Children’s Health System President and CEO. “Quality health care starts with quality food,” he said. “The actions announced today will help improve patient outcomes, prevent chronic disease, and Make America Healthy Again.”

A new book exposing the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) decades-long practice of forced organ harvesting from religious believers has hit the New York Times hardcover nonfiction bestseller list.

“Killed to Order: China’s Organ Harvesting Industry and the True Nature of America’s Biggest Adversary“ appeared at No. 8 on the list March 25, reflecting the first week of sales.

The CCP’s forced organ harvesting is an issue author Jan Jekielek, senior editor at The Epoch Times and host of “American Thought Leaders” on EpochTV, has covered for 20 years, and the book distills the most compelling evidence from two decades of independent investigations, testimonies, and firsthand experience.

Twenty years ago, this was a topic people tuned out and turned away from, according to Jekielek. That’s changed—as evidenced by the thousands who have already bought “Killed to Order,” and the momentum to combat forced organ harvesting that Jekielek has seen in recent book events.

“The time is now. We’re in this time now where people can accept this, and we can actually effect change,” Jekielek told The Epoch Times. “People are ready to accept it, and I think policymakers are ready to tackle it, because it’s not just ... the Chinese people in the crosshairs, it’s ourselves. We’re complicit in this, and we have to stop at least that part. ... There’s a will for that now.”

Multiple pieces of legislation to combat forced organ harvesting by ending U.S. funding for or sanctioning perpetrators have been introduced at both the federal and state levels, and grassroots efforts, such as the End Forced Organ Harvesting Rotary Satellite Club, are growing.

CCP’s Forced Organ Harvesting ‘Is Not Fiction, It’s Policy,’ Says Dr. Phil

“It’s at every level,” he said. “It’s a very special time in history for this issue, and this book is a testament to this.

“It’s astonishing, it’s almost hard to believe, but it’s unbelievably welcome and kind of what we’ve been hoping for, those of us that work on this issue, that [we] finally could create societal momentum to end this horrific practice—‘an evil yet to be seen on this planet,’ as David Matas has called it,” Jekielek said, referring to the human rights lawyer who coauthored the 2006 report laying out 17 lines of evidence that the CCP was harvesting organs from Falun Gong practitioners at scale.

As multiple investigations and a 2019 China Tribunal found, practitioners of Falun Gong were the primary victims of the Chinese regime’s forced organ harvesting system.

Falun Gong, also known as Falun Dafa, is a spiritual practice that teaches the three principles of truthfulness, compassion, and forbearance. Introduced to the Chinese public in the early 1990s, it spread widely through word of mouth, and an estimated 70 million to 100 million people were practicing Falun Gong by the end of the decade.

Then, on July 20, 1999, then-CCP leader Jiang Zemin ordered a violent persecution of Falun Gong, resulting in mass illegal detention of practitioners overnight.

As recounted in “Killed to Order,” Chinese organ transplants subsequently exploded. Numbers began to climb in 2000, in a country with no organ donation system.

The first half of the book exposes the scale of the CCP’s forced organ harvesting system, and how it works.

The second half explains how the CCP made the West complicit over the past three decades. For example, even today the United States trains Chinese transplant surgeons, and provides transplant technology and anti-rejection drugs for patients.

But Jekielek and other human rights advocates say that the conversation has changed, as more Americans recognize the CCP for what it is and oppose the treatment of a China ruled by the regime as a normal trade partner.

“’Killed to Order‘ [is] a very deeply important and disturbing work that exposes one of the greatest human rights abuses of our time,” said Mary Vigil, senior adviser of national security and foreign policy to Rep. Chris Smith (R-N.J.), who has introduced several pieces of legislation to combat forced organ harvesting and end U.S. financial support for it.

“Every year under Xi Jinping and the Chinese Communist Party, tens of thousands of innocent people, many in the prime of their lives, are killed for their organs. These are prisoners of conscience: Uyghurs, who are victims of an ongoing genocide, and Falun Gong practitioners,” Vigil said.

Sam Brownback, former ambassador-at-large for international religious freedom, said “Killed to Order” exposes the CCP in a way that will push the American people to make a moral decision.

“This isn’t just inhumane, it’s inhuman,” he said of forced organ harvesting at a March 24 Remembrance Society event in Washington.

“You’ve got to show it for what it is. This level of evil is stunning. The Red Dragon has brought evil to a peaceful people, and that must end. It ends by the world arising against the moral depravity, against the moral depravity. It ends by awareness to the cruel evils deployed by Beijing against its own people, which this book exposes. ... It ends by our saying no to CCP global leadership.”

A Massive Victory for Free Speech

Under the Biden administration, social media platforms routinely censored content related to Covid-19. In Murthy v. Missouri, Attorneys General of Missouri and Louisiana sued the administration and several federal health agencies that conspired with social media companies to enact such censorship.

As we wrote in The MAHA Report earlier in the week, the Attorneys General won their suit. The new decree bars the U.S. Surgeon General, CDC, and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) from pressuring platforms for the purposes of censoring, suppressing or curating content.

New Label for American Food

To celebrate Agriculture Day, the White House launched a “Product of USA” label. The new label will be used for all meat, poultry and egg products derived from animals born, raised, harvested, and processed in the USA.

To be eligible for the label, a single-ingredient animal product must contain meat from an animal born, raised, slaughtered, and processed in the United States. For multi-ingredient products, every component, preparation, and processing step must originate in or take place in the USA.

Texas Ends Junk Food Subsidies

Beginning in April, Texas will officially ban the use of junk food in the SNAP program. “Removing highly processed food from SNAP is an important step in solving America’s chronic disease crisis,” HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said. “Families in Texas will now have more access to affordable, real food.”

Senator Ron Johnson Admits to a Lapse in Transparency During the Pandemic

Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) released some 2,000 pages of HHS documents, alleging that the Biden administration withheld critical information regarding a “serious safety concern” tied to the Pfizer Covid-19 booster.

According to the Senator, federal officials identified the risks as early as November 2022 but failed to issue an immediate public warning. Johnson detailed the findings in an extensive letter to Secretary Kennedy, framing the discovery as a significant lapse in transparency and public health accountability.

On March 16, a federal judge temporarily halted sweeping changes to the U.S. childhood vaccine schedule, putting Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s vaccine reform efforts on pause and setting off a new phase in an already heated national debate.

To many, the ruling appears to be influenced by pro-vaccine ideology, couched in strained legal contortions that defy legal precedent and logic. Critics allege that federal Judge Brian Murphy, whose rulings against the Trump administration regarding immigration enforcement have been repeatedly overturned, is just at it again, replacing HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s administrative authority with his own opinion. As Rick Jaffe, Esq., of Children’s Health Defense explains, Judge Murphy effectively shut down any comprehensive review of vaccine safety or recommendations of vaccines, indefinitely.

The court’s decision raises a fundamental question: who should have the authority to shape public health policy in America? A federal judge or, as is typically done, an outside advisory committee of science experts? Judge Murphy objected to HHS Secretary Kennedy’s dismissal of ACIP committee members for conflicts of interest, and dismissed Kennedy’s conflict-free selections for not being pro-vaccine. That’s pretty ideological!

As Americans call for greater transparency and accountability in health decision-making that affects every family with children, Judge Murphy’s legal construction offers them the opposite. Secretary Kennedy has often warned that U.S. regulatory agencies are “captured” by corporate interests. They appear to have captured some judges as well.

In Massachusetts, at least, the question of who determines vaccine policy was answered when Judge Murphy sided with major medical groups that claimed the recent vaccine changes were not based on science. Murphy issued a preliminary injunction blocking key elements of HHS’s vaccine recommendations and preventing the outside Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) from holding its next scheduled meeting.

A week after Murphy’s decision, ACIP’s vice chair, Dr. Robert Malone, resigned, telling The New York Times, “Hundreds of hours of uncompensated labor, incredible hate from many quarters, hostile press, internal bickering, weaponized leaking, sabotage.” He added. “I have better things to do.”

It’s not difficult to understand why Dr. Malone would be frustrated. The ACIP, an expert panel of physicians, epidemiologists, and public health specialists, is empowered by the government to make vaccine recommendations; a federal court judge is not.

In this case, however, a federal judge found a way to side-step the ACIP, concluding that HHS likely violated the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) in appointing the newly restructured ACIP, citing concerns about balance and independence. Supporters of Secretary Kennedy argue that this interpretation is unusually broad.

Kennedy has said the previous ACIP system had long been shaped by entrenched outside influence, and his allies contend that FACA was intended to prevent conflicts of interest and regulatory capture, not to exclude newly appointed experts who align with an administration’s reform agenda. Because ACIP appointments have historically followed a similar process, critics say the ruling reflects an unusually politicized interpretation of that precedent.

For Kennedy supporters, that creates a Catch-22: leave the existing system in place and critics say the same institutional interests remain in control; try to reform it, and the reform itself is challenged as procedurally illegitimate. Members are required to disclose potential conflicts of interest, but the panel has historically operated within the conventional public health framework, which emphasizes population-wide vaccination strategies over individualized decision-making. As a result, the court paused both the updated vaccine schedule and actions taken by a newly restructured advisory committee while the case moves forward.

The Boston decision is not final, but the ruling is meant to preserve the status quo until broader legal questions are resolved. Still, its impact is immediate. For most Americans, vaccine policy feels distant—something decided by experts behind closed doors rather than reflecting the voices and decisions of the people it affects.

In reality, these recommendations shape everyday medical care, influencing which vaccines are routinely offered to children, what insurance plans are required to cover, and what doctors recommend in clinical practice.

Programs like Vaccines for Children, which provides no-cost vaccines to millions of kids, are directly tied to these federal recommendations. When the schedule changes, or is blocked, it has real-world consequences for access, cost, and care decisions. The CDC has indicated that some vaccines moved from the routine schedule may still remain available through shared clinical decision-making and existing federal coverage pathways.

The legal arguments in this case are complex, but the broader divide is easier to understand.

At its core, the dispute centers on whether federal health agencies followed the required process for changing vaccine recommendations, including the role of the ACIP.

Secretary Kennedy and HHS say they are trying to address long-standing concerns around transparency, conflicts of interest, and whether current vaccine recommendations fully reflect the needs and realities of today’s families. Supporters argue that reform is needed to restore public trust and allow more flexibility in medical decision-making.

Some supporters of his approach argue that the existing framework has become too rigid and that reform is needed to restore public trust, reinforce informed consent, and allow more individual flexibility in medical decision-making.

At the same time, the MAHA movement argues that medical decisions ultimately belong with individuals and families, and not institutions or courts.

This is not just a policy disagreement, but a deeper conflict over how medical decisions should be made. Even if you’re entirely pro-vaccines, supporting Murphy’s decision means you support the notion that a district judge can shut down all policy in the federal government related to vaccines. In other words, if there’s an Ebola outbreak next week and you want a vaccine, you need to go through the federal judge to get a vaccine rather than the government.

It’s not surprising that trust in public health institutions has declined in recent years, particularly after COVID-19, while demand for transparency, credible research, and accountability has grown. At the same time, more Americans are asking to have a greater voice in their own medical decisions, and in decisions affecting their children. This case sits directly at the intersection of those concerns.

Both Children’s Health Defense (whose previous motion to intervene in the case was dismissed by Murphy) and the Federal Department of Health and Human Services announced plans to appeal the decision. Appeals must be filed within 30 days of the judge’s March 16 ruling, and will be heard by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. CHD has already submitted its appeal to intervene and to overturn the judge’s ruling.

Depending on how that court rules, the dispute could quickly move to the U.S. Supreme Court, where larger questions about federal authority and public health policy may be decided. Many legal observers predict Murphy will rack up another reversal.

This pause may be temporary. But the broader debate is not. Regardless of how the courts ultimately rule, this moment has brought into sharper focus a deeper issue: who controls public health policy, and whether our citizens should have greater autonomy in their health decisions. At its core, this is about health sovereignty.

As America 250 unfolds this year, it’s a sure bet that the term “patriot” will be used more frequently to describe the brave fighters of the American Revolution and those who have followed in modern times.

In the past few years, that description has taken on multiple meanings, often viewed through ideological lenses. Historically, a term of national unity, “patriot,” is now frequently used as a wedge to separate “true” Americans from those with differing political views.

While patriotism once meant deference to national leadership (e.g., during the early War on Terror), it has evolved to mean “opposition to the government” for some conservative movements. Conversely, some traditional conservatives argue for a return to a definition of patriotism based on the Constitution and democratic institutions.

Maybe a bit more precision would help us restore meaning to patriotism, reducing ambiguity and increasing appreciation for the principles of our nation’s founding. Let’s start with the cherished values of free speech and free press in the First Amendment.

Last year, Federal Communications Commission Chairman Brendan Carr suggested ABC cancel Jimmy Kimmel’s late-night show after a controversial joke that he made after the murder of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk. “We can do this the easy way or the hard way,” Carr told right-wing podcaster Benny Johnson. “These companies can find ways to change conduct to take action on Kimmel or, you know, there’s going to be additional work for the FCC ahead.”

A group of patriots — worthy of the new title of “Free Expression Warriors” — stepped forward to object to crossing the constitutional line that prohibits government action in response to expressed viewpoints. The Kimmel case fit squarely within the guardrails that the revolutionary patriots began to develop after they were freed of British control.

Surprisingly to some, these voices came from across the political spectrum, suggesting a new way of thinking about patriotism in a truer, more nonpartisan context.

Here are some prominent and diverse perspectives that emerged quickly and clearly:

• “I think it is unbelievably dangerous for the government to put itself in the position of saying we’re going to decide what speech we like and what we don’t, and we’re going to threaten to take you off air if we don’t like what you’re saying.” — Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas

• “I do not want the FCC in the business of telling local affiliates that their licenses will be removed if they broadcast material that the FCC deems to be informationally false.” — Ben Shapiro, host, “The Ben Shapiro Show”

• “The duty to defend the First Amendment does not rest with government, but with all of us. Free speech is the foundation of our democracy, and we must push back against any attempt to erode it.” — FCC Commissioner Anna Gomez

• “I definitely don’t think that the government should be involved, ever, in dictating what a comedian can or cannot say in a monologue.” — Joe Rogan, host, “The Joe Rogan Experience”

• “We the people must never accept government threats to our freedom of speech. Efforts by leaders to pressure artists, journalists and companies with retaliation for their speech strike at the heart of what it means to live in a free country.”— Meryl Streep and Tom Hanks, in an open letter organized by the American Civil Liberties Union

“Can we still speak and report openly?” This critical question isn’t rhetorical; it demands an honest answer. And increasingly, that answer isn’t as clear as it used to be.

From newsrooms to classrooms, from corporate boardrooms to kitchen table conversations, Americans are grappling with unprecedented challenges to free expression. The twin pillars of democracy — free speech and free press — face pressure from all directions: government officials seeking to control narratives, tech platforms making content decisions, activists demanding accountability, and citizens caught in the crossfire.

Seemingly strange political bedfellows also can be good civic bedfellows. Those who pride themselves as among the Free Expression Warriors should continue their patriotic work to recruit the many to support their vital cause, and ours.

Tony Lyons: Please welcome our first guest. He’s a proud member of the Disinformation Dozen, the chairman of the Global Wellness Forum, founder of GreenMedInfo, and one of the most unapologetic MAHA warriors living today. His name is Sayer Ji.

Sayer Ji: Thank you so much for having us today, Tony. Thank you for making it possible for us to share a bit about our experience because we were experiencing what millions of Americans went through. So we weren’t special in that regard, but they did attempt to make an example of us, which is a very old tactic where you might bring some people that spoke up against the Crown or whatever authority and you pillory them or you make a spectacle about how bad they are and you invoke a moral contagion.

Essentially that’s what we experienced having been named in such a manner along with the likes of now Secretary Kennedy and other colleagues who couldn’t be here today. It’s really honorific because all of us here and those who are also listening – we’re fundamentally parents, dutiful citizens who would like to believe that our government is thinking of our best interest. And now, thankfully, we have representation in the executive branch [RFK, Jr.], for example, that really cares about making America healthy again and the health of our children. So that’s where we were coming from, right?

We were just sharing often factual information, peer-reviewed research indicating that there are unintended, adverse effects to any intervention. It could be a supplement. It could be a vaccine. It’s the same principle. There was nothing radical about what we were saying. And what we saw to be deployed, though, was a very concerning attempt to equate freedom of speech with essentially a terrorist act, which later, as many of you track this, was actually the case, which is that we were a threat to the so-called cognitive infrastructure of our country. DHS defined dissent or having heterodox views as if it was terrorism. That’s why this situation that we’re all still in, given that we have filed a lawsuit against the named parties that are still responsible for shutting us down.

We’re still in the fight of our lives for the constitution that we hold so dearly. I can tell you that this experience really up-leveled me because I feel it in every cell in my bones that I’m an American. I’m proud of the fact that we have the constitution, that this piece of paper requires that every act we take validates it with our life essence. It doesn’t mean anything without it. And so if we don’t win this fight to restore our basic rights, I’m afraid for what the world will be like for our children. And that’s really why I think everyone on the call today that you’ve invited in and can speak directly to why it was never really a choice. We were just really some of the loudest and first to warn the public about what we saw to be an egregious violation of our most fundamental right, which no one can penetrate.

This is your body; without consent is a violation. And so the system of governance that was deployed over the past five years attempted to preempt the sovereign rights of all citizens and to completely negate our constitution. So this was an awakening for everybody. I think we’re all even stronger today for having gone through this.

We have a historic opportunity to really reinvoke these principles that people had to lay their lives down for. What we experienced may be symbolic, digital assassination, black ops, yes, lawfare, demonetization, defamation. It’s really not anything close to what the founding fathers and mothers had to do to get this great country to break free from the crown and from tyranny.

What’s happening here in the United States will affect all countries, we know that. And this fight is not over. The recent ruling with Biden versus Missouri is incredibly positive. The only difference here is, in our case, we have six plaintiffs here in the Middle District of Florida is – we are making sure that there is injunctive and declarative relief for citizens like ourselves to have been targeted in this way. There’s no conceivable world that you can live in where this is something we’re going to let happen again. It’s just you can’t have the state, which has some monopoly on violence, force your children to be injected with transgenic experiments in the fashion that has occurred. The fight’s not over. I know you know this Tony better than anyone.

MAHA is still rallying the grassroots forces so we can continue this incredible effort. So again, thank you so much for having us on. We would love for people to be involved in this fight because it’s not about us again; it’s about the future of all children and all parents who care about those children to be able to prevent what happened during the Covid era from happening again.

And this is the kind of fight that never ends; we’re going to have to keep fighting these kinds of fights. On Tuesday, March 24, 2026, in a major rebuke to the Biden administration’s ruthless censorship of content posted on social media that contradicted the government’s official narrative about Covid-19, a Louisiana court ruled in favor of the plaintiffs in Murthy v. Missouri.

This decision represents an unprecedented victory for free speech — in Louisiana, in Missouri, and across the nation.

The lawsuit was originally filed by the Attorneys General of Missouri (Eric Schmitt) and Louisiana (Liz Murrill) against the Biden administration and several federal health agencies that conspired with social media companies to censor posts.

The new decree specifically bars the U.S. Surgeon General, the CDC, and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) from pressuring platforms to censor, suppress, or otherwise curate content.

Federal officials from these agencies are now also prohibited from threatening social media companies with legal, regulatory, or economic sanctions in order to remove, suppress, or algorithmic reduce protected speech.

The decree further states that the government cannot use labels such as “misinformation,” “disinformation,” or “mal-information” as a justification to bypass First Amendment protections.

The New Civil Liberties Alliance, a non-profit civil rights organization which represented plaintiffs Jill Hines and Dr. Aaron Kheriaty, celebrated the consent decree as “unprecedented.”

In January of 2025, the Trump administration formally condemned the government censorship detailed in the Murthy case via an executive order — “Restoring Free Speech and Ending Federal Censorship.”

Prior to this, the Biden administration did not attempt to deny the censorship but instead claimed that it was acting in the “best interests of the public.”

While the enforceability of the consent decree is limited to plaintiffs in the Murthy case, the spirit of the decree makes an unambiguous case against government censorship. The decree also stops short of forcing private companies from offering free speech protections to users as a matter of their civil rights.

The Murthy decision vindicates everyone who questioned pandemic policy in the U.S. but, in particular, the twelve men and women who the government had labeled the “Disinformation Dozen” for allegedly spreading false health information during the pandemic.

Who were the Disinformation Dozen? Their names are Dr. Joseph Mercola, Kevin Jenkins, Ty and Charlene Bollinger, Dr. Sheri Tenpenny, Rizza Islam, the late Dr. Rashid Buttar, Erin Elizabeth, Sayer Ji, Dr. Kelly Brogan, Christiane Northrup, Ben Tapper, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. [Several of these brave souls will appear live on the March 25 episode of the MAHA Action Media Hub.]

Following the Murthy decision, an elated former Missouri Attorney General, Eric Schmitt, wrote on X that Missouri had “won big” and that the “unrelenting” litigation had paid off, granting Missouri citizens a historic 10-year, court-enforceable Consent Decree.

Schmitt added, “This is the first real, operational restraint on the federal censorship machine. It locks in the First Amendment principle we fought for: modern technology doesn’t erase your rights, and government labels don’t strip speech of protection. The deep state just got checked. For every working Missouri family tired of being silenced by their own government: this victory is yours. The heartland fought back, and the heartland delivered.”

Outside of the courts, a broader revolution has been brewing as Americans come to realize that they have been used as guinea pigs by their government. Harmful chemicals in food, pills, Covid-injections containing who knows what.

None of these things, perpetrated on citizens by dark corporate hacks, is a good thing. As faceless Iago’s pulled the strings, they sucked the health and vitality out of the American people — along with the right to informed consent, bodily integrity, and to simply say ‘no.’

Enter government censorship, which has been crushing to so many Medical Freedom activists.

Nothing is as violent as silencing someone’s words. Censorship is a cowardly act of violence against people and society because silencing a person’s words is like lobotomizing that person while robbing society of the benefit of their ideas.

Civilizations rise and fall for many reasons. Despite their achievements, the Romans, the Hittites, the Aztecs, and the Incas all faded to dust.

But no civilization has ever gone extinct because it failed to silence its people. In fact, censorship hastens a civilization’s collapse because it shows that its leaders fear its people.

If anything has allowed America to grow and evolve for nearly two hundred and fifty years, it’s been our investment in the First Amendment. Thomas Jefferson famously said, “We are not afraid to follow truth wherever it may lead, nor to tolerate any error so long as reason is left free to combat it.”

During the pandemic, unfortunately ‘reason’ went on holiday, giving full reign to a motley cast of neurotic followers of the cult of Anthony Fauci and former president Joe Biden. Remember the Yeats-ian “passionate intensity” in their eyes when your neighbors yelled at you for not wearing a mask? What made them so sure the virus could be transmitted from person-to-person, in the open air?

In March 2021, an organization named the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH), which describes itself as a “UK/US non-profit that disrupts the spread of digital hate and misinformation,” teamed up with Anti-Vaxx Watch – “an alliance of concerned individuals who are seeking to educate the American public about the dangers of the anti-vax industry.”

The Disinformation Dozen was the love child of the CCDH and other groups. The men and women identified as the worst spreaders of disinformation were turned into modern-day lepers.

They should have been treated like saints.

Like the CCDH and others, the majority of our esteemed “fourth estate” quietly joined the censorship chorus. They routinely celebrated the CCDH and its leader, Imran Ahmed, on NPR, CBS, CNN. Just as quietly, they became part of the censorship industrial complex.

The Biden administration fell in line, too. Led by former Surgeon General Vivek Murthy and White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki, the administration adopted what Psaki’s “covid misinformation” and called on social media companies to deplatform all members of the Disinformation Dozen.

President Biden, in a rare moment of rational thinking, called out Facebook and other social media entities for not censoring those who questioned vaccines by saying, “They are “killing people.”

Who was behind the CCDH?

It was and is funded in part by the UK Government and a group of private foundations, some connected to George Soros. During the rollout of the Covid vaccines, the UK and the U.S. governments worked together with CCDH to deplatform and censor anyone who questioned vaccine safety or the vast array of public health policies that were imposed on the American public.

All of the individuals tagged the “Disinformation Dozen” had the courage to question Covid vaccine mandates, mask requirements, social distancing, and other government Covid pandemic responses – and to post their concerns on social media platforms. For years, they were shut down. Now they can reclaim their voices.

And now we know these heavily censored people, who questioned Covid policies and vaccines, were right. There was no science behind masking, as Fauci grudgingly conceded. He also admitted that social distancing guidelines “just sort of appeared.”

The U.S. Supreme Court ultimately threw out Biden’s employee vaccine mandates.

We now also know that Covid vaccines caused serious adverse events in young Americans – the population at the lowest risk from serious Covid.

The Disinformation Dozen warned about these issues but they were censored and deplatformed anyway.

HHS Secretary Kennedy pointed out that a new term was invented for legitimate concerns that he raised – “mal-information.” He noted that he was targeted by the Biden administration within the first forty-eight hours of the former president’s first and only term.

Enter MAHA.

MAHA emerged as a movement against establishment media, government censorship, and the draconian public policies of the medical-pharmacological-complex that galvanized during the pandemic.

As they resisted pervasive censorship, MAHA followers came to understand that most censorship fails. Instead of teaching the public about acceptable morals, it inspires people to search for ways to circumvent the rules, to want more free speech.

And that’s exactly what Secretary Kennedy and MAHA have achieved, outside the oppressive yoke of government censorship.

On Tuesday, March 24, 2026, the Commonwealth of Kentucky passed Senate Bill 5 into law to expand access to fresh, locally-sourced food while supporting Kentucky farmers by making it easier for schools to purchase Kentucky-grown products.

This half-page bill becomes immediately effective and strengthens farm-to-school efforts to improve student health and wellness through nutrition and local agriculture, as a part of the “Food is Medicine” initiative championed by Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner Jonathan Shell.

This is good news for Kentuckians, for MAHA enthusiasts, and for the nation.

I’ve worked in rural healthcare for nearly a decade across the Central Appalachian region, serving communities with a 41% obesity prevalence, 20% diabetes rate, and a nation-leading incidence of heart disease. It has become a personal mission to force the system to do better. Under HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy’s administration, we are attacking these co-morbidities simultaneously, exposing the stark truths and root causes, and inspiring purpose.

In Kentucky and other states, I have assisted healthcare systems, state agriculture departments, and community organizations to tirelessly collaborate and address the reasons for food deserts, severe socioeconomic stress, and other health-related problems. This coordinated, regional approach aims to shift generational, lifelong chronic disease trajectories, beginning with the next generation.

Sitting in Secretary Kennedy’s conference room in mid-December, I recalled the October 2025 Tufts Food Is Medicine Institute’s Annual Summit, during which a California farmer stated, “Food Is Medicine is the single largest opportunity for farmers in this lifetime.” It is also the single largest opportunity for public school children, medical patients, military personnel, including veterans, and SNAP beneficiaries.

That has resonated with my policy thesis, which uses local food as a primary health intervention. With 30-60% of all children’s calories consumed at school, we are remiss if we do not capitalize on this time-sensitive opportunity.

Enter a new strategy: Kentucky’s Local First School Nutrition Policy. In practice, it creates convenience and ease for locally-sourced, state-grown produce and protein before selecting an option from Big Food’s portfolio.

Only aspirational? Hardly.

“I’ve been following Kentucky for some time now and they are doing a lot of things right, including leading on the intersection of ag policy and the nutrition agenda,” said John Klar, a contributor to The MAHA Report and a grass-fed beef farmer from Vermont. “Kentucky understands the importance of supporting its farmers in order to provide nutrient-dense foods to its citizens!”

In Kentucky, 81% of schools qualify as Title I, meaning students at qualifying schools are eligible for free or reduced-price meals. That accounts for 98+ million school-year meals, totaling 130+ million meals annually, including both school meals and summer feeding.

But what are they eating? Ultra-processed food. And the health status impacts? Abysmal.

In Appalachia, Kindergarten children who are hypertensive trend toward diabetic or pre-diabetic diagnoses by eighth grade and are then poised to have non-alcoholic fatty liver disease before they graduate from high school. This cycle cannot be sustained, nor can the system afford its costs.

The front-end solution to drive investment, prevention, and nutrition is to serve real, local, nutrient-dense food at school with a curated “easy button” to eat real food. Implementation requires leaders to painstakingly uncover and address every nuance, form, and inch of red tape.

The funding exists—the policy, until recently, did not.

From an HHS perspective, a premier school food model connects basic elements, such as menus and kitchen equipment, with the new Dietary Guidelines. In Texas, for example, the Department of Agriculture administers more than $2.5 billion annually for nutrition programs and serves 1.5 billion school meals to more than three million children, with a strong interest in cooking process improvements.

Kentucky’s GOP-elected Agriculture Commissioner, Jonathan Shell, has been bullish on a Nutrition Agenda following statewide momentum from his Food Is Medicine (FIM) Initiative. That initiative, focused on community health activities through acute patient care support, is driving agricultural economic development. The resulting public-private partnership connects the Department of Agriculture and the Kentucky Hospital Association. To date, 50+ of the state’s 129 hospitals have self-identified as actively engaged.

Shell’s Local First School Food Nutrition policy now takes center stage in the 2026 Kentucky General Assembly in collaboration with the Kentucky Department of Education. Simply put, Commissioner Shell wants to fund farmers–not pharma, and thereby fuel the next generation.

The groundbreaking Senate Bill 5 will be the most consequential school food legislation for children and farmers in the country. Its unanimous passage in the Senate chamber signals an overwhelming commitment to cut red tape, improve nutrition, and encourage agricultural engagement with school districts.

Students immediately recognize improvement when changes are made. In Fleming County, the Food Service Director quietly shifted the entire district’s beef to a local Mennonite farmer with a micropurchasing approach. Students immediately reported higher quality, better taste, and genuine enjoyment! This should be the standard, not the anomaly.

Commissioner Shell’s steadfast commitment to farmers and school nutrition connects his goals with legislation to eliminate barriers in procurement rules, driving agricultural economic development and better health outcomes for children. Such innovative legislation makes Kentucky’s school procurement small purchase threshold maximum equal to federal levels, encouraging immediate and long-term economic opportunity, incentivizing contracting directly with farmers.

Students across the Commonwealth continue to ask for food that tastes better and comes from their communities and school gardens. Superintendents and food service directors alike at Jackson Independent and Casey County are making magic happen by any means necessary through outside-the-box solutions to buy local food for children’s school day consumption. Now, they have a breath of fresh air.

The legislation creates a new section in Kentucky’s statutes to provide the following:

• Procurement policies authorize districts to use the full federal micropurchase limits of $15,000 for Kentucky-grown agricultural products for food service applications

• Use the small purchase threshold as defined by federal law for Kentucky-grown agricultural products, with a maximum threshold of $350,000, a substantial increase from $40,000.

This sleek political strategy aligns federal, state, and private-sector agricultural priorities in a single breath, also serving as a model for the rest of the country.

From the MAHA perspective, matrixed across USDA and HHS priorities, children’s nutrition tactics can begin a sustainable course correction. Healthy children live in healthy, economically viable communities where small-and medium-sized agricultural businesses serve as the rural backbone, representing 95% of Kentucky’s agricultural operations.

In the state legislature, Senate Agriculture Committee Chair, Jason Howell, leads the new, common-sense legislation as an answer and opportunity for Kentucky agricultural producers. Given rates of obesity and diabetes in the Commonwealth, tenuous agricultural economics, and laser focus of the MAHA agenda through Kentucky’s MAHA Taskforce, this program is vital. Putting policy into practice, the legislation has catalyzed a pilot cohort partnership of public and private sector players, including the Kentucky Department of Agriculture, a procurement partner, a multi-state farmer coop, and a regional educational coop.

This multi-sector collaboration provides hands-on technical assistance to 15 school districts, superintendents, and food service directors as a pilot group. Together, the partners’ network will work to update defined school menus with local choices, move Kentucky options into the primary bidding position and guide new district-level procurement policies to make a ‘local first’ option the easiest solution.

Scale and duplication of the Local First policy come next. Schools will need technical assistance and best practice guidance to simplify procurement and shift to source more local food to improve student nutrition. Supported by the new Dietary Guidelines and prioritization of Kentucky-grown agricultural products, the end-to-end strategy will provide learning, improve integration processes, and define future policy needs.

Most importantly, improving nutrition quality and building a national model can inspire other states to follow suit, with model procurement solutions and state-based legislation.

The only question we ask today: “Why didn’t we do this sooner?”

On Tuesday, March 24, vaccine safety activists will gather in Albany, the State Capitol of New York, to oppose Governor Kathy Hochul’s proposed law to allow her to override federal vaccine standards.

Activists have planned a full day of engagement with elected officials, beginning at 10:00 AM on the North Concourse of the Empire State Plaza.

Two bills, S8853 and S8496b, that would give Governor Kathy Hochul control over New York’s vaccine schedule, have passed in the state Senate. The bills are designed to grant the governor absolute authority to impose vaccine mandates and to block the vaccine reforms initiated under President Donald Trump and Secretary of Health and Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

These bills allow New York’s Governor and the Commissioner of Health to ignore the federal Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) and other federal health agencies, which have questioned mandates.

Governor Hochul is attempting to seize the power to make vaccine decisions for her circle of supporters – especially Big Pharma – while ignoring federal oversight. Hochul is turning New York into a vaccine secessionist state.

The bills do not have language or financial commitments for New York to compensate victims of vaccine injuries. Ultimately, New York taxpayers will have to foot the bill because Hochul intends to indemnify her Big Pharma allies from cases filed in New York State Courts. Hochul’s power grab dumps the cost onto New Yorkers, who already pay the highest taxes in the nation.

Hochul’s power grab will not free vaccine manufacturers, or the medical professionals who administer vaccines, from civil liability in federal courts if an injury stems from a vaccine that is no longer recommended by federal policy.

Follow The Money reported that the pharmaceutical industry spent over $294,000 lobbying in New York State in 2024. OpenSecrets reported that Hochul received $42,000 from the pharmaceutical industry in 2023. And Open Secrets also reported that Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla has quietly given Hochul $5,000 donations in the past.

Pfizer’s headquarters is based in Pearl River, New York and is their primary site for vaccine development. Is Hochul’s effort to seize power on vaccine mandates in New York linked to Pfizer and other vaccine manufacturers?

The rally hopes to make sure New York State leadership understands that vaccine injuries are real. People must be able to make vaccine decisions for themselves, without coercion; and parents must be free to make such decisions for their minor-age children.

We must also restore Religious Exemptions to vaccine mandates, doctors’ right to give medical exemptions, and our right to sue for vaccine injuries.

A silent war has been raging between a group of scientific reformers committed to restoring public trust in the nation’s vaccine program through gold-standard science and transparency, and a Big Pharma ghost army committed to the status quo.

This second group is composed of legacy media’s selected talking head ‘experts’, lawyers retained by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), and a shadowy cabal of troll commenters whose job is to discredit scientists doing nearly any work perceived to threaten Big Pharma narratives and control.

That the AAP is captured by Big Pharma is beyond question as their website’s list of current corporate ‘partners’ clearly reveals.

That’s why what happened in a Boston courtroom on March 16 is no great surprise.

To remind you: The AAP is one of the medical associations that brought a lawsuit against the CDC’s newly-configured Advisory Commission on Immunization Practices (ACIP) that resulted in a March 16 decision by District Judge Brian E. Murphy to temporarily block all reforms related to vaccines under HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Murphy’s court also ruled to shut down an ACIP meeting that had been scheduled for March 18 and 19.

A Biden-appointee, Judge Murphy has restored the vaccine schedule to how it was during the Biden years, in defiance of the will of the voters.

If his decision holds (it likely won’t), mercury will be allowed back into vaccines, all one-day old infants will be forced to take the Hep B vaccine, and children across the nation will be required to take Covid vaccine boosters to stay in school.

One federal judge – and all the Covid-era insanity is back.

It was Covid-era insanity that the ACIP had scheduled to review last week. The organization created a workgroup to study diverse reactions to Covid-19 vaccines. The memo is called, “Post Covid-19 Vaccination Chronic Injuries – Proposed Action.”

This memo was to be unveiled during the ACIP meeting. But the AAP convinced Judge Murphy to cancel that meeting and to invalidate the historical changes HHS Secretary Kennedy and President Trump have made over the past year.

Why was the ACIP meeting canceled? That’s fairly obvious. The memo contains disclosures about vaccine injuries that directly challenge Big Pharma’s narrative about the vaccines’ safety profile.

Dated February 15, 2026, the memo presented published, unpublished and clinical data about Covid-19, culled by the ACIP, all related to chronic injuries from Covid vaccines. It also proposed voting language for potential future ACIP deliberations.

The memo also announces and acknowledges a novel medical condition its ACIP authors call “Post-Acute-COVID-19-Vaccination Syndrome” (PACVS).

This syndrome, which afflicts a large swath of Americans who took the Covid vaccines, has not been legitimized by the AAP and legacy media. Despite the hundreds of thousands of people who have reported suffering from the post-vaccine condition, leading medical groups and the media are adamant that it does not exist.

It does.

The memo makes the ACIP case: “Patients suffering from PACVS present with heterogenous, prolonged symptoms that typically involve multiple organ systems, many of which overlap with chronic post SARS CoV-2infection syndrome, often referred to as Long-COVID.”

People with PACVS have been suffering silently, without support from doctors who often attribute their illness to psychosomatic symptoms. The ACIP workgroup noted that Covid vaccine-injured Americans often suffer from systematic under-recognition, suppression, abandonment, and being labeled ‘antivaxxers.’

The working group memo describes PACVS symptoms as “persistent post-vaccination multi-organ symptom clusters involving neurologic, cardiovascular, immunologic, endocrine, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, and autonomic systems.”

From the same memo, we also learn that the vaccine-injured suffer from neuropathies, dysautonomia, cognitive impairment, immune dysregulation, chronic fatigue, type1 diabetes, gastrointestinal, neuro-endocrine, and autoimmune presentations, myocarditis, vaccine-induced thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT), venous and arterial thromboembolism, and other thrombophilia associated with clotting.

Don’t be steamrolled: People with PACVS are sick and the mainstream medical establishment is not treating their illness because it does not fit neatly into any medical box.

Most physicians lack awareness and do not have the training and diagnostic categories that would enable them to recognize the cluster of Covid vaccine injury symptoms. PACVS rarely fits into currently used diagnosis codes. Symptoms patients experience overlap with commonly observed short-term, post vaccination side effects but PACVS patients experience symptoms for prolonged periods of time.

Current diagnostic frameworks and the lack of adequate surveillance systems is restricting syndrome identification. This is allowing a potentially reversible vaccine injury to “progress unchecked to chronic deregulation.”

The workgroup proposes establishing a PACVS surveillance system; clinical care coordination; disability recognition; reimbursement and patient support; research and international data sharing; and pharmacovigilance – the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of adverse effects and other drug-related problems.

The workgroup also recommends establishing ICD codes to identify aspects of PACVS so that treatments can be covered by insurance and health care.

Establishing ICD codes may seem like an uninteresting bureaucratic maneuver. However, establishing codes for vaccine injuries would force the medical establishment to acknowledge that vaccines they administered have caused significant harm to their patients.

All of this would be unremarkable if it were in response to a newly-identified disease or disorder. But what makes it unprecedented is that the workgroup recommends such steps following vaccine injuries.

For the AAP and their allies, this is totally unacceptable. Acknowledgement of PACVS is an attack on their belief system – on the normative, on ‘settled science.’

For years, it was heresy to question any aspect of vaccine safety. Instead of being like every other category of medicine, vaccinology became a cult, controlled by nefarious forces that profited handsomely from the compliance of millions of people who were never allowed to question their faith.

For now, a Boston Judge has put a hold on Secretary Kennedy’s reforms and helped keep PACVS out of the news cycle.

But the silent war continues.

Judge Murphy’s decision won’t hold because the Supreme Court has already turned back similar decisions involving lower courts found to over-reach their authority.

The American people know or sense the truth about Covid vaccine injuries. These injuries are all too real for each person who discovered, post-jab, that they had one. They are too real for their friends and family, too.

But the AAP doesn’t want you to know anything about such injuries and certainly not that some are settled in a vaccine court. Along with their allies in Big Pharma, the AAP’s mandate is to obfuscate and free themselves from accountability.

NIH and FDA Invest in Alternatives to Animal Testing

As it continues to search for disease cures, the NIH announced an investment of $150 million to expand human-based research in order to reduce reliance on animal models. The FDA Commissioner Marty Makary also announced new measures to end animal testing. According to Makary: “The FDA is putting out new guidance to get away from animal testing and encourage companies to use newer technologies, organ-on-a-chip technology, and computational modeling that can often be better, cheaper, safer, and more humane in predicting toxicity. So we want to encourage these new technologies; we’re committed to reducing unnecessary animal testing.”

MAHA Action Endorses Brandon Herrera for Congress

MAHA Action formally endorsed Republican Brandon Herrera in his race to be the next representative of the people of Texas District 23. Speaking with MAHA Action President Tony Lyons during the MAHA Media Hub, Herrera stated, “I will be an outspoken voice for medical freedom and for getting poison out of our children’s food and getting Americans healthy again.”

Commenting on Herrera’s commitment to MAHA policies, Lyons said, “Brandon is a true MAHA warrior and exactly the kind of leadership TX-23 needs.”

Big Wins for National Agriculture Week

During National Agriculture Week, the USDA, under Secretary Brooke L. Rollins, announced more than $15 billion in targeted investments to revitalize rural America, lower costs for communities, bolster infrastructure, and sustain economic opportunity in the Heartland.

Key accomplishments include $9 billion allocated to electric cooperatives for infrastructure enhancements that reduce power costs and reinforce grid reliability.

An additional $1.2 billion to support improvements to rural water systems, tackling persistent access challenges in underserved areas.

The initiatives also feature $2.1 billion in small business loans to stimulate local economies and $400 million dedicated to expanding broadband access—efforts that have dramatically reduced permitting delays by 84% and extended high-speed internet to previously unconnected regions.

New Freedom Lecture Series

The NIH announced the launch of the Scientific Freedom Lecture Series. NIH Director, Dr. Bhattacharya, described the series as an “exciting new forum aimed at advancing transparency, rigor, and open scientific inquiry.” He added, “Scientific progress depends on discovery, but also the freedom to question, debate, and examine evidence wherever it leads.”

CMS Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz encouraged Americans to celebrate National Walking Day on April 1, 2026.

“The science is clear: Regular physical activity can help manage chronic conditions, improve mental health, and promote mobility and independence,” Oz said. “If every American walked just 20 minutes each day, we could save lives—and potentially $100 billion in healthcare costs.”

Record-Breaking Cures

After cutting regulatory red tape on the trials of drugs which treat ultra-rare diseases, FDA Commissioner Makary announced, “FDA is setting new records in how rapidly we are approving cancer drugs—some are so powerful, they have the potential to bring patients out of hospice.”

Two New Pharma Giants Sign MFN Agreements

The White House announced that GlaxoSmithKline and Amgen are the latest drug companies to sign a Most-Favored-Nation (MFN) agreement with the federal government. As a result, the companies will sell many of their drugs at a discount on the TrumpRX online platform.

As Americans search for ways to restore health in the face of rising chronic disease, many families are rediscovering a traditional form of natural medicine—homeopathy.

Developed more than two centuries ago, homeopathy is a system of medicine based on the principle of “like cures like.” Substances that produce symptoms in a healthy person are used in highly diluted forms to stimulate the body’s healing response. Rather than targeting a single disease in isolation, homeopathic care focuses on supporting the body’s natural healing processes and restoring balance.

According to the World Health Organization, homeopathy is the second most widely used form of complementary and alternative medicine worldwide, next to herbal medicine.

Interest in alternative medicine comes as many more Americans question whether the current conventional healthcare system can address the nation’s chronic disease crisis. According to the CDC, 60 percent of American adults have at least one chronic condition and 40 percent have two or more chronic conditions. Chronic disease now accounts for roughly 90 percent of the nation’s $4.5 trillion in annual healthcare spending.

Health advocates within the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) movement have increasingly emphasized prevention-first approaches. HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. notes that the nation’s health crisis cannot be solved simply by adding more medications to an already overburdened system.

“We need to start focusing on prevention and restoring health rather than simply managing disease,” Kennedy has said.

In many parts of the world, homeopathy is integrated into broader healthcare systems. Hospitals in the United Kingdom, India, and Pakistan have incorporated homeopathic treatments alongside conventional care. India alone has nearly 350,000 practicing homeopathic physicians.

Several European countries also include homeopathic training within medical education. In France, homeopathy is widely used by physicians. Estimates suggest close to half of French doctors refer patients for homeopathic treatment, and a study analyzing French health insurance databases found that ~95 percent of general practitioners and pediatricians prescribed at least one homeopathic during the study period.

This widespread adoption reflects strong global interest in preventative healthcare. Several characteristics have helped sustain homeopathy’s worldwide use for more than two centuries, including its strong safety record, individualized treatment approach, minimal reliance on multiple medications, and the affordability of homeopathic remedies.

Homeopathic remedies are generally considered non-toxic when manufactured according to established standards. Because of their relative safety profile, homeopathic remedies are often used for common illnesses and minor injuries.

“Homeopathy can often be used as a first line of defense for non-emergency conditions,” says Gabrielle Traub, a board certified classical homeopath who is also a bestselling author and founder of World Homeopathy Awareness Week, which this year runs from April 10 - 16.

Continues Traub, “It helps people address health issues early and may prevent the cascade of multiple medications and side effects.”

Some of those illnesses include: colds, fevers, allergies, asthma, skin issues, GI problems, migraines, and anxiety.

Another defining feature of homeopathy is its emphasis on individualized care. Practitioners select remedies based on the unique symptoms of each patient, recognizing that two individuals with the same diagnosis may experience illness differently.

Homeopathy also typically uses a single remedy at a time, addressing what practitioners describe as the “totality” of symptoms rather than treating separate conditions with multiple medications.

“Homeopathy works by helping the body regulate its own immune responses,” Traub said. “Instead of constantly suppressing symptoms, the goal is to gently help restore balance.”

In the United States, a growing number of parents are also discovering homeopathy as a practical tool for caring for their families’ everyday health needs. Many practitioners refer to these mothers as “momeopaths”—parents who learn how to use homeopathic remedies at home for minor illnesses rather than immediately turning to over-the-counter medications or antibiotics.

While more complex conditions still require professional care, early home treatment of routine illnesses may help reduce unnecessary doctor visits and ease pressure on an already strained healthcare system.

Scientific research has examined homeopathy across a range of conditions, including pain management. Some studies suggest it may support recovery from injuries and post-operative care while reducing reliance on nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and opioids. Advocates for homeopathy have also investigated its potential role in addressing antimicrobial resistance by supporting immune function and reducing unnecessary antibiotic use.

Evidence includes randomized controlled trials, meta-analyses, observational studies, and laboratory research examining homeopathic treatments for conditions ranging from migraines and musculoskeletal injuries to respiratory infections, allergies, gastrointestinal disorders, and chronic disease.

Those subjects, and more, will be discussed during World Homeopathy Awareness Week, an international event which every year attracts practitioners, educators, and patients. According to Traub, the event is designed to highlight homeopathic research and the role this holistic system plays in preventative health care. The event now spans 46 countries, reflecting growing global interest in homeopathy.

“There is a substantial body of research on homeopathy,” Traub said. “World Homeopathy Awareness Week highlights the fact that this research exists and that homeopathy is being studied around the world.”

The week is part of a broader global shift toward preventative health, drawing attention to approaches that support the body’s natural healing capacity and expanding the range of options available to families outside of medication.

Homeopathy is a return to a form of medical practice that honors the body as its own best healing system; no wonder the MAHA movement embraces it.

In his stirring forward to Jan Jekielek’s powerful and revelatory Killed to Order: China’s Organ Harvesting Industry and the True Nature of America’s Biggest Adversary, Dr. Joseph Varon notes that physicians need to remember why consent matters and “why life cannot be reduced to parts.”

Continues Varon, “Medicine exists to serve the human person – not the state, not ideology, not efficiency, and not power. When it forgets that, it becomes something else entirely.”

Dr. Varon then tells us why Jekielek penned this dark masterpiece about communist China’s harvesting of human organs for profit from people it oppressed: “This book ensures that we cannot say we did not know.”

In shocking detail, Jekielek’s Killed to Order accomplishes exactly that. It serves notice that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is, at its core, antithetical to civilization because the individual is simply a resource to be exploited by the state.

As Jekielek explained during the March 18 MAHA Media Hub, “China was practicing utilitarian medicine, where some are sacrificed for betterment of the whole, not hippocratic medicine, where the person is at the core of medicine.”

In his book, Jekielek reveals that the CCP’s unjust persecution and imprisonment of dissidents, practitioners of Falun Gong, and Muslim Uyghurs, included organ harvesting [surgically removing organs] so that they can be sold for organ transplantation.

What’s more shocking is that the organ harvesting racket is conducted on an industrial scale, to maximize profit. Kidneys run for $60,000; livers, $100,000.

The donors who provide their organs – Uyghurs and Falun Gong members – are enemies of the state.

The Uyghurs are a largely Muslim, Turkic-speaking ethnic minority who have lived within China’s borders for centuries. Falun Gong is both a religion and a philosophy rooted in Buddhism and Daoism. Neither group is necessarily opposed to communism but, because of their links to traditional belief systems, both became targets of the CCP, resulting in persecution and imprisonment.

“The CCP doesn’t see its citizens as individuals with inherent dignity, but rather as raw material,” writes Jekielek.

He continues, “Xi Jinping has compared China’s human talent to “oil in the ground” that must be drilled, refined, and burned for national power…Xinjiang factories where Uyghurs and dissidents are worked literally to death making your Christmas lights, personal protective equipment (PPE), solar panels, everything. When a worker collapses, the body is discarded. Human life, in such a monstrous system, is just another resource to be used, exhausted, and discarded.”

Jekielek details the history of persecution of both groups and then explains how the organ harvesting developed. The author explains, “In many ways, China’s organ-harvesting industry grew out of the natural instincts of a totalitarian system: survival, subjugation, control, and instrumentalization. There was no grand plan at the beginning, only a series of perverse incentives that evolved into something monstrous.”

And monstrous it is. Jekielek provides the reader with undeniable evidence and even the testimony of a Falun Gong member named Cheng, who escaped from his hospital room the night before more of his organs were to be removed – doctors were keeping him alive for another day to do more surgery.

Through a series of fortunate events, Cheng fled China. He ultimately learned that part of his liver and part of his lungs were removed.

We can easily see the monstrousness of harvesting human organs against the will of the donor. It begins with people being viewed as property of the state, particularly when those targeted are deemed as ‘less than’ or who express views in opposition to the state’s belief system.

It all begins with ignoring informed consent and subjugating the rights of the individual.

Did we not see this same paradigm begin to emerge in the United States and other Western nations in response to Covid? Is it not true that New York’s Governor, Kathy Hochul, sought to establish an Empire State version of Australia’s Covid detention camps? Do we not see the parallels between targeting Falun Gong and labeling those who questioned Covid policy as the ‘Disinformation Dozen’?

In his book, Kekielek notes that America, too, has an organ donation problem.

Last July, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. began confronting the ethical problems in the U.S. organ donation system. An investigation by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) into a major organ procurement organization revealed a Systemic Disregard for the sanctity of life.

“Our findings show that hospitals allowed the organ procurement process to begin when patients showed signs of life, and this is horrifying,” Kennedy said. “The organ procurement organizations that coordinate access to transplants will be held accountable. The entire system must be fixed to ensure that every potential donor’s life is treated with the sanctity it deserves.”

Jekielek’s Killed to Order rips the ghoulish mask off of the CCP’s organ harvesting industry. When we consider our nation’s recent record of public health abuses, we should keep in mind that the slippery slope into evil begins with ignoring informed consent and denying the sanctity of human life.

I’d like to start with the undeniable fact that American kids are the sickest in the developed world. 1 in 5 is obese. Childhood cancer is up 40% since 1975. 50% suffer from at least one chronic disease. 70% of what they eat every day is ultra-processed. These are not opinions. These are government numbers.

This did not happen by accident. The food was engineered to create cravings. The health system is rewarded for managing symptoms, not removing causes. The people who benefit from keeping children sick also fund the agencies that are supposed to protect them. This is not a conspiracy — it is just how the business model works.

It wasn’t your fault. The food was engineered to create addiction. The system was built to keep you as a customer, not cure you. Once you understand that — you stop feeling guilty and start getting angry at the right thing.

We should be furious with the politicians who take money from Big Food and Big Pharma. They protect the system that made your children sick. We should also be furious at organizations that masquerade as protectors of public health but are actually front groups for industries defending the profits of its donors rather than the American public. They too are partly responsible for our children’s declining health.

One such organization is the American Academy of Pediatrics or AAP. The AAP sued Secretary Kennedy in an attempt to stifle the democratic mandate given to him to radically reform the way we think about and manage our health. The AAP and other plaintiffs used the courts to stop Secretary Kennedy from keeping his promises to the American people and received a preliminary injunction against HHS changes to the vaccine schedule and the change in ACIP members.

As poll after poll shows, the old establishment is no longer trusted. But instead of working to regain that trust, the AAP went behind our backs to halt scientific progress and subvert the democratic process.

Who are they fighting for? Who are they defending?

This ruling, however, puts the spotlight on the realities of corporate capture. While the AAP is captured, and while some courts might be captured, I have every confidence that when this injunction is appealed, the truth will prevail.

At MAHA, we don’t draw lines between food, vaccines, or pesticides—anything that can impact human health must be held to the same standard: transparent, gold-standard science guiding every recommendation and every approval. Science cannot be dictated by captured interests, nor shut down in the courts.

Those who presided over the poisoning of our children are celebrating this preliminary injunction because they claim Secretary Kennedy is dangerous, our answer is that yes, Secretary Kennedy is dangerous. He’s dangerous to the people and the companies who want to continue poisoning the American public.

We all knew those companies would fight back--just like the tobacco companies did, just like the pesticide companies do. But Secretary Kennedy and President Trump have proven time after time that they are not afraid to stand up against the corporate and agency corruption that has led Americans to become the sickest people on earth. They have pledged to Make America Healthy Again and, while this is a short-term setback, the mission and the direction are clear.

MAHA has overcome huge challenges before, and with such strong momentum behind us, we will overcome this too.
